These manga have different plots and yet, many similarities:
- Beautiful artwork
- Victorian Era fantasy
- The main hero makes a contract with a supernatural being in order to discover his past, the secrets surrounding his family and loved ones. 
However, PH focus a lot more on romance/friendship, while Kuroshitsuji has a focus more on mystery. Still, both present you with lots of action, adventure and mostly, with unexpected twists that will leave you speechless for quite some time. 
The characters make you get attached to them, with complex personalities and backstories. There are no gary stu or mary sue and you'll be surprised and never get bored because the story progresses in a way that always keeps you wanting to know more.

Both stories have a similar dark and creepy atmosphere and have a Victorian setting. The protagonists of each series is a high-ranking nobleman (well, boy) that have made a contract that is probably going shorten their life spans considerably.

i first read PH than kuroshitsuji, && i can tell that while im rading Kuroshitsuji, i have this same feeling while reading PH too. i mean, it'll give you lots of emotions. you'll laugh, cry & get mad too!creeps & darkness are together. both are great manga. im sure you'll definitely get addicted to both of it.:)

Both series have a sort of fantasy Victorian theme, though Pandora Hearts focuses more on fantasy and Kuroshitsuji on Victorian. Kuroshitsuji is, overall, darker than Pandora Hearts, though Pandora Hearts does have a fair share of horror, but neither are without humor.

Both series have a gothic themes, contract with an unknown force for the sake of survival and have somewhat twists as the series process. The artstyle from Pandora Hearts and Kuroshitsuji are very well-drawn,  clothes are drawn very detailed. They also share similar humor. Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that both series are from Square Enix.

Kuroshitrsuji and Pandora Hearts are lot alike. In both stories something tragic has happened in the past. There are supernatural powers and both have a lot of comedy and adventure. both are truly amazing stories with a contract between the two main characters. These two stories will make you laugh, cry, and make you want to punch that one person in your class whom you hate. They both take place in the past around the Victorian Era. While Kuroshitsuji has a gothic style of art and story and Pandora Hearts has a brighter and cheerful aura the two stories will always make you love one of the main characters. Both Pandora Hearts and Kuroshitsuji deal with servants and their masters. In both of these, the master is a (in the words of Sharon from Pandora Hearts) "shota" type and the servants are "bishounen". Both of the masters in these series have a dark auras to them at times (although Oz seems nicer than Ciel at first glance) and both of these series involve contracts plus lots of bishounen. These manga both have dark/Gothic atmostpheres to them and both are set in a European setting.

Not only do Pandora Hearts and Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler) have a similar style with their settings, there are also numerous similarities when it comes with the general setup. For instance, there is the concept of a 'contract' between two main characters. The story feels like a fantasy adventure with darker tones and motives as the series progresses. In light of this, the relationship between the two main characters are the most fascinating as we get to see different side of them. Recommended for anyone looking for a fantasy adventure with an elegant Victorian setting.

-The demon beings are used for protection and fighting
-Both series have a servant-and-master relationship with the demon being and contractor
-You have no idea what happened in the past traumatic event with both series.
-Both main characters are searching for something but the things are different
--Both are not finished and are a page turner(at least in my opinion) but Pandora Hearts does have several plot twisters
--And finally both have been made into good Animes that start the same way but end up having a different plot then the Mangas read more

If you're a crazy kuroshijitsu fangirl who likes ghotique fantasy stories, Pandora Hearts is the perfect manga for you! It has: great characters, hosbendos and waifus, feels, comedy, feels, and -yaoi- shipping!

But in all seriousness tho, Pandora Hearts is a great manga with unique and lovable characters with a story that goes deeper then Kuroshitsuji in my opinion (although, I have to admit that Kuroshitsuji is better on comedy level).

Pandora Hearts and D.Gray-Man have stories that are focused around a group of people protecting the earth, or the people they love, from dark monsters that reek havoc on the world. There's also a lot of similarities between characters: Break (PH) with Lavi (DGM) and Oz (PH) with Allen (DGM) being the biggest similarities that I can make.

-Both main characters are boys and have traveling companions.
-Both battle agains strange creatures  for P.H. it's Chains for D. Gray-Man it's Akuma.
-Oz has Jack just as Allen has 14th.
-Both kids have special weapons they use to defeat there respective creatures.
-Both boys are about the same age.
-I'm pretty sure both have some messing with time but my theory of that hasn't been proven with D. Gray-Man.

