| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Masashi is quite laid back..quite different from Mitsuya. At least he is able to talk to Kaguya normally now. That was kind of like a mini-date as well they had. I think at this rate, he might have a chance with her. Building dictionaries still looks rather hard in this show. Mitsuya and those deep thoughts :o |

| Nice episode. Looks like they decided to publicize the dictionary to prevent it from being cancelled, Quite the crafty plan. Nice little montage of everyone working hard to get work done. The dictionary song was quite amusing. xD Even the grandma ships them. XD I find the awkward interactions between Kagua and Majime really fun to watch, but it's nice that he finally spoke normally to her. Ferris Wheel scene was great. :D In order to publicize the dictionary and prevent it from being cancelled, Nishioka pretty much set up meetings and started forming contracts with writers without the company's approval. While the main objective of preventing the cancellation of the probably dictionary succeeded, The company is definitely aware that these steps were taken purely to make it difficult for them to cancel the dictionary project. They know this because it's weird that the dictionary department which was fairly lax with a long term plan suddenly became proactive, hence leading to the man questioning Nishioka if everything was alright and eventually saying they are definitely in trouble for taking this approach. |

| The dictionary song was cringey tbh. That aside, 4/5 episode overall, and the after credits is, as usual, the best part xD lol at Micchan (calling him that) not being able to get off the ferris wheel |

| While I like the romance, I am not digging Majime's reactions. He overreacts a bit too much. Tho I can understand. Grandma set them up nice tho. Dem winks. Kaguya is sharp and nice. Also Nishioka was working hard there in his line of work. |

| Grandma set-up Majime & Kaguya! Together they're sweet even if there's no hint of romance yet! It's rare to see nowadays ladies without partners on cities and is very available right in front of you! shame, looks like Micchan doesn't have any guts and ball as of yet. Majime can't think of ideas on the night because he's now definitely in-love and all his vision with words are mixed-up with Kaguya in the center! LOL at the very last part! Majime forgot to step-out of the Ferris Wheel! 5/5. |

| That was really some progress as the episode title says, and Nishioka comes up with a crafty plan to save their 'great passage'. That date was good to see, not romantic but atleast they opened up somewhat to each other, and that's something. |

| A slow paced calm slice of life. It seems the series will stick to that formula all the while we made to root for Majime and his introverted personality. Nishioka being the exact opposite of Majime is interesting, even more considering that while Majime is evidently the one we see more and therefore also get to know that he wants to be like him, that Nishioka also admires certain things from Majime. This can turn good if explored well. I wanna see how the ship (not the dictionary) is gonna progress like. Kaguya seems like a legit good character who just needs more room to appear. At the very least it is high quality waifu material for me since she meets all my criteria (pale skin, long black hair, and as an added bonus, voiced by Maaya Sakamoto whom I love a lot). |

| Really a nice episode, I love how it is relaxing. I think Nishioka took a lot of risk, I hope he will be able to stay with them. Oba-chan supporting Majime and Kaguya was cute :). Their interactions are so nice to watch. |
| First off, it is impossible to not want Majime and Kaguya to be together, their relationship is really cute and sweet and it feels natural! Also, how in the world is an anime about making dictionaries starting to become one of my favorites of the season? |
| When the song started blasting in the middle of the show really loud, I had to check if something was wrong with the player, because it was so out of place and badly made. It was hard hearing the dialogues because of the stupid song lol. |

| And another of daily strip, there is served once again, without force or exaggerations. It seems to see just those beautiful anime series, as Nichijou, where you should not expect anything out of the ordinary. And yet it moves, however. Interesting characters, are quite different from the usual stereotypes around lately. But I expected that the anime, was focusing more around etymologies, definitions and other linguistic characteristics; I hope that this happens in the future. |

| The best wingman in the world is GRANDMA! Grandma, you da real MVP! Even Kaguya knew her granny was setting her up. That was so cute. Is that girl with Nishioka his wife or girlfriend? Also, I hope Nishioka stays with them for a long time. He looks like he would quit at any moment :( |

That date was good to see, not romantic but atleast they opened up somewhat to each other, and that's something. that's kind of my way to not in to romantic stuff my brain crashes when i half to think about that stuff or how to say it so i am as boring & quiet as this 2 are :D i can totally relate to Majime not same issue (i mean not 100% same reason why i am not much social like him) but not ferry social cause i don't know what to talk about with ppl that's one thing, but socializing is as hard for me in real life as it is to him i am more social in places like Mal for example, i mostly talk with relatives if i am in some relative birthday i want talk much with other ppl i keep more to myself |

| oh man every episode is so good, each scene has some meaning, there's no wasted time and the story actually progresses with a great pacing. i totally get why this anime isn't so famous, it hasn't any useless drama for now, i love it |

| This show doesn't disappoint. I'm impressed that they managed to portray both the dictionary-making and the romance without sacrificing either one, and somewhat integrated too. When Nishioka got that idea, I just knew that he was perfect in the team and that he was someone irreplaceable in the team. And the opening song fit that dictionary-making montage scene. I love the scene where Kaguya comes home and looks at Majime working hard in his room. I think she's interested in Majime because of how passionate he is. I can't help but feel that there's something bad coming though for the dictionary. From the comments made by those guys Nishioka met, I think that this plan of his might backfire instead. I'm really worried about that haha. We'll see though. I see Majime at the start was still acting awkward in front of Kaguya. Their pseudo-date was lovely though! It's not all lovey dovey and that, but it has its own charm. It feels like two adults just enjoying their time. I feel Majime's starting to get comfortable in interacting with Kaguya, and can hold conversations with her well. But Kaguya really is a passionate and kind person, I mean I can imagine a lot of girls/women being weirded out by or condescending towards Majime, but she's really friendly towards him. The ending scene was funny, I don't get how someone can forget to exit. But what's best was how Kaguya was sort of amused and waited for him. Felt romantic, playful, and just... lovely! Also, kudos to Grandma for setting them up! |

| Dictionary rap. I have no idea who's the target audience for this anime. Anyways, I like The Great Passage going on a small tangent to go into the business side of dictionary making. This is, once again, another aspect of dictionaries I've never thought of. |
