idk if you're still updating the "manga dropped by publisher" stack but Kingyo Used Books was licensed by Viz for 4 of 17 vol before getting dropped https://myanimelist.net/manga/11989/Kingyoya_Koshoten?q=kingyo&cat=manga

For your Manga that use real life photos stack, would "Manga Sagawa-san" count?
If I recall correctly, the undercover of the book had real-life images of the autopsy it's based from.

Of course every boys love should be r*pe and 8.50+ mean score just because of that reason, people can't fetishize man without making them r*pe eachother.

I suggest you don’t worry too much about it, at least a third of the stacks with queer anime and manga simply consist of interpretations and headcanons, which even the authors themselves do not hide, using “?” sign next to the labels.