 Now if you've actually read D.Gray-man/Pandora Hearts (not just watched the sub-par adaptations), they're both really good manga with good plots and such.  
 
Pandora Hearts is similar to D.Gray-man because they both can be light hearted and fun then switch in a matter of one page to dark and violent. Both are extremely well-written, especially, with the plot-twists that leave you wondering- you don't have a clue what will happen. I think that Allen (D.Gray-man) and Oz (Pandora Hearts) have a lot of things in common. 

 They both have the same "feel" to them. Also, they both are underrated and quickly dismissed because of their not-very-good adaptations. Both are extremely good, I highly recommend you read both. (Probably Pandora Hearts first since it's only 108 chapters, while D.Gray-man is more than twice that (219) AND still on-going)

Both stories start with fragments of the past of the main characters and the story itself. They also hint a lot a things that'll happen in the future, some you only notice after reading them for a second time. In the beginning there are lot of short stories with non-important characters but the development of these stories will make difference as the story goes. 
Both main characters, Allen and Oz (and Alice, in Pandora Hearts) don't know who they really are, and during the story they'll start discovering about their past and about their true self.
Both stories are also full of plot twists, action, deaths and dramatic moments. As soon as the first plot twist start, you can't stop reading! read more

D. Gray-man and Pandora hearts are very similar. They are both dark and light-hearted, though Pandora might feel lighter for more of each chapter than D. Gray-man. Pandora Hearts's plot line is also intricately woven with mysteries and secrets that you'll want to read more to find out. These are both extremely good stories if you love mysteries and interesting plots.

The mcs might as well be the same since both dont know who or what they are and both are self sacrificial. Both manga are quite dark even though pandora hearts has some light hearted moments and in both manga we actually dont know who the enemy is for a long time, in DGM we might still not know.In conclusion, both are great reads that give off the same vibes, recommended.

D.Gray-man and Pandora Hearts are very similar. The art styles are amazing and identical, and the tone is very similar as well. Allen Walker and Oz Vessalius are pretty similar protagonists as well. If you liked one, read the other! Have fun!

Pandora is abit similar to FMA, Ed is a person who as a child had his father leave him , while in Pandora hearts, Oz's father abandons him and though they are entirely for different reasons, it still has the aspects of their father's being a mystery. Both FMA and Pandora hearts have deep plots such as Homunculus being mysterious group that have unknown intentions, while in Pandora hearts, the Baskervilles are a family whose leader is unknown and their intentions also unknown. They both contain fights which explore characters,different abilities as well as the theme of immature main characters who start growing out of it. read more

Both have pseudo-European settings with a bit of light "magic"; the main character (Ed, Oz) is forced into working for an organization after having a horrible experience.  They both have to prevent a repeat of the past which could destroy the world.

Both series have large casts of interesting characters on both the good and bad side, as well as ones who you don't know which side they're on; the main bad guy stays in the shadows for a long time.  Have an alternate dimension (the gate, the abyss).  Have heavy mysteries, plot twists, and suspense.  Don't have a huge amount of violence, and practically zero ecchi.  Some scary monsters, though. 

Ed and Oz have similar personalities; though Ed is more forceful, and Oz more happy-go-lucky.  Both have lost their mothers and were abandoned by their fathers.  

The art styles are different from each other, but each is very distinctive and memorable.  FA is definitely shounen; PH seems to lean a little more toward shoujo (it has lots of bishounens).  Both are rather long, and it takes a while to get to the core story, but if you're patient, you get there. read more

Both series seem to be contained, shorter series, not long manga like Bleach or One Piece. Each involves a consispiracy with fantastical elements. The center of both is a boy, although Ed and Oz are supposedly a couple years apart. They both deal beautifully with the issues they raise, and both give us unbelievable twists. Most importantly, they are both fantastic manga, some of the best out there.

