| That was the best episode so far for me. I cried while reading about Loke on the manga and now i cried watching this episode. It was so damn beautiful, especially when Lucy was trying to open the gate and Loke said he didn't want to feel more guilty if she died too. Oh my, now i love Loke so much <3 And he was so handsome in the past with longer hair ~ 8D |

| Pretty lame episode. I expected something far more serious and deep. Like Loke having to kill the master he loved in order to save some people he didn't know, something like that. | I think you also saw a contrast between two very different philosophies/styles/schools of magic. Karen was a lot like the ceremonial magicians of the Renaissance and later who viewed discarnate entities as tools to be manipulated. Lucy tends to view them as familiar spirits or allies and maintains a relationship with them. In the end Leo would probably have settled for Karen releasing Aries as he was strong enough to put up with her attitude, but Karen was too proud to bargain with a spirit and simply tried to summon beyond her abilities. And by the way, I totally ship Lucy x Leo now... |

| I am so disappointed in this episode. What luck, he gets another chance and everyone is happy. This kind of goes for the whole series, being too childish-No tragedies, the guild always wins, pretty predictable. If only it got a little more serious. |

| It's eps like this that remind me why I like Lucy. The girl may not always be the best fighter, and she's kinda loud, but she's no wuss. There's no denying the girl does what she's gotta do to get things done. Anyway, I always liked Loke, but seeing him as Leo just sent my fandom through the roof. Really glad he and Lucy partnered up. I imagine he's not going to be as limiting with his contract as some of the others are. Looking forward to getting a closer look at Erza's past. |

It was surprising and unpredictable. Pretty much every prediction I made regarding Loke or Loke and Karen was completely wrong. This entire episode was just a massive feel fest. I actually started crying for a bit in the middle of the episode. Being that I am watching this dubbed, this episode is going to be the episode I use against anybody who calls dubs "flat" - the emotion in Leigh's performance was flawless, and so was Vale's. |

| I loved this episode. Karen was a bitch, I didn't quite expect that.. Poor Loki suffering for her. :( Loki is now Lucy's Stellar Spirit and I love that. I didn't expect it at all. :D |

| I think some mistook Loke meaning to show Karen she couldn't treat people like slaves and then expect them to serve her faithfully, for him being devoted. Loke knows full well that killing the contractor is against the law. So even if he did do it to protect his friend, he would have been sending himself to death row and we would have no reason to feel sorry for him. Why? Because he knowingly did something against his world's laws. Why should he die because he did something that any decent person would do? |

| Definitely one of my favorite episodes so far. It's awesome that Loke's one of Lucy's celestial spirits now! Also I was totally with Lucy on the whole situation this episode, Loke had me thinking he actually killed Karen but he didn't actually kill her...Karen was so stuck up and rude to her spirits so good for Loke for standing up to her and protecting his fellow spirits/friends. Love that Lucy got the Celestial Spirit King to change his mind and allow Loke to live and welcomed back to the spirit world. This episode Loke really grew on me a lot. Looks like Erza's arc is starting...super excited! |
| spirit king's voice is just umf..<3 would've been better if something intense actually happened to change the spirit king's mind into accepting loke back instead of lucy summoning everyone. but it was really cool though, i love it. AND THAT TOWER THINGY FROM THE OP YEAYYYY oh and loke appears less i'm gonna miss him cause i liked him since the body exchange ep. Oh and aries...i wonder what happened to her? she's really cuteeeee |

| Lucy was fantastic in her passionate scenes. Pulling a page out of DBZ and doing that big power up and summoning all of her spirits. Maybe Aquarius will have a change of attitude towards Lucy now, seeing her summon all of her spirits at once, must have impressed her. Celestial King's expression when Lucy called him awesome stashface xD The ending where Loki princess carries Lucy was cute. So overall it was a pretty good arc. |

| This episode was a great climax IMO, personally I have had enough of saying farewell to people today, so at least this episode wasnt really a farewell, and Leo will come back when the need arises. It was one of the best episodes so far, I felt some tears almost wanting to leak out. Next arc is about Erza... AWESOME!!! xD |
