| Worst episode yet. The story seemed more like filler and the animation was awful, not much else to say. Now the map on Dororo's back is an interesting development. If it is a map it has to lead to something meaningful, related to either the demons or Daigo himself, or they wouldn't introduce it so far into the story (would they?). If it's not a map then what could it be, and why on Dororo's back of all the people? |

| Hyakkimaru is talking a little more now...and he's pissed... Dororo showing her "mother" to a blind man... Oh, so Okaka is a shapeshifter... Okaka's hair though... Hehehe, she can't change into Hyakkimaru's mother because Hyakkimaru has never seen her face. Aww, they go to the hot spring even though Dororo lied about a monster. But what is that marking on Dororo's back? At first, I thought the ending animation was just blurry random colors, but I have a hunch that as the anime comes closer to ending, the blurry images will become clearer and clearer, and when Hyakkimaru recovers his sight, we will see what exactly is happening in the ending animation. That's my guess, so don't skip the ED people! |

Her committing a sin by stabbing herself is what caused it to cease? Hmm. I really don't like how they put Tahoomaru in the opening. The way it looks they are setting him as a main villain on the clan part. He is supposed to go beyond all this moral mess and be the one to lead the people into a better future... We will have to see. ...And the ending is all over the place instead. Such lost potential. I am diasppointed now. |
| Ahh good to have Dororo back! Creepy episode with the faces being sliced off, and the girl going from sweet and innocent to murderous look. Her drug didn't seem very effective though lol couldn't even keep a child knocked out for like 15mins? ED1 is still the best song of this series, not really a big fan of either new songs. Maybe they will grow on me after a few episodes. |

| Interesting episodes, looks like Hyakkimaru's mum survived, Dororo has the map to dry land on her back and this weeks demon was Castor Troy. The OP song is in decline, but I like the video, especially at the end where Hyakkimaru is looking at Dororo and his fake eyes turn real, good stuff. |

| Not sure if my eyes are playing tricks on but characters felt so robotic this episode, some even made me wonder if some scenes and body parts were CGI'd. Anyways, new OP was pretty bland. I like AKG but this one doesn't really hold up to their usual anime openings. The visuals on the other hand make it feel like a standard battle shounen. New ED is alright. |
| Kinda disappointed by this episode, especially because I love Dororo so far Okaka's feels and story didn't sound right and they could have add way more emotions into this whole story As an example I felt really sorry for the spider demon as her story was touching and well written, but here I didn't feel anything I still enjoyed the episode, but a lot less than all the others + I prefered 1st OP and ED, the quality gap between the two OPs is impressive, the second one absolutely not fits the Dororo's general mood, it's way more like a Naruto opening. I like AKFG but their style doesn't belong in Dororo, and this song in particular is not as good as the rest of their work, which saddens me even more |

| This was a good episode. I like that Hyakkimaru is talking more. It was sad to see how much Dororo is still missing his mother. Hyakkimaru seems set on destroying the rest of the demons, and I feel like he's just pretending not to be bothered by meeting his family. The demon in this one seemed to be defeated easily thanks to Dororo talking sense into the human it was controlling. It was kind of silly when it turned the sword to swing at its own face. I guess some demons aren't that smart lol. Hopefully we'll find out why Hyakkimaru isn't getting body parts back. I like how the relationship between Hyakkimaru and Dororo is developing. I'm interested to see where it goes, and what's the deal with that "map" on Dororo's back and how it got there. I don't like the new OP and ED nearly as much as the first one but maybe it'll grow on me. The new OP sounds kind of like a more generic Shonen anime song but I like the visuals. I hope things pick up more soon as season 1 ended on a really dramatic note and I'm pumped to find out what's going to happen. |

| Solid episode even if nothing amazing, being able to take it slow is a massive benefit from the 24 episode run time and I appreciate these lower scale episodes especially since this had some nice character building and set up. |

There was no tension, athmosphere or sense of continuity necessary for the plot to happen. Indeed the idea behind it was interesting, but the delivery was mediocre, and now Dororo out of a sudden does these cartoonish expressions just for the sake of comedy is just killing the overall mood. Nothing wrong with "cartoon expressions" overall, but as everything in a media, they must be well done in a way that makes sense in the context. |

| I don't care for the new OP; new ED is good but not as good as previous. I liked this episode but I feel about it much the same way as I felt with the spider woman; you can't cram a story like that into a few minutes and expect much emotional response from the viewer. |

| I like the new OP cause Asian Kung-Fu Generation but it still doesn’t quite live up to the first one. And the ED is pretty nice too. They both have great visuals. This was an interesting episode. I feel sorry for all those people who had their faces cut off. Poor Dororo was so happy to see her mom again. Too bad it was just an illusion. She didn’t seem to care too much though. I’m glad the carver got her peace in the end and Hyakkimaru was finally able to relax after all the mess he went through with his family. |
| Honestly, I found this episode a bit weak. It was still enjoyable but not as engaging as the previous ones. The last scene had me curious tho. I wonder what's that "tattoo" on Dororo's back and whether it's related to the demons in a bad way or not. That aside, the second OP is... ok I guess. The song is nice and all but it's too... normal I mean, once the anime ends, I'll probably forget this song. And regarding the ED, I liked it more that the second OP but I still prefer the first one since Amazarashi's voice is just so unique to hear. |