Pandora Hearts and Fullmetal Alchemist may not seem similar at first, but as you progress you'll see how the two diverge between one another. The dark tone is seen throughout both of these series and a lot of hidden gems throughout end up matching with each other, as you read along you will see what I am talking about. The characters of the shows also hold many similarities, these can be seen when comparing the relationship between Ed and Al, with Oz and Gil. As well as Fullmetal Alchemist's homunculi with the Baskervilles from Pandora Hearts. Not just them but both of the casts are magnificent. There is more but I will not go into spoiler territory. If you liked one, I'm one hundred percent sold you will like the other. Plus both mangakas love each others work, it only makes sense, they are both masterpieces of their own. read more

Fullmetal Alchemist and Pandora Hearts are both manga published by Square Enix, but there’s much more similarities than just that. The main protagonists of both manga are blond haired boys (Edward Elric/Oz Vessalius) with daddy issues. Both manga have similar settings as well, and the humor and quite a bit of the characters are similar, the closest comparisons I can make are Elliot Nightray to Edward Elric (Oz is more similar to Alphonse IMO) and Lottie to Lust. Also, Jun Mochizuki’s main inspiration was Fullmetal Alchemist, so there you go ;)

Mystic, deep and well-thought-out Shounen series both written by female mangaka. In both series there can be found resilient women and reliable  men. The art is phenomenal and the plot is superb. Both manga have blasphemies and some anti-christian messages and should be skipped if read by an easily corrupted mind. Read with precaution but also expect something life-changing (for better or for worse.)

Both have a lot of focus on characters and story, while Pandora Hearts does it a lot better, fmab does it nicely. Have a dark tone though the fmab tone is very inconsistent with some of it being very dark and other being light and ruining the atmosphere.

It's by the same author so the feelings and atmosphere around it are very similar. Some characters are also very similar both in looks and personality with some of the Pandora Hearts characters. I also tend to believe they both happen during the same time period aka the 19th century basing myself on the clothes, just that Pandora hearts happens in England while Vanitas no Carte in France.

Vanitas no Carte has the same author, Jun Mochizuki. It's another beautiful work and the art style has only improved since Pandora Hearts. I don't usually care for vampire-related stories but this is an exception! The characters are very lovable and the plot is interesting yet still quite mysterious, much like how it was in Pandora Hearts.

Pandora Hearts and Vanitas no Carte share an author — Jun Mochizuki. So naturally, there would be quite a bit of similarities between the two.

First of all, the second half of Pandora Hearts has the exact same art style as Vanitas no Carte. Both manga have the exact same vibe and feeling as well. Some of the characters are similar as well. Read both of these, preferably Pandora Hearts first. They are both really underrated manga from the same author. You won’t regret reading both, and then read Jun Mochizuki’s debut, Crimson-Shell, which is similar to both Pandora Hearts and Vanitas no Carte.

When reading both of these titles you start to notice the similarities to one another.

both start out being more or less light hearted, as the story progresses they become much darker as the story and the characters start changing in unexpected ways, which can be both heartwarming and heartbreaking.
The story's it self are both nicely written as the authors pay attention to the details and symbolism, most everything is connected in someway which makes it interesting, like putting pieces of a puzzle together. This aspect especially in Pandora Hearts, when this is certainly true for Tsubasa, Pandora Hearts has more of a mysterious vibe, figuring out exactly what happened and why, when Tsubasa is more about the journey, doing what they can to change the situation they are in.
The art of the two manga's are also very similar, not just how its drawn but where the panels are placed and what affects they use, in both the art of the manga starts to improve quite a bit as the chapters progress, the art in the starting of both the manga are certainly not bad there actually really good, but the art does get more cleaner and detailed, particularly the shading in Tsubasa improves the most, when in Pandora Hearts the art improves altogether.
both of these mangas have similar genres, adventure, fantasy, drama. though both would be considered shounens (oddly even with its shoujo feel Tsubasa was published in Shounen Magazine. Most likely because of the blood and dark nature of the later volumes) they fall into a category more in between shounen and shoujo having the best of both. (If you had to pick between the two, Tsubasa would be more leaning towards shoujo when Pandora Hearts is more towards Shounen).

Some more smaller similarities, both search for scattered memories fragments both in their worlds and in others.
There are certain chapters where similar things happen to the characters, although I won't go into that because of spoilers.
Even some quotes are similar and remind you of one another, its like the authors seem to have the same type of ideas when writing.

If your a fan of one I'm sure you'd be a fan of the other, Highly recommended to anyone who has read either of these mangas, or even if you haven't. read more

Pandora Hearts and Tsubasa RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE have the main goal of the male protagonist trying to help the female protagonist get their memories back. There are some great conflicts, both mental and physical, that show in both series for that reason. There are a lot of character similarities as well: Break (PH) with Fai (TRC), Gil (PH) with Kurogane (TRC), and Shalon (PH) with (TRC). There are a few other characters that are similar to each other, but those are the main ones.

