Old forum comment from you. I'm not sure it works like that anymore, it seems nowadays there's a new superhyped show every season that breaks into the top 10 rated anime of all time every so often (until people not into the hype watch it later and makes the rating go down somewhat).
Either anime quality keeps increasing by a hundredfold every season or times have changed.
Yup, drummer/percussionist. I want to try out sometime in the future, but I just don't know when. Right now I'm focusing on my auditions for next semester and just college in general. Time and money are the biggest constraints right now for me.
lol thank you, the only thing left is to finish writing/editing the whole thing but my avoidance is really really awful. I went from going "I'll finish this page and then take a break and watch an episode" to "I've written a paragraph, that was SO MUCH WORK I better take an anime break" to "This is a sentence, it begins with a capital letter and has a period, better reward myself with binge-watching a show" ~(>_<。)\)
I also finished white album in two nights, I probably could have finished it all in one night but I wanted to digest what I had already seen. It's funny because the episode I ended the first night was the one right before the festival and it wasn't until after the festival episode that I think the show kinda of went downhill for me. So I had a great first impression of the anime and then a bad impression of that second half.
Maybe you had the same experience? But anyway, if you liked white album, I recommend the anime called "True Tears" to you, I haven't seen it in a few years but it is a really strong and emotional anime. Great soundtrack with it too
