| Just a week before Mira leaves Earth?! But seriously, I was not expecting the confession and kiss scene this episode. Was expecting it to be more in the finale. Episode felt a little rushed but makes it clear that she and Takumi cares about each other, the least well kept secret in the show. |

| The key was actually behind the mailbox all along?! Bruh. It was under their noses all along. A farewell party for Mira and Shoin. It's the least the Astro Lodge tenants could do for her. I felt bad for them cause the news came outta nowhere. Shit went from 0 to 100 really fast in this episode. First off, I KNEW that Shoin was a Hubby spy or something like that. Looks like I was right all along! The bastard deserves to have his shit kicked in. Second, a confession AND a kiss in the same episode?! That's bold. But it felt a bit rushed IMO. Finally, the Astro Lodge itself was actually a Wido spaceship AND a giant robot at the same time all along!? Wtf. Shit's wild. And now, all the tenants know Naosuke's secret. I kinda feel bad they got caught up in this mess. But that's just how it goes in these types of anime. The next episode will be the end. I would've loved more episodes of this tbh. But I know that that wouldn't happen cos of the show's unpopularity. At least the story will likely be finished in the next episode. I hope after the space battle we will get some sort of epilogue like Maison Ikkoku. |

| SO MANY GREAT DEVELOPMENTS! It was satisfying to see Shoin get his comeuppance from Miyasaka! The hose mech transformation at the end was beautiful. I wonder where Ren was during the house transformation. The reveal of the Hubbies being fish people was also hilarious. Solid ep, I just hope Aoi gets a happy ending because she deserves better than Shoin. But then again, maybe she can fix him? |

| We're having a full-blown mecha/space battle next week?! The transformation sequence and the (generally) 2D look was a lot of fun. I hope they keep it that way. I predict we'll see a love hotel mecha piloted by Shoin. |
| I had a guess Shoin was the one behind the attacks but, what the hell just happened just happened lmao This remembers me of the bullshit Trigger does in their last scenes, everything is going fine but BAM, SPACE FIGHT! For this case I never took this anime seriously anyways so I actually look forward to whatever is going to happen. |

| We got the confession and kiss. Hell yeah! The ship finally sailed. Mira x Takumi. Really happy for them, love em. They key reacted to their love. The astro lodge was the spaceship which was also a mecha all along. The transformation sequence was cool. Shoin being a villain was no surprise but he was a wuss too. Takumi kicked his ass. Also Aoi x Naosuke? What an episode, epic. Really hyped for the finale. |

| I suspected that Shion had an ulterior motive for coming to Earth and his plan was to kidnap Mira and bring her to the Hubbies once they have found the key. Who would have thought that Mira and Takumi's love confession was the literal key to unlocking its power and the Astro Lounge was a Wido spaceship the entire time. Looks like we are getting a heated mech battle in the finale between the Imperial Guardian and the Hubby fleet. |

| More and more this has continued to remind me of Lilo & Stitch. Down to the general marine-themed design of the aliens. But especially the consistent message of the value and importance of found families and people/creatures from different walks of life and entire origin in terms of even different species and from different planets coming to understand each other and define their idea of family in a way that works best for them. Just with a slightly stronger focus/emphasis on romance versus more coming-of-age. That's not a complaint though. It's among my favorite and in the top echelon of Disney films from my perspective. And in that spirit, I wonder if Aoi, after being gently jilted, will end up with Naosuke now. It would also be interesting to see all the Astro Lodge residents get in on the action regarding the final battle. And then maybe serve up that piscine emperor for breakfast, either grilled or steamed. Or maybe the rival alien faction wins and Earth is completely leveled and destroyed in the end, and they all are forced to flee as refugees and start a new life either on Mira's planet or somewhere else. I'm fine with whatever really. Also, I expected the Sci-Fi elements to become more overt toward the end, by the finale if not the penultimate episode or before, known to at least all the Astro Lodge residents if not the broader country or world, but didn't expect it to go full-on mecha Super Robot. So that is interesting. |

| Great episode. Some of the developments towards the end felt a little rushed, but overall good. I like how each character is not forgotten and gets a little bit of time to shine. Seems like Shoin was working with the Hubby spies too. I'm surprised but glad Mira and Takumi got to kiss. Looking forward to the finale! |

A big budget harmless family-friendly anime that's not only exciting but also embracing diversity with original story that's not based on any existing franchise. I admire a "high risk, low return" of the creator. It's not gonna go viral or get a lot of money, but I'll remember its name.

| The key is finally found...and where could it be? Takumi drawing up a makeshift sign, and by chance, the big key is behind the mailbox of all places. That means Mira, Shoin and Naosuke can finally go back to Planet Wid, but Mira only has a week before she leaves, so making umeshu and going to the aquarium on her last day on Earth is the plan. A secret gathering between the residents of Astro Lodge for Mira's farewell party, it's thanks for her time in the residence, but Aoi's clearly being flustered about Takumi and his date with Mira, whilst the prep are all in place, from performing Terurun's dance song for the party to Mira perfecting her cooking. Other than Ren's friend being coincidentally surprised that he loves wearing skirts, Mira has gotten better at her cooking, though the plot of Shoin finally revealing his true colours once the secret of the key is out, a conspiracy to kidnap Mira in the box goes out of hand, and the love confession and kiss I'll admit feels rushed, though the lodge being a Wid mecha spaceship in and of itself is a rather ambitious plot to go to space. Yeah, this feels inherently rushed, but I hope that the space battle between Wid and Hub gets resolved one way or another. | everyone saying they knew shoin was a spy making me feel stupid asf π i thought he was just kinda weird.. thats so disappointing he was like. my 3rd fav icl. also like i gotta be honest the confession and kiss was cute but i have not been rooting for mira x takumi at all ngl.. i'm sure this'll end with them being together but idk they dont do anything for me . I just want justice for aoi really she deserves somuch better </3 also I doubt we will since the next episode is the last but I hope we see some sort of resolution to ren's friend seeing him wearing the skirt.. i'd also like to see one final terurun performance |