Both story start with the fantasy theme where there is travel between dimensions, and the story advanced with the searching of main female character lost memories..
Both story is full with many beautiful trademarks like feathers, flowers, etc ...
Both stories is full of sad tragedies, you will be made to pity to the characters within ...

Pandora Hearts and Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE both takes place in a fantasy world where there are endless possibilities. Throughout both series, there is an conflict of identity issues and lost memory. The main male protagonist tries to help the main girl to get her memories back but faces difficult challenges throughout their journey. There are plot twists as other characters gets involved - both allies and enemies. Furthermore, there are moments of happiness and joy while there are also days of tragedy and sorrow. Recommended for fans of fantasy/adventure with a complex story.

If you like the complex plot twists and characters with mysterious pasts in Pandora Hearts, I suggest you read TRC. Its one of Clamps best works and like Pandora hearts it will mess with your mind. You'll love it :)

Both manga display some similarities like, for instance:
- A Powerful Organization (Pandora/Circus) & some weird monsters.
- An alternative fantasy World, where PH is set in an alternative Victorian Era and Karneval in a Modern Steampunk World. 
- A blonde happy go lucky main character (Oz/Yogi) that apparently has no problems, but later on some secrets are revealed. 
IMO, I like PH better because of certain elements you do not find in Karneval: While PH & Karneval start with a happy feeling, PH soon becomes heart wrenching,leading to a profound character development and an intricate twisted plot, while Karneval manages to keep the happy feeling by shortening the drama scenes and making soft transitions. Still, both are mangas that heavily rely on the message of true friendship and that is the central theme: "your friend is your family, you will protect them, they will protect you" is a quote that could define both plots, even if they are dealt in a completely opposite manner. Also, in both mangas the males are predominately more well developed than the females. Take for instance, Alice (PH) & Tsukumo (Karneval) which are badass, but frequently overshadowed by the males´s strong and meaningful presence. In general, I would say if You like one of these manga, you'll certainly enjoy the other, they both have gorgeous artwork and most of all, very likable characters.  read more

Alice in Wonderland references. The character designs are quite similar. The main characters - Oz and Alice (AYA?) are dragged into a abyss/world where they don't belong. They're personalities are quite similar but Alice seems a bit older than Oz. Gil/Mad-hatter has to protect Oz/Alice. Gil and Mad-hatter are very similar in character design and personality.

Both characters are dragged into a plot where they have to find something. Alice, a white rabbit and Oz, shards of memories. 

Genres are also very similar. 

Note: Alice is a guy.

In both the main protagonist is a blonde boy who is dragged to a dangerous world where supernatural creatures exist. Also many similarities in the characters situations or personalities: a noble girl who befriends the protagonist, a guy with lack of memories, a tormented cat that is related to Alice's past, a mysterious important character that appears in visions/dreams, a girl that hates and blames someone for a certain situation, a boy that did everything for the person he cared for, even if that costs the life of others, a cruel character that reigns in the wonderland. Both of them are quasi-homages to Lewis Carroll's "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" and both have the same feel to them--somewhat funny comedy mixed with twisted storytelling and artwork. Although neither is an adult manga (in the hentai sense), they take even darker journeys down the rabbit hole than Carroll's story does. Plus, anyone who wants beautiful bishounen and pretty artwork should check these out. Despite the fact that neither manga is identical to the other, the tones are similar enough that this is an easy recommendation.

Both stories are loosely based on Alice in Wonderland.

The protagonists (Oz from Pandora Hearts and Alice from Are You Alice) have similar personalities and are both dragged into a world full of monsters and weirdos where they're given a quest to find something. For Oz it's memories, and for Alice it's the white rabbit. 

In both manga most of the cast is male, with a few important females that heavily influence the plot. 

They also have similar tones, being mystery/adventure stories that gradually get darker as the series goes on.

Although Pandora Hearts is considerably less violent and gritty than Dorohedoro, they are both mysteries revolving around characters with lost memories who want to find out who they really are and how their past relates to the present. Except that in Pandora Hearts, instead of one character having identity issues, it's practically the whole main cast.

