Know what happened to the studio that made that anime? Wikipedia says "The studio ceased operations in 2002, when they were set to do the animation production on WXIII: Patlabor the Movie 3." Triangle Staff was found by former Madhouse Studio workers, and Madhouse took over Patalbor the movie, which triangle staff were supposed to be working on so maybe Madhouse plotted to shut them down.

Ace attorney is nice. I havent played the games either but I've watched GameGrumps play Ace attorney and I enjoyed them and their voices for each player. Now sadly.. I found out that they're mangas shipping two certain characters in the show so I must watched all that's out ..and then read all that's there.

It's a long process but it gives me something to focus on lol. It has 2 seasons rn. Tbh I enjoyed the Gameplay from the GameGrumps version better? Tho the cases are quite interesting.

Cutie Honey does have the feel of the 70s. When you watch the first ep you'll know what I'm talking about. It's pretty simple "Good person vs bad people" and sometimes ya just need that kind of content to watch.

I understand what you mean. You watch anime for so long, grow tired, do other stuff like show netflix or something and then you think about anime again and just dont know where to start again.

It's fine, I'm rarely on so I understand. I'm good. Just finished the first season of ace attorney, finished catching up on this new anime called Given, love the anime so far.
I've gotten drawn to this strange anime that's called Cutie Honey Universe, I'm usually not one for ecchi animes but it's like ecchi/comedy?? So I find it interesting ha.

Ahh, yeah I gotcha.. it's definitely not the kind of show I'd imagine the majority of newcomers to the medium enjoying. The art style and lightning-speed exposition can be pretty off-putting for a lot of people, haha. But Ozu? Damn, I think he's part of what makes the series great. =P

In all honesty, I think the subject matter and execution of Tatami appealed to my personal tastes a bit more than Ping Pong, but both series are absolute masterpieces in my eyes.

Haha, yeah. I value Aria so highly that I designated a sole 10 for it. No series, anime or not, has ever affected me so greatly. :)

You should! I actually only recently watched it, but it trumped Ping Pong (my previous favorite of Yuasa's) rather easily. It might've just been the relatability of the story, but I loved how the series was tied together in the end. Perfect execution in my eyes.
