| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Assassins huh? This world is filled with danger. I'm really interested to know more about the history of San Teresa City. Kei and Tilarna Exedilika has this unique relationship in the show that I find appealing. Hope they can develop them both further even though their personalities are quite different. The police force in this show is so useless lol |

| I think this could be a sleeper hit of the season. It picked up pretty nicely where ep 1 left and the duo chemistry is just amazing. Tilarna felt pretty familiar and it finally clicked to me, she has a similar personality to Nagi from Kannagi (maybe the voice actor is the same, she is not listed yet). Looking forward to next week. |

| The second episode has me totally sold on the characters chemistry is great. Add in a fantastic soundtrack, good animation and interesting story. This is going to be one of the best of the season |
| Slightly better episode. The fairy is still mostly insufferable but this episode showed even more what a cancer the fairies are to this world. |
| Good show so far. I am really liking the characters so far. I love the introduction of the villians and really feel they got something here. I do think the pacing is a little slow but it's fine. |

| Great episode. I sense a good directing. Liked how it went from one good scene (dialoge with the ex especially the end when they said goodbye) to the scene with the cat ... then Kei translating the wrongly pronounced name. The music at the funeral was nice. Good atmosphere. And wow ... one of the greatest voice actors for that mage guy looking clothed a bit like Alucard. |

| It's getting a lot better! The story is opening up. Some people pointed this out already, but I absolutely adore the Kei and Tirana dynamic, the sass instantly pierced through my heart from the very first episode. However I was kind of bothered when Kei found the maker of the fairy bomb so easily? I get he's a police with lots of connections and good research skills, but when you're doing something illegal I think you'd be a bit more cautious about your online footprint... This is kind of like Banana Fish from the police PoV (a drug/gang crime story set in The US), but less gay and more lolicon. Also, I'm a sucker for overlapping worlds so I'm going to continue watching. |

| Really good second episode, they really sold me the characters and the plot. I'ts amazing to know that a part of the staff worked in Berserk (2016) because this is complete stunning in comparison. Shut the fuck up El Melloi, here is my magic mistery anime of season. |

| god this show could be amazing if they just cleaned up the shot composition. the odd angles and long still frames are really jarring and definitely take away from the viewing experience. but so far i'm loving the score, the central character relationship, the world-building, the dialogue and of course that amazing opening. there's a lot of great shows this season but this one's up there for my fav! |
| Continues to be interesting story/plot wise. They do a great job of explaining things and the chemistry between the two mains are on point. I can definitely see myself finishing the show now and its moving up on my list of new shows for the summer. And ah man when we Kei found out what she was calling him.lol |

| Thought this was pretty interesting after the first episode, but I gotta say now I'm hooked. This has turned into the one show this season I actually look forward too. Haed to believe this is from the same studio that gave us the new Berserk |

| The intro and a lot of the general feel really reminds of that mediocre Kekkai Sensen, hopefully this ends up going down a better path. It seems pretty fun so far. |

| Damn man! I seriously didn't expect much out of this anime but 2 episodes in and I am hooked. Hell I was hooked after episode 1 but now I'm even more excited to see where this show takes us. It kind of reminds me of Lethal Weapon at times with how Kei and Tilarna act around each other. There's comedy and a hell of a lot of action and serious moments. Great anime so far. |

| I guess Kei and Tilarna are getting friendlier towards each other. But I wonder if she's kidnapped though, since she doesn't want to part with that sword of hers? That weird bomb though, pretty sick! |

| As interesting as the first episode. Kei is a softie in the inside and Tilarna is charming in her own way. The interactions between them are being very enjoyable as well. Good episode overall. |

| The first episode had me rewatching it partially in the week before the second episode came out and the second episode enhances that feeling even further. The show is not the cleanest in a technical sense and the fight was a bit cringy (these animators really need to learn how a real firefight looks and that a freaking sofa is no shield against bullets), but the dialogue is snappy and the characters are something I didn't even knew I needed before I got it. Is this the first time we get a Rush Hour / Bad boys style show in anime, can't think of any other show and the style, with the magic world and the loli character is distinctly anime. I love it. |

| I don't get it when people say there're problems with the shooting angle.. At least I didn't feel it... The animation is far from being rated perfect or fabulous but it served the purpose of story telling. The only problem I'm having is that we only get 1 episode per week and the cliffhanger is killing me. |
| Really interesting episode. Who is Elbaji's VA? He is doing good job and I'm not sure if I heard his voice before. To leave her sword to distract Kei was smart move. |
Digimon is the best Isekai  |