Dorohedoro is definitely a lot more violent and brutal than Pandora Hearts, but the fact that the plots deal with similar things concerning memory, past lives etc etc, makes them both manga that one should read

Thematically, both are very similar to one another, as each revolve around the concept of forgotten identities and a history that may have been better left disclosed. Character motivations and attributes are similar, and each of the settings boast original magic not seen in other series' in well crafted, oftentimes bizarre worlds.

At first glance, Dorohedoro and Pandora Hearts have nothing in common. But once you get past the visual, and deeper into the minds of the characters and the themes of the story (missing memories, seeing how your past life relates to the world of the present), you begin to see many similarities. Pandora Hearts is considerably less violent, but hey, there's still decapitations, child murder, massacres and so on. PH also gets compared a lot to other irrelevant series because they look similar/have similar styles or settings while no no similarities in story content or character complexity, but make no mistake, this is the manga it should be compared to. And if you like both these manga, I also recommend you read Berserk, which is similar to both. read more

Pandora Hearts and Dorohedoro both revolve around a main protagonist with lost memories. And throughout their perspective stories, more are uncovered about their character. Although different from a standard viewpoint (with Dorohedoro being much more violent), both of their worlds contain main abnormalities and phenomenons that defies the laws of nature. I recommend both series for those into supernatural fantasy with a taste of mystery involving the characters and their stories.

I might be wrong but I think the similarity is that both Pandora Hearts and Heart no kuni no Alice ~Wonderful Wonder World~  kind of related to Alice in Wonderland.  Alice in Pandora Hearts is both the rabbit (B-rabbit) and Alice.  Heart no Kuni no Alice ~Wonderful Wonder World~ has bishie rabbit guy and Alice from foreign country.

The strong bond between master and servant is also present in both series as well as a secret organization. The artwork is also similar in style and beauty. Though Godchild is much darker and more mature, both mangas share a macabre supernatural feeling.

Similar manga that builds a fantasy world where different organizations vie for a ultimate goal that could decide the fate of the world. Both manga starts innocently with little details revealed about the fundamental structure of the world. However, the comical misadventure of the protagonists belies the dramatic revelation later in the story that will subvert readers' understanding of the entire story. Betrayals are everywhere, and alliances could switch in a instant. A character is not at all what the readers first thought he would be.

Not too much similar plot-wise but it has that slightly gothic atmosphere to it, both main characters are royalty and also have rather similar personalities. Plus, within the story there is a talk of contracts and the ability to summon demons. If you do like Pandora Hearts I can assure that you willl enjoy Makai Ouji - Devils and Realist too.

both are dark, gore-y, psychological, horror, mystery, and well, awesome. Pandora Hearts is about a guy named Oz, who on his 15th birthday, is banished to the Abyss by the "red shinigami". Quote," We judge you now using the chains of conviction. Your sin is your very existence." then chains shoot out from under the ground, dragging him into the ancient prison known in fairy tales as the "Abyss". If I say much more I'll be giving spoilers but it is a must-read.

While the premise is entirely different, there are key similarities that make me think if one likes PH then they'd enjoy Bloody Mary:

- both have a characters with memory loss and they slowly recover their memories
- both explore the dynamic and unconditional love between two siblings in a very moving way
- both have a relationship that starts with a nontypical contract but slowly evolves into something deep and genuine
- similar storytelling; the story has been clearly decided from the start and you slowly unravel past events
- both have a victorian-like aesthetic, even though Bloody Mary is set in modern day
- breathtaking art

 These 2 mangas have so much in common - I love it ^0^ 

Both can be dark at times, as well as occasionally humorous - consist of a large cast , involve past lives, magic, plot twists, violence, romance, a Victorian setting, morally gray characters, brotherly love (not in an incest way), a mystery involving an incident which occurred at a castle - many years before the main cast was born , and characters looking for the answers involving their lost memories (relating to their past lives.) 

And maybe, and I say MAYBE, imply shoujo/shounen ai themes - but mostly have straight *cannon* pairings in both mangas. Plus both have characters named Glen. Hmm ... it's creepy how much they have in common XD read more

I like to think of Kubera like a great combination between Pandora Hearts and One Piece. 
Both Pandora Hearts & Kubera are beautiful and painful tragedies that will shake your heart, with a protagonist that develops dramatically through the story.
The atmosphere in both stories very similar- a dark and deep storyline with comedy to balance everything. 
The stories also contain a wide cast of great and complicated characters. Every character in the story has a unique and fun personality, all of them has their role to play in the story- non of them is unnecessary.
Fun plot twists and beautiful, touching to the heart artwork (though it starts pretty weak in Kubera) also included!

