Also, very striking how Nel warns Grimmjow that she's still Espada 3 and he's Espada 6. Aizen is no longer the ruler of Hueco Mundo, yet the Arrancar are still using the ranked numbers as a status designated by a man who ruled them all through the fear of his sheer power. It complements the animalistic nature of Hollows while showing how great of an influence and deep of a scar Aizen left on them. Great touch of characterization and worldbuilding here, and just another case of the sharp but subtle dialogue from this series that you need the media literacy to apprehend and appreciate.
Ichigo with 3 love interests in the same room as him is also crazy.
| @TheBladeIsMe actually, it's funny how you overanalyze it, when Grimmjow literally said that he doesn't give a fuck about numbers and they mean nothing since Aizen is gone xD Nel said this text about numbers out of habit and out of the belief that she is stronger, but actually we will never know who is better . Her final form is not very suitable for quick combat. |

| Grimmjow being back is great, it's great bringing back all the different types of people throughout the series here including the Fullbringers I gotta say Riruka is such an underrated hottie in Bleach and I feel the animators agreed on that, she was extra cute lol I love how Askin is the only one really obviously freaked out by Yhwach's horrifying appearance here lol |

Ichigo mentioned the Valley of Screams!! - Of course the cat arrancar sits on the highest place in the room. - New VA for Nel. - Other small changes from the manga, like Soi Fon takes off her bandages. - In the manga Mashiro completely disappeared, Kubo forgot about her. But she's part of the attack force in the anime. |

| So happy for Riruka being back. Her scenes were really cute, and the animators really did a fine job with making her adorable (even her eyes becoming bright after blushing for Ichigo). She's quite a popular character in the series actually, as a cute Bleach girl. But I think that her popularity is only that big in Japan, not much elsewhere. |

 Since this episode mentioned the Valley of Screams, I was expecting they'll reference the Bleach first movie: Memories of Nobody, and they did! If you come across the Kyogoku infographic at the middle of the episode, the leaves and ribbon obviously referenced Senna. Also long time no see the other characters like adult form Nel, Riruka, and Yukio! Damn Yhwach rebuilt the Royal Palace, just goes to show his upgraded powers after absorbing the Soul King. No fights this episode, just preparation to the battles that'll come in the next few episodes and a bit of lighthearted atmosphere from Riruka and Ichigo's group. |

| A very slow build-up episode. Looking forward to reap the rewards in the next episodes. Really looking forward to seeing how this Wahrwelt disfavours the soul reapers in an ctual fight. Bringing Grimmjow and Nel should be key in terms of power hierarchy. The same way Ishida used the Reishi of objects in his fight against Kurotsuchi during the infiltration of Soul Society. Seeing the fullbring characters was a true "Who are you again?" moment. I remember oh to well how badly received that arc was and how it got the show cancelled back in the day. |

| Great and tense episode, but definitely also the cutest episode with so many pretty girls appearing. The character interactions are so well handled. |
| Calm before the storm, I actually wonder if Rurika and Nelliel also go to the soul king palace in the manga, but I won't read it because I wond want any more spoilers than the ones I've got :d I like new characters designs, specially Riruka's one, once again Bleach is unbeatable when it comes to character design! |

| The old gang is back and gave some comedy that was needed before the big fights come. The animators really loved Riruka cus her scenes were great. Yuha looks so creepy once he took soul kings power. |

| Nel!!! Man, adult Nel is as hot as ever.... goddamn. Orihime's reaction was great haha. As happy as I am to see Nel again.... Riruka!!!!!! Oh my god I didn't expect to see Riruka again, she's so fucking cute! I love seeing my cute tsundere again. Those “ear slaps” <3 <3 <3. I swear I try not to get too distracted by Orihime's outfit but my god it's hard xD. |
| Holy shit what a throw back of characters this epsiode, man the nostalgia train was hitting extra hard today. Honestly not surprised the first thing Grimmjow wanted to do after seeing ichigo was to immediately throw hands, really happy we also get to see Nelliel back in her full power. Loved her re-reintroduction with her classic head on approach to Ichigo and Orihime being a bit flabbergasted was funny. 2 Espada's alone i feel like are going to greatly turn the scales of the war since they have a natural advantage over Quincies, makes me kinda sad that they couldn't spare just a few more in the hueco mundo arc so we could also get some old faces fighting for the better good. Really loved how they're bringing back so many character's from previous arcs as possible, since the war has shifted so much that any little bit helps at this point. But holy shit did i scream and cry when Riruka appeared on the scream, words couldn't describe how happy i was to see her finally make a reappearance in the show after the many long years, especially with the role she's been given in the war, Ichigo giving his gratitude to both Riruka and Yukio was also really nice showing more his maturity and also seeing Riruka's flustered side again is a massive plus. Seeing her in newly updated thousand year blood war design and in the new visuals along with her same old tsun personality was enough to remind me why i liked her to so much to begin with when i first saw her those many years ago Love where the plot's heading, Yhwach in a short amount of time has flexed his power by completely dismantling the Royal palace and moving the Wandenreich city down all the way at the Seireitei a couple hundred kilometres to him in a matter of seconds to form his new stronghold with a massive home advantage. Shunsui bringing the best remaining members of the Gotei 13 and Ichigo's vanguard party both launch a now counter offensive attack against Yhwach is nice twist that i'm looking forward too. |

| I'm so glad to see Riruka again!!! I also love how Ichigo remembers every single detail about her and puts her safety before anything. Of course Grimmjow is still the same and his interactions with Ichigo were the best part of the episode. Damn, Yhwach got to rebuilding and remodeling quickly lol |
