| Looks like the episode focused more on the athletic and sports festival side of the school. We got a swimming competition and Akebi even takes part in it. Good episode though. The episode felt tense and real with the audience watching. Akebi is also a decent swimmer and the episode captured her human emotions. |

| The athletic festival meeting was held after the completion of mid-term exams for the class to decide who's gonna participate in it. Riri is chosen to be the anchor of the swimming team, but as Erika recommended Komichi also got her chance and now it's a face-off between the two. Riri is a strong competitor and just by the looks, you can see the difference in their confidence level. Komichi is nervous about her opponent. And so, Riri suggests a bet in which Komichi's sailor uniform is on the line. And, Komichi lost as expected but her spirits are high. So, she wants to win it next time. The animation on the swimming part was really good. Good episode. |

| The pool scene..it's just, there's no bikini, but the swimsuit is quite kawaii. Good start, is this a competition, isn't the jump start quite extreme level? Alright, this episode will probably be an armpit fanservice. Akebi-chan is 5th in her grade! What an amazing girls, athletic and academic! The biggest surprise of the day, really. Still curious about the first place of class ranking, hmmm.. Is that the principal? I don't know why I didn't pay much attention to that. unique sewing machine, Ah, sailor uniforms also have summer uniforms? Will we see them during this season? An amazing duel, in the end the winner are, no matter how fierce the match was, it was clear that friendship was the most important. I've never scored below 50 so it's pretty impressive when someone gets an 8-16 test score. Was this changing scene really that important? Idk, but i like it. Can't wait for imouto-chan to wear a sailor uniform, have to wait until imouto-chan grows up.  |
| Ah a new girl, Minakami Riri and right off we had a swimming contest between her and Akebi. She did try her best though as usual, so no hard feelings for losing. And well they all had a pretty fun session later on, so it’s all good. A brand new sailor uniform too in the making. |

| That was an epic duel. The swimming race was well animated. And as usual, Akebi made a new friend. I really like Riri. Hehe. That's too big for you, Kao. That post-credit scene put a smile on my face. :) Akebi looks so adorable in her new sailor uniform. <3  |

| The last part was cute. The swimming race was nice to watch and the way to it was pretty interesting it seems even Akebi can get riled up if you try. It was funny to watch. |

| Test results huh. 5th place within the whole year group is damm good. Tatsumori sure is pretty fiery huh. But after such a hard test having a athletics festival is a good way to chill. The contest to determine who will be the anchor though sure added some nice tension. Though the contest didn't go her way its nice that it also served to allow Akebi to bond with Riri. Seeing the class's reaction to it was cute. The new uniform looks pretty nice. The Red ribbon in particular added a nice contrast to it. The bonding moment between the sisters at the end was nice. Once she grows up im sure Kao will look just as cool as her beloved sister. |

| Well, about time that the anime got back to adapting the manga after the previous anime-original character stories. Class 1-3's vice-chairman Ai Tatsumori is the serious, nerdy kind of character you'll find in your typical school. Roubai Academy's athletic festival with swimming has one new girl...and that's the Swimming Club member Riri Minakami, whom she has a track record of swimming in the Nationals, and that Akebi feared that she wouldn't measure up to her. So then, a bet between both girls to see who can swim the fastest, with the loser trading the precious handmade prized school uniform to the winner being the anchor, and Riri can be that kind of a poker face character. About time that the entire Class 1-3 are about to see Akebi and Riri's swimming showdown, and as expected, Riri won, and took the whole bet as a joke to test her serious will...so I guess this is a win-win for both. The real bet is with studies since Riri isn't as good in hers, and Ai's forceful teacher rhetoric pretty much forced the low-scoring classmates to get good, which is a double W in my book. Akebi's family's dynamics are still there, as is her mom's very exquisite sailor uniform make and sewing to show to their dad. And getting a bird's eye view through Kao, she is also jealous of the sailor uniform though her size doesn't match to hers. You will look cool when you grow up, dear lil' sis. |

| The whole pool part gave those shonen vibes, where the transfer student challenge the someone important and everyone appear to watch. Akebi family is just a great family. |

| Great episode! Akebi had to swim race Riri not to lose her precious sailor uniform! But that was just a joke to get her to take the race importantly xD. She really did very well in that swimming race and nearly won, only the wall turn let her down. She also now has a summer sailor uniform made by her mum! Her sister and dad wait to see her put it on and they were impressed with it-that little spin she did was awesome also! Looking forward to the next episode! |

| Decent episode. This episode features a race to decide who gets the sailor uniform; no, not really, it was just a joke apparently. The new uniform looks dope. And Kao wearing the old one looked cute as well. Their dad hesitating to go before seeing Akebi in her new clothes was pretty sweet as well. |

| Ok I lied, Sono bisque isn’t the best thing cloverworks made. It’s Akebi. Every single episode is such a beautifully self contained masterpiece, with some of the best art and animation I’ve seen. The swim race between riri and Akebi was so well done, I’m just constantly in awe of this show. |

