While these two anime have different settings, they are both comedy anime with a similar vibe. The main protagonist (Akihisa Yoshii and Mao Sadao) in both series are pretty stupid when it comes to women and reality. They both have a similar style of humor and are very hilarious to watch. They also share similar voice actors in the Funimation dub (Josh Grelle voices both Akihisa Yoshii and Mao Sadao in the Funimation English dub of both shows). If you liked one, you'd like the other.

thyeyre both extremly funny,one deals with not so smart highschoolers to a demon king who works at mcdonalds. they both hve fighting and most of all insane laughter.(dont watch to much in one day you might gain contagous laughter)its hard notb to laugh at verything and everyone

Hataraku Maou-sama! and Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu. Two anime with very strange (but hilarious) titles. How do these relate to each other? Well both main characters (Maou in Hataraku and Yoshii in Baka-Test) are both clueless when it comes to girls, or reality. They both have different reasons, but what makes them so appealing is that they are very naive and unaware of many thing that have been going around them. Another way this is similar is that it shows the differentiation of social classes. In Hataraku, Maou is stuck living in a single room in an old building, due to the fact that his only job is at MagRonald's (parody of McDonald's), while Emi (the antagonist who later turns into a protagonist), is living in a more lofty apartment, due to the fact that she has a better job. This can be seen in Baka-Test, due to the fact that Class F has nothing in it, while Class A has many, many advantages, such as private PC's, air-cons, heaters, plasma TV's, etc. Both anime show the split in social classes, which is a theme that is often used in other anime, but not as ridiculously used as this. Both of these anime have very unique plots, and they both include the use of some form of fighting mechanism (magic in Hataraku, shoukanjuu in Baka-Test). read more

these two anime aren't exactly similar because the characters in these two anime have different motives, but trying to conquer it just what makes both of these really funny. definitely recommend if you need a bit of a laugh.

If you found the one hillarious you will find the other too. They have the same houmor and the main characters are both dense and they keep geting beaten up by the girls. While they have different plots they give you the same feeling. Also both of them have fanservice.

Similar artistic style (cartoonish, textures, stylish effects, simple vectors, bright colors), similar comedy and both are about an average guy with a bunch of friends that have crazy antics with him at school or other various places. Both are harem-style and have lots of girls and fanservice.

First of all, the comedy here will make your day great. The nosebleeds, the awkward faces they make, i mean what could be better if they make faces when they get humiliated. Also loved the romance here and love revelations. You won't know who the MC is really paired to whom (except he has a current crush but still made a promise in the past somewhat that). The romance really makes a great impact of the anime. Some good suspense although situations throughout the show are pretty much predictable. Better watch this when you're in a bad karma

+Both are high school romantic comedy
+Very similar over-the-top humour with incredibly ridiculous over reaction/facial expressions
+The girls are VERY similar in both animes. Having a foreign tsundere girl and a shy girl

-Nisekoi is harem, whereas Baka Test is more of a love triangle
-Nisekoi focuses more on the bonds between the MC and the girls, whereas Baka Test is a slapstick comedy with some romantic aspect.

The main setting for both Anime is a school. There are interactive avatars, more prevalent in one Anime then in the other. The main character is looked down upon in the real world because they happen to not have any ability that allows them to succeed in the real world, but once they get to the "game" they end up being important in some regard.

In a nutshell, both Baka to Test and Accel World shares a few similarities:

In both series, there is the theme of fantasy action that involves action in another setting/world. While AW takes on a more serious approach, both series presents fantastical action.

Both series main male protagonist are young boys who has a female protagonist interested in them. And of course, he has friends that supports and help him in various circumstances.

Both series has a lot of comedy, gags, and fan-service in the form of beach episodes, dates, etc.

Sometimes we got to battle it out in order to meet our expectations. The main characters in the series, used some fantasy technology, where they used this to meet their goals. They battle it out, and mostly reach at the top as their motives for completion. Competition is the central plot throughout the whole series and somewhat romance in here.

Baka and test is mostly a school comedy, where they summon real life chibi avatars to fight off opponents. Accel World features a heavy sci-fi computer interface, where they used a Virtual Reality Multiplayer Game, to fight off opponents.

They both have a group of kids in an exaggerated school setting (one school in the afterlife and one school that has students battle). They're both comedies and both have some romance in them as well. Angel Beats is a little softer on the romance and comedy, and more emotional and deep as well. It really pulls you into the story. Baka to Test on the other-hand is a slapstick comedy that will have you laughing to yourself twenty minutes after you've finished watching an episode. The romance is balanced in well so that you end up loving many of the characters to boot.

Both shows have similar style of animation and character design (especially main girls characters are similar by appearance).  Both of them can be considered like parody on school life with ecchi moments. They have similar kind of humor and in both is also cute male cross-dresser.

Well, gintama is random and parody on several animes and Baka test is random and a parody on several animes too and they are both funny, (in other ways though)! Gintama is sometimes a bit more serious than this one, but that's the only difference. I recommend both of them!

Both focus mainly on being very funny (in which they both succeed) instead of having an outstanding amazing plot, but in both there still is a small plot. The jokes aren't especially similair (seitokai has a lot of sexual jokes but it isn't ecchi, nor incredibly immature and baka has all kind of jokes) but if you enjoy either you'll probably enjoy the other.

School life, and love triangle. And I couldn't help but notice the similarities between characters: Mizuki relate to Mashiro in that they are both really talented. Minami relate to Nanami, they feel in love with the main guy. Akihisa relate to Sorata, they want to protect (take care) of the talented girl.

Both shows are high school comedies where quality of school life is determined through battles.  In Baka and Test, the battles are between avatars whose power level depends on how well students do on tests while in Mikagura, the battles are between club representatives.

Both are hilarious school life animes with romantic comedy involved. Toradora is more serious during some critical situations, but is still light hearted most of the time. If you like comedy, don't miss out on either of these shows!

- The two main male characters have a similar relation, which is often funny.
- The main character is in a love triangle.
- Both Animes are just hilarious.
- Both animes are related to games somehow.

I would say "Gamers!" is a fusion between Baka to Test and Toradora! but obviously, its own essence that differentiates from both animes. It's a very very good anime and I mean it! Especially its last episode (Episode 6) made me laugh I lot, and I'm not an easy laugh guy. I am liking it so much, give it a try!

Baka to Test and no game no life both have the same kind of animation, and both have something to do with strategy to become the best while being the ones at the bottom in baka to test its class F and no game no life its the humans, they both have players who fight their way to the top with games and both are really funny comedies that also have a little of perverted stuff.

They very much remind me of each other, not because their humor is very similar but because they have the same way of spitting at klichés. They both deviate from what is "classic" anime comedy, and both does so brilliantly.

Both anime are slapstick comedies with a touch of ecchi. To make it short, if you enjoyed light anime such as B Gata H Kei, you'll mostly probably like Bake to Test to Shoukanjuu as well, and vice versa.

Both titles are set in High School with a large main cast of characters. Both shows deal with students in high school that go through random and crazy events that happen in their lives while trying their best to deal with school. While Baka and Test are set in a less traditional high school setting compare to Azumanga Daioh, they both have great and wonderful characters. Both are hilarious to watch.  If you enjoyed one, you will enjoy the other.
