| Amazing episode! love the fight between shinso and deku. But does anyone know the name of the track while shinso is getting praised by classmates and heroes. Sounds so damn good. But been searching a while and cant find it. |
| So... Deku had no plan when he opened his mouth at the beginning of the fight? How stupid is he after getting advice from Ojiro? And here I thought he was a pretty smart guy so far. Shoto winning easily is not really surprising, wonder how Midoriya can win against that OP power though. Looks like next episode we'll get a bunch of short fights of the more "unimportant" characters. |
| Since these episodes are centered on different fights, I'll be dividing them as such accordingly~ Shinso vs. Midoriya The visions of the predecessors of One For All ignited a passion within Deku that made him move with all his might even if it was just his fingers. What happened afterwards was a tense struggle to stay on the platform for the two because Deku didn't want to use his Quirk on Shinso because it's too much of an advantage for him. Everything so far for him was unfair and he fully understood that because when it came to the practical exam, fighting something without a brain made him practically Quirkless and his menacing power gave him a rather shady reputation. I'm very glad that despite his loss, the Pro Heroes saw what he was capable of and his classmates started to treat him with respect for getting that far. Todoroki vs. Sero Todoroki's talk with Endeavor really pissed him off and he unintentionally took it all out on Sero in one devastating ice attack. He went that far just to immobilize him because of his anger towards his father and he realized that he had become just as bad as him even if it was just for a moment and having to use his supposely accursed hot side to undo what his ice side had done. It was funny to hear the crowd attempt to cheer up Sero after his crushing loss though. |

| Whew. I thought Deku will not make it. But Shinso would like to be a hero too. I hope he will be given a chance? Damn that Endeavour! He treats Todoroki as thing, not his child! Todoroki is too strong. I don't want to jinx it but it seems he has the highest probability of winning this. |

It's still part of the power he inherited from his dad, even if it's not full on flames. So either go all the way or don't at all, or else that pledge is a half assed pledge that doesn't mean much. He said he was going to win only using his ice powers, using his other arm after winning is fine under his own rules. |

| Damn that brainwash ability seems powerful and of course Deku falls for his trap. Todoroki is such an interesting character too, maybe one of my favourites now actually. |

| That was really close. However he survived. But I feel bad for Shinsou. With this kind of power he didn't lost his mind. Rather he wanted to become a Hero so he can prove himself. If the entrance test was logical than he would have gotten in hero course. However it was Good that some people understood him. Aizawa's powers are also kind of this one. I can understand how it feels for Aizawa. But now I hope Deku does put a good show against Shouto. There are more amazing matches coming like Kirishima vs Tetsutetsu. These will be interesting. |

| Shinso is daddy The art was so pretty during his flashback. And those sakura petals!! Wow it was a brief flashback but it conveyed so much. You can’t help what the heart wants, I wonder if there’s a double meaning to that. Todoroki’s intense determined face is one to behold. Damn......he’s so OP. He immediately apologised. I love this kid, someone give him a hug already! |

| Ngl, legit wanted deku to lose that at first because he deserved it. But because he won, we got some backstory to who seemed to be a comically evil rival. Dude actually has a rough background and a tough quirk to deal with... like it would be hard finding people who would actually want to talk with him. Anyway I hope that's not the last we see of shinsoo, over the span of just a couple minutes he became one of the most interesting and tragic characters of the whole show. Anyway, can't wait to see deku get absolutely smoked by todoroki Speaking of todoroki, right now he easily outshines every other character in this show. Not only is he no doubt the coolest character that everyone was raving about, but he's the one with the best backstory as well. The dude is trying to spite his father for turning him into a tool by not using the powers that came from him. Damn. Couldn't ask for more; the coolest character being the most fleshed out as of now. The rest are alright, like ururaka-however-you-spell-her-name's motivation being the wanting to support her family, but so far they don't have nearly as much depth as todoroki's. And shinsoo's. Deku on the otherhand, just wants to be a hero just because, was given the strongest power because he has a heart, and now is just pretty much training to be able to contain and use said power. Poor tape guy though, looks like he was really ready to put up a fight despite admitting he was outmatched. |

| Shinso didn't expect Deku to break lose from his mind control, but One For All really is something else. Deku will have more problems when he faces Todoroki, though. Sero didn't stand a chance. |

| Shinso was a lot cooler than i expect with all his background. But as expected Deku easily found a way out of his brainwashing pinch! So what's up with Kajikaji character? Releasing his cold when he's angry? Then when you chill, he actually releasing his heat? Such an interesting character you are, Todoroki Shounen! |

| God Shinso’s quirk was mind control the whole time but Deku broke through his influence thanks to the help of the previous users of All for One that was pretty cool to see, I’m glad that he doesn’t want to become a villain but rather a hero I mean mind control is not usually associated with people who are on the side of justice is usually resolved for evil like I said which I will say is quite refreshing plus his story when Deku’s question on why he wanted to be a hero was quite touching too. Well Todoroki wasn’t kidding when he said he has a tense relationship with his dad because god his wife went into an arranged marriage with him I mean if Endeavour just treats Todoroki as a way to get back at All Might, god knows what happens Todoroki and his mum behind closed doors. You got to feel sorry for Sero, Totoroki was just pissed off because of the encounter with his dad and thus went over the top about the match. It essentially got to him, at the very least he’s not heartless and actually apologised for ending the fight prematurely and thaws him out with the fire side of his Quirk. But even if that encounter haven’t have happened, he’s still really strong as a quirk user regardless. Great episode once again. |
| I enjoyed hearing Shinso's story and his struggles. The episode was a little drawn out, though. The end interesting, and I am curious how Todoroki's story plays out. He's sort of angsty, but he's more legit than a lot of these types of characters. |
| Holy Todoroki! The Deku vs Shinso match was meh, it basically proved that Deku won because of his superior quirks plus the mc plot armor, which he himself even acknowledged. I would've even preferred that he broke out of the mind control by his sheer will as cheesy as that is instead of the past OFA holders helping him(?), which is something that belongs to Deku instead of one that's given to him. |
