This contains somewhat of spoilers and I’m at chapter 50 as of this review...
The story is about as slow as nisekoi love development so be warned yeah. If you like rom-com mangas then sure this is for you for sure. You got this got guy and girl who are usually in the guy’s apartment room and basically they (mostly the girl) mess with eachother and don’t realize they love eachother because their skulls are about as thick and hard as a rock. Eventually they realized they love eachother later in future chapters which is very slow development. The art/characters is subarashii but not god-tier. Enjoyed

Personally, I love this manga, Although the chapters are h]short and it feels like there's a long wait time for new chapters, I thoroughly enjoyed this manga. It may seem like a cliche ripoff of manga like nagataro this manga has certain parts and charms that make it stand out in my opinion.
It starts out with the usual dense MC and a FMC that seems rough and dominating on the outside. As the story progresses though, you see the growth that each character goes through and the interactions transform between the characters. (slight spoilers) The reactions from the MC in the later chapters are more reasonable and ... Aug 19, 2020
Before getting into my review, I have to note that since writing my initial review Kaette kudasai! Akutsu-san has surpassed 100 chapters. A lot has changed in that time, making it a lot more fun of a read. I'll leave my below review unchanged since I still think it reflects the first half of the series well, but I do want to say to any potential readers that the series secures it's footing a lot more as it goes. It doesn't fix all of its problems, but it securely changes my 5/10 rating into a high 6/10. I'm much more likely to recommend it now