I'm not sure if both stories have similar plots.

But I do think that some of the characters in both stories have similarities/ reminds me of this and that

For example:

Lark & Oz - They are both cheerful and both are the kind of people who doesn't want anyone to worry about themselves. Both have blonde hair, have red eyes too. (In case you haven't read some later chaps of Pandora Hearts, Oz's eyes became red (lol such spoiler))

Setz & Gilbert - Both were cheerful in their youth days, but became cold after 10 years had passed.

Neal & Break - Both have a problem with one of their eyes. Blue-haired guys.

Ersha & Echo - Both girls are quiet/kind of the people who doesn't show much emotions.

Bathory & Lottie - They smirk a lot. 

And..

I don't know why but Carne reminds of me of Sharon. Is it because of the ribbons on their heads plus their close relationship of the blue-haired dudes? xD

They remind me of each other in the sense that the there's a mystery connected to what happened in the past, which is told in bits and pieces throughout until you get the full picture. Same for characters' inner motivations, which look different at the surface until the story digs deeper into their past and current desires. There's also an emphasis on found family, and both manga have very well defined and important supporting characters. They also start slowly, but when the story starts to unravel everything makes sense and you can't put it down. If you loved one of these, chances are you'll love the other. read more

Both of them have an Alice in Wonderland theme and deal with human characters making contracts with demonic entities. Both have dark undertones that become more overt as the story continues. Each series also has good art with an interesting cast mostly comprised of pretty males, and there are a few surreal backgrounds in Gaitou Alice that reminded me a lot of the abyss in Pandora Hearts. I wouldn't be surprised if Gaitou Alice was inspired by Pandora Hearts, although by no means is it a ripoff.

The background of each uses fairytales with Kataribe no List using Grimm's various fairytales as items and Pandora Hearts relying on "Alice in Wonderland" to portray parts of the story. What they have more in common though is that they equally have great comedic scenes and interactions between characters which lightens the mood appropriately even when things are serious. Also, albeit the story in Pandora Hearts is a lot more developed and complicated and deals with more themes, they both include a mystery of sorts with the main protagonist(s) being chased by certain enemies, similar plot twists at every corner and not knowing really which is the right or wrong side in the end.

So, for a mix of fantasy, comedy and mystery while giving off the same vibe, both of them would be an easy, enjoyable read. read more

In both in the "past" arc, there are two best friends, but one of them is secretly "evil" and wants to end the world as he knows, for a certain purpose. In the middle of those two best friends there is an extremely important girl for both, yet one of them ends up killing her. Then the "evil" guy reveals his plans and they become enemies, but deep down, the "evil" guy is not entirely evil and it is capable of feeling and loving, he cries a lot or he is usually emotionless with empty eyes. Usually the nice flashbacks of the "evil" guy with his best friend are set on a garden. In both the girl has long black hair and liked to sing for them. 
Both are great reads with beautiful art and deep plot: they start as comedy but then switch to drama/tragedy.   read more

ive only seen the first chapter of kurenai but it reminded me of pandora hearts right away. ayame really reminds me of alice not in terms of personality but in terms of her role. alice asked oz for a contract , ayame asked Youichi to become her sheep. i cant describe it but if you like one then you should definitely check out the other.

I have been looking for a long time for manga of similar style to Pandora Hearts. This one really matches it well. Both Oz and Juno are people of similar personality. They don't know much about their past & need to discover that in order to survive. Other people swear to protect them (like Gilbert & Oz). Story has similar vibe of dark mystery behind tragedy that took place in the past.

Both manga involves the main character into a supernatural world. Both manga have a shonen and dark auro that helps the story line stand-out. Both main characters are protective towards their family and friends and both have their own individuality that helps the stand-out. For Rin in Ao no Exorcist he is the son of satan while Oz in Pandora Hearts have a connection to the Abbys.... Both mangas will keep you hanging but wanting more...

I can say the most mutual thing in both manga is that the main genre is mystery and MC characters are really similar. MC female from PH and MC male character from Metronome are ready to kill only to protect the one they need/care about. The atmosphere is dark and each chapter shows new secrets who are confusing you more and more..
