I don't know why I watch anime to be honest. I used to know why when I was a kid, it was because I was a kid. Kids watch cartoons. Now, however, I'm 23 years old. I can't find an exuse. But I will keep on watching anime for now, just 2 episodes a day, so I don't feel so bad. There's nothing wrong with watching 2 episodes of anime each day, it's not like I'm eating a whole cake, that would be bad, no, that would be terrible. Is anime affecting my karma? is it the reason why I have so much bad karma? I don't think so, I mean, it's not like I'm killing anyone, I just watch anime. I'm a 23 years old woman and I watch anime, instead of looking for a job or actually finishing college. No, I just watch anime, how great, how convenient. At this age, Queen Elizabeth was already a queen I believe. My grandmother was about to get married. But who knows, maybe tomorrow I'm gonna meet the man of my life, and once he asks me my hobbies, he's gonna be totally creeped out by the fact that I watch anime. Goodbye, man of my life, it appears that I cannot quit. And what's wrong with that? I don't drink, I don't smoke, can I at least watch anime?
Happy Birthday Honeycrush I hope your day has been a wonderful occasion, filled with laughter, fun and hopefully relaxation XD but seriously I hope you and your family are doing well, staying safe, healthy and positive during these crazy times and I hope your day left you in high spirits ^-^
LOL it is all good I have had a final project and a final to study for as well XD so no worries I fully understand ^-^
Ah, excellent I am so glad you were able to finish both of them :D yeah The Secret of NIMH is a special kind of animated film the 80s certainly loved injecting more darker elements into animated films in that decade XD when you have time I would love to hear more about your thoughts on each of them! But, good luck with studying and your finals and I hope your week is off to a great start ^-^
Oh yes since Disney has been releasing animated films since 1937 (and animated shorts before that) there are bound to have films that appeal to everyone XD I just love beautiful animation and Disney songs and stories they are fun ^-^ LOL absolutely the Beast had an awful design not scary or animalistic at all plus when they auto tuned the songs just the more I think about it the worse it gets XD
LOL yeah that one is less scary then The Thing (awww, cute it is nice you and your Mom watch things together even if she forced you XD) yeah he is a great director and also made Halloween (1978), Escape From New York (1981), Big Trouble In Little China (1986), and of course The Thing (1982) to name a few :D oh I am so glad you have almost finished it I cannot wait X3
I love The Secret of NIMH I grew up with that movie it was the one VHS tape I had that no one else I knew did. Great animation, musical score and so dark and atmospheric an excellent choice! Well recently I got to see John Wick 3 with a friend it was awesomely fun! I also saw How To Train Your Dragon Part III not too long ago I love that trilogy of films! Very nice I have heard of it but have not seen Lady Bird yet I will have to check it out! Hope your day has been well thus far :)
Fair enough I personally love Beauty and the Beast from 1991 because I related so much with Belle and The Beast but we are all different and it is good we can be honest with each other ^-^ but I hated the live action remake of Beauty and the Beast the singing and acting was bad and lacking personality and they completely drained the Beast so he was not even remotely scary just unforgivable >:3 LOL yeah that was the only live action one I liked I have not seen all of them yet but I did see Maleficent and I agree it was a let down because (at least for me) they made Maleficent a tragic villain I mean her name is Maleficent she is the mistress of evil one of Disney's best villains! She should have stayed a villain!
LOL fair enough The Thing is very gory and intense those make up and special effects look pretty realistic yeah :D yeah watch it during the daytime and with some pals so it is not too scary :3
Yeah he is quite something XD yeah you never know you might be able to find a cat who is not mischievous and will treat your birds as friends and not food ^-^ yeah Cornelius is adorable and I agree it is always nice to be welcomed back home by a pet after a long day it certainly can lift the spirits!
