I do think you summarized it very precisely. Frieren does very well in skipping the general means to an end idea, where we have an initial conflict that is not concluded until the very end, maybe a times focused more than it needs skipping the subtleties that make the experience more flavorful and therefore more worthy of being told.

But that raises my question truly. If you're too good at doing sidejobs too much, shouldnt you be giving more attention to your main source:

I think it has the Harry Potter effect, people are too driven to its world, not what they do with it mostly.

But back to business, what do you think that made you and people general get so touched with Frieren. I do think its a solid title, but it doesnt come to my head as something I would recommend to anyone even if everybody is liking it lol
I guess it has to be something to be the way the story unfolds, not much on what happens really, although relevant still ofc

Things have been well for the most part over the autumn and winter months. Still chipping away at learning programming and modeling, and still modding games in the Driver series. Though, I've recently began to dig into the rabbit hole that is Unreal Engine. Also landed a (currently) part-time job as a QA tester which has been a fun experience.

The summer was difficult though with the passing of my aunt on August 8th and the several month decline in her health leading up to it :\

Yea I'm excited for more Hibike, just watched the last ova / movie that came out last summer which was pretty good. All caught up for S3.