Another great episode though not as memorable as the previous ones. Akebi trying on her summer uniform definitely being the highlight for me. | We met some new characters in this one, Tanigawa and Riri, I really liked them both, and the swimming competition was great too, glad to see Riri was just trying to get Akebi to take the competition seriously, and Akebi has earned respect from yet another classmate lol, and I also like Riri’s dynamic with Tanigawa, they’re yet another nice duo in this show. The summer uniform part was also great, Akebi being nervous to show her dad the uniform was sweet, and not to mention the very end of the episode where we got Kao vision lol, and the moment where she made Kao an outfit and told her she was cool was so sweet, Kao is definitely one of the most adorable little sister characters I’ve ever seen. |

| I was half expecting a sibling fight, thanks to my childhood lol, but I guess this family is just too wholesome. I guess we'll have to wait for next episode where Akebi shows off her new uniform to her classmates, was kinda looking forward to their reactions. |
| Nice swimming duel between Riri and Komichi, of course it was cruel that a sailor suit was at stake on the other hand we were intoduced with competitive and playful nature of Riri. I guess that now their relay team is gonna crush the final heat. Kao POV of trying to be as cool as her big sister was unexpected but very cool and funny. |

| Never expect Tanigawa was the type of smart girl. Timid yes, but, perfect score? Dang, no wonder she become the class rep. And talk about the number two, its also from their class and their vice rep too! Meanwhile Akebi just chill on the fifth spot like nothing xD. Ah school festival, sport festival. Its time for Akebi-chan to be more serious and trying to be more competitive after Erika told the vice class rep Akebi skill on swim. In the other side, the two other girls actually hold some good relationship among them, which make the competition become even more serious. Legit i thought there's something sad happening, and its actually pretty tense. So glad its ended up with wholesomeness with Riri told Akebi about the best was just a joke, and she actually enjoyed swimming together with her. That's nice, and the serious competitive girl, Tatsumori Ai finally joined with the wholesome gang of Akebi even if its mean to tutoring Riri for a while. Summer sailor uniform for Akebi, its a usual cute. But, the level of Kao cuteness, just beyond the limit ob this episode. She trying to be as cool as her neesan, because of that nice spin, and ended up with that pose. Oh shit, looks like i need to check up my glucose degree! |

| Such great episode. serotonin restored just what I needed, especially the post-credit scene, very wholesome. We meet Riri this episode, her first impression wasn't the best but she turned out to be a pretty good person. Akebi really can swim, she was able to give Riri who has been to nationals a good challenge. Swimming part was really well done. Especially today I felt like the animation was even better, that wooden stair-cases scene was done so well, the stair-cases almost looked real, the water while they were swimming looked pretty good as well. It's almost summer now and we will now get to see Komichi in her summer uniform, nice. Haha it was cute how the dad didn't wanna go to work unless he saw his daughter in her new uniform, Komichi was pretty excited to show her uniform as well. At this point I won't be surprised if other girls start to want to wear the sailor-fuku as well lol. Also Komichi is a damn good Oneechan to Kao, you can see the same expression Komichi's mom has on Komichi when Komichi was helping Kao tie the ribbon. Got lots of wallpapers from this episode as well, not as much as previous ones but still enough [23], here's the link to the album in case anyone is interested. Overall pretty enjoyable episode, 5/5. Looking forward to next one. |

| When Komichi is in her swimsuit, I thought 'damn she is well-built for a girl who's in her 13/14'. A fierce competition between Riri and Komichi and as expected Komichi lost. First time hearing Ishikawa Yui with an accent (I know she was born in Osaka but never heard any of her roles with accent). I thought Kao was going to ruin Komichi's winter uniform. Like, she was going to tear or rip a hole in it, but turns out I was wrong. |