This was the first rom-com type manga I've read. I started binging it. The art is simple yet acceptable quality. The story is fun and relatively easy to follow despite it revolving in very few places. Objectively the romance progression is very tacit and and could be considered slow. If you expect a fast progression in the romance aspect you might find yourself frustrated but for others and myself, it's fun to enjoy the journey.
Every chapter is relatively short, wholesome, funny and increasingly lovey-dovey. It has lewd parts too but nothing too extreme. Would recommend, especially if you want something light and easy read. Feb 28, 2021
What to expect from this manga;
A simple story of a guy that is an Otaku. Ooyama-kun wants to be alone with his video games and manga. But a girl comes to bother him and raid his private sanctuary. There are typical ecchi tropes. But it is silly and light hearted. That should be taken at face value. Nonetheless, the art and story are simple, because sometimes simple works. What not to expect from this manga; It is not a story that has any depth. Or have some sort of deeper meaning, that allows the reader to look at it at introspectively. If you want that, there ... This is a reupload of my earlier review with minor edits as my last review was reported.
Please go home, miss Akutsu is another high school rom com where the 2 main characters have no chemistry and how they begin to spend time with each other apparently doesn't matter. The excuse given in this manga as to how the 2 MCs start to spend time together is that Akutsu uses Ooyama’s bedroom as her after-school hangout spot because his parents are never home. How she came to find this out is that she HAPPENED to be standing, waiting for ... Mar 25, 2024
Preemptive TL:DR: very good or extremely bad, depending on your tastes. Like simple romance manga? Give this a try. Don't like repetitive plot points? Better pretend you were never here.
It's classic romance manga where the male and female lead for no particular reason are extremely drawn to one another. The attraction not having a good reason is very forgivable in my opinion — if you're reading a story about a delinquent who randomly starts hanging out at a random guy's house 24/7, you shouldn't expect fully realistic romantic development. Once the premise is well established slowly the romance does develop. Most of the short chapters lead ... Sep 18, 2023
I would stay away from this if you're looking for meaningful progression between the leads.
Manga like this create meaningless barriers to prevent characters from getting closer to one another, rather than actually putting thought behind what might stand between them. As an example, Akutsu not wanting to reveal her feelings could - in a similar story - be based in pride, given the fact that she is a delinquent and Ooyama is on the wimpy side. And, Ooyama, despite being wimpy, could have redeeming qualities that Akutsu might find attractive. Instead, Ooyama remains a dense cardboard cutout for self-insertion, and Akutsu can't admit her ... This is the type of manga you read if you want to smile like a dumbass.
A very vanilla and sweet romcom that gets sweeter as time goes on. It starts fairly like as if its going to be a oneshot but it soons develop a really sweet story of people who didnt expect to fall in love but did - but now dont know how to tell each other since theyve been so used together. Makes me relive my days of falling in love with my best friend. Smile like crazy and skip a day to enjoy this heartwarming manga. (Also unlike other manga which has the ... Feb 15, 2022
Yeah this one is real mediocre, I generally wouldn't recommend getting into it unless you enjoy horny content.
The art is good and the characters play well off each other, but it just drags on for way too long, even after it gets straight up unrealistic. I mean, they do everything short of straight up kiss and somehow still don't progress at all in their relationship for 100 chapters. Mind you, the chapters are very short, but still, it's just ridiculous. I kept going due to a vague hope that this would change. Every chapter it seems like, FINALLY, after this something has to happen, but next ... Jun 19, 2024
*Rapid Review*
As of chapter 176: This is an extremely low 4/10 ecchi romcom, barely avoiding 3/10. As a binge read, it must be unbearable, but as a one or two chapters per day experience, it's decent fun. Just don't expect any variety though, 99% of the manga takes place in a single room, with the same shtick every time, leading to an insanely repetitive experience, and, with the amount of chapters it has, has barely any actual plot progression. There's neer any character development, and the premise gets asinine real fast, particularly when reading weekly. The scanlation team is great though! I'm NOT a contrarian, and if ... Feb 3, 2021
I bet quite a few people have commented on this, but the length of chapters and they content they have to offer is probably the main limiting factor for this manga, asides from the shallowness present amongst both the protagonist and Akutsu.
Forewarning: if you're looking for in-depth, complex literature with evolving characters and scenarios, I'd turn that mental switch off and enjoy it as a story dependent on a continuous gag. But with that said, at least this manga does at least have some romantic progression; this becomes more apparent the longer Akutsu spends around the main character. Honestly, as far as interpersonal progression goes, it's pretty ... Oct 6, 2023
oh. well I didn't expected to like this one tbh.
I started reading it as I head it was kinda similar to nagatoro. so I bought the first manga. I really did tought the ecchi was too much at first. BUT. I was curious.. something got me thinking. So I got the second one. Little did I knew, I was to impatient to wait vol.3 official translation to release so I went to mangadex and here I am now.. read all 155.5 chapters. This one is unique and the female antagonist's growth is just pure awesomeness. If you didn't liked the first vol, read the second one ... Mar 22, 2024
Story
A delinquent girl (our FMC Akutsu-san) uses our MC's room as her daily hangout place when she's skipping classes. She's often bullying him and somehow, we see some romantic feelings develop between them at a snails pace. Review The "hook" for this series is the popular delinquent girl bullying our loner "nice guy" MC. If that tickles your heart, then you should try giving it a try. As with every fetish, there's a limit. When you keep repeating the same hook for 100 chapters, its bound to get boring. When the story barely changes for 100+ chapters, it gets simply annoying. When characters keep chickening out at ... Dec 27, 2022
Considering the length of its releases and the slow, episodic pace, it is very difficult to get into as the characters generally have zero development for the first 30-40 chapters. Even after some development, the next ones still take as long as the previous. For the first half of Akutsu-san, it mostly focuses on romantic subtexts and ero but as I mentioned earlier there will be some development and character changes and I find that the low character-count really compliments well with this. The second half, I'd say, focuses more on the romantic aspect with less subtexts and more actual romantic tropes. I'm also a

Why you might not like this manga: ecchi, gals portrayed as stupid or delinquent, story not yet completed and new chapters are slow to be translated.
Why you would like this manga: If you like tsundere girls, gal x otaku love stories, lots of (mild?) ecchi, high school rom-coms, cute and funny side characters... Despite the irritating delinquency of Riko, and the unflattering focus on her laziness, her crush on Ooyama is adorable, and the eventual progress in their romance provides satisfaction for the reader looking for love. The side characters, including parents, all serve as a chorus or stand-ins for the reader, and sometimes provide ... May 9, 2023
I really just can't get into the micro chapters. Eight chapters in and I feel like I still have no idea where this story is going since I only know the bare minimum about the two characters in this story. The 4 page chapters don't really lend to a long format reading since it always goes nowhere. Am I supposed to read 1 chapter a day to avoid burnout? Any other manga and I would have given it one or two chapters, but for this manga that's 4 pages. So am I supposed to read 20 chapters before I call it good or not? The
