nope. I got the US CE of A Silent Voice for basically the same price the Japanese one (years later after the JP came out of course) and it was missing so many features and the subtitles were YELLOW and subpar. Fansubs were better so I used makemkv and added better subs to the mkv.

I already imported this from Japan for the reasons I listed above, and also to ensure I got the highest quality since US companies like to re-encode for no good reason and ruin quality. https://twitter.com/Kougeru/status/1232703330209628166
