Tonikaku Kawaii

Looking for a fluffy, vanilla romance between lovebirds? If you enjoyed either Tonikaku Kawaii or Horimiya, you ought to check out the other. Both are simple slice of life romance animes which feature a young couple. And both shows will make you envy the protagonist for their relationship, because you pull no b*tches

Both shows have similar comedy and cute romance moments of the main couple. Coincidentally, both of the male MCs have purple hair, and the female MCs have pink hair. Both are very fun to watch if you love wholesome, slice-of-life romcom.

The portrayal of how relationships aren't supposed to function, let alone the fact that there isn't any basis for them to be formed in the first place, but that is the whole point of both series, right? I presume the comedy and romance direction would share similar traits. And hey, both MC received their share of tough luck to get the waifu, and I call it 'hardship'. 

Both include main characters saving one another. Both have some sort of relationship, either wife or girlfriend. Male mcs trying to impress ffemale mcs. 

Both main characters coincidentally have the same hair color, and is pretty wholesome overall. Me personally i see tonikaku as shikimori after marriage.  

MC looks pretty similiar, Nasa is a bit more confident than Izumi, like if you hate Izumi and wish he'd be more funny and confident bro Nasa is literally that. The FMC for both is literally the same, like they're both cool and cute like SAME PINK HAIR AND ALL THAT Both animes start out when they're together Tonikawa is a lot funnier and a little bit more fun to watch than Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie's art islot higher quality than Tonikawa They're both the perfect vanilla romance Even tho both MC look like losers, they're pretty cute

Tonikawa shares a similar desire to build up a couple's affinity between one another rather than go too much into the weeds of establishing a relationship between the two main characters. Both couples have their shares of happy moments and those that strain a relationship, though arguably Tonikawa has more light-hearted moments than Tsuki ga Kirei. Tonikawa in general has more security in the couple's love for one another, which allows for Tonikawa to explore more into the boundaries of how to express love in different and entertaining ways. Both are enjoyable watches nonetheless. 

Slow-paced SOLs in which the main couple gets betrothed very quickly. 

If you watched Tonikaku Kawaii and was like wow this is one of the most wholesome romance anime I ever watched... Well look no further I have the perfect show here just for you. I'd even say that this show is slightly more wholesome then Tonikaku Kawaii. It's up to you to decide, but you should definity give the show a watch.  

These two animes are very similar in certain plots and storylines. The main protagonist and female lead falls in love early in both of the animes and plan to marry each other. Their genre is also similar romance, slice of life, no love triangle also the story doesn’t occur in highschool for both these. It is a general rom-com without highschool. Both of the main female characters are also similar as they have a "suprahuman" backstory. A Galaxy Next Door and Tonikaku Kawaii basically shows the after story of the characters falling in love, they show what consequences and problems can come when two person are in love and what challenges they should take to face and solve those problems. Probably the twin anime of this one with more romantic , comedic and mysterious scene involved. This anime was more of a slice of life when it's compared to tonikawa but both are just peak wholesomeness (if that word Exists) 

Both are a wholesome romcom about a married couple with many meta anime jokes.  

Fun and weird love, different personalities but lovers. 

Recommending this based on the first episode. Both these shows are based on married couples and they're both really good so far.  

They’re both about how a newly wed couple figure out their married lives.  

Both begin with the pair becoming a couple at the beginning, and either one or both of them don't know anything about the other, other than that they're cute. They gradually learn more about the other in lovey-dovey, light-on-the-plot ways and grow closer to each other. 

Both have characters who get together early on and we get to see their relationship. They are both wholesome, cute, and heartwarming with little drama. 

What I like about both of the series, is that the couple gets together in the first episode. They counter the problems of being in a relationship together, exploring each other's good and bad sides. The two of the animes are extremely wholesome, and while I did find some parts of Momokuri to be a bit boring, you won't be disappointed.

Being able to support the waifu taking a good care of you is truly the meaning of success in the time of a laifu. Cute, cozy and relatable, us fan all wish them a good and bright future. 

A calm, beautiful romance. No unnecessary twists. You should watch it if you want something light-hearted. 

Both show focuses on main couple being lovey dovey. If you like a romance that is pure fluff, then both show deserves your attention 

They are not the same, but they feel similar. Both are romantic comedies that treat love in a very basic way but also very pleasant to watch.

This is what happens when you saved by unnatural events and ended up getting married. Btw, both were totally good and recommended so don't worry!  

You'll notice a very similar premise: girl saves boy, which leads to them getting married. Seto No Hanayome leans more into the slapstick/comedy while Tonikaku Kawaii focuses more on wholesome/comedic interactions between the leads - but both have similar humour and a quirky cast of characters.

If you liked Tsurezure Children I'm sure you'll like Tonikaku Kawaii as well. Get ready for the critical hit from the sweet couple in this series! 

- Main guys and girls got together right at the start. - Focus on the post-confession events instead of those before. - Interesting, refreshing and most importantly, bold main characters. 

They have the same concept. 

Similarities: - Romantic comedy genre - Focused on having girlfriends 

Good plot, not a harem even though it's a romance. (The 2 of them only have feelings for each other and doesn't make things complicated) That's what makes these 3 alike and the only romance anime I really enjoyed. 

I HIGHLY recommend you watch this after After Story for a cooldown. This show is 100% wholesome and without drama, so it's great for curing a certain depression. Similar in the sense that it's about a romantic relation between a boy and a girl who just got out of school with a very cute and welcoming artstyle. 

A similar married romance. Very cute, similar to ToniKawa. Loving couple. They don't hesitate to love each other. Your heart melts as it does in ToniKawa. 

Both are romantic animes where the protagonits are engaged/maried from the start, but doesn't know much about the partner. Also in both animes one of the protagonist has a mysteries background. For me both are just feel good animes worth watching.