So if you ever finish The Thing (JK I believe you can :D) what will you watch next? Anything you have had your eye on for a while? Anything you would recommend? Hope your day has been going well thus, far! ^-^
Oh the live action Aladdin film? I have not seen it yet but I love the animated original from 1992 I grew up with that one it was so fun and funny plus the animation was beautiful so far I have not been a fan of the live action Disney remakes XD I mean I liked The Jungle Book 2016 one and while the others have amazing costumes and sets I do not really like a lot of the changes they make LOL but I am glad you enjoyed the Aladdin one I will be checking it out down the line :3
Awesome Aladdin 1992 was your favorite Disney movie; very nice choice! My personal favorite is Beauty and the Beast 1991 that one really resonated with me and aged like fine wine in my opinion; it just gets better with age ^-^
Alright!!! The Thing is awesomely scary enjoy the nightmares >:D XD no no just kidding kinda X3 you can make it through it you just have to mentally prepare beforehand! Let me know how it goes :3 I have not seen the trailer since I am worried about spoilers but I know that is from Quentin Tarantino and I cannot wait to see it! Hopefully in the theaters :D
Well my cat Cornelius is pretty wacky in a lot of ways he acts like a dog more then a cat XD in fact he gets along with dogs O-O from weiner dogs to great dane dogs he cleans them and they clean him and he is all calm about it X3 but then he does not like other cats and gets upset when they get too close :O so he actually might actually get along with your birds maybe :3 sometimes he is really smart and sometimes he is really dumb XD he is able to open cupboard doors and everything but when he is trying to catch a bug he places both his paws on it and then seems to forget he caught it; so then he lifts his paws to see if he caught it; the bug then runs away ad he catches it again and then repeats the process until someone squishes the bug and then he finally eats it LOL so he has a confused childish personality I would say and even though he is a bit odd I love him the same ^-^
Excellent! Yeah The Little Mermaid really had incredible animation all of Disney's films in the era known as the Disney Renaissance had some fantastic animation. When that company puts their best foot forward they really make some magic ^-^ also yeah I wish they would make 2D animated films again everything is now 3D computer animated and while that has brought us some great films I still miss 2D animation! Yeah the atmosphere and flow of The Little Mermaid is great and the songs are fantastic I love them all Part of Your World, Under The Sea, Kiss the Girl and Poor Unfortunate Souls! Yes Ariel is so pure, curious, and I love her wide eyed expressions so cute and beautiful <3
Oh yes The Thing is fantastic it is pretty scary and bloody with great performances with amazing special effects and makeup! Yeah Tarantino not only makes amazing films he has great taste in films himself! Oh yeah horror films put you on the edge of your seat and can be very thrilling but ones that are really scary can get inside your head it is kinda unnerving but kinda fun too :D
LOL I have a brother too I know they can be a headache at times but we love them anyway XD well that is good that there is a more respectful version of that name and LOL sounds like your bird is quite a character pets are great I have an orange tabby cat named Cornelius named after well a bunch of people named Cornelius XD he is unlike any cat I have ever met but like you said it is awesome when animals have different personalities :)
I know right!?! Just when I think I am making progress and finishing titles on my list I find some more that I want to watch and my plan to watch and on hold list increases XD but you are right sometimes it is nice to have series to look forward too I mean if we watched all the highly acclaimed and fun series one after the other then we would run out of those series pretty quickly XD
LOL no fooling? Well I am glad you have seen them and that you will hopefully watch them again to me they are fun :D yeah as an adult you will be able to decide which ones you still like all these years later! No a fan of horror eh but horror is so much FUN >:D LOL just watch it with a bunch of friends or family and then link arms while you watch it so you feel all big a tough X3 but seriously it is cool not every genre is for everyone. So yeah Alien (1979) and Aliens (1986) are horror although the second is like a kick a$$ action horror movie :O so that is fun! The Thing (1982) is definitely horror XD so watch at your own risk! And Gremlins (1984) and Ghostbusters (1984) have some horror elements but are mostly comedies! LOL yeah the original Ghostbusters has some of the funniest sarcastic and deadpan humor I have ever seen and it is just fun overall ^-^
I am glad your day has been good! Good to hear it :D Also, awww that is nice what is the little fella's name? Also oh wow really? Is he just making a racket or just really excited about his new place XD anyway thank you very much my day has been nice I hope your day has been nice as well :)
Well that is good always nice to switch things up now and then! Unless you are me and put like 20 shows on hold for the longest time XD Oh yeah I do love great anime opens and the premise of that show looks interesting perhaps I will check it out someday :D
Oh man now that would take a while XD to me the 1980s had some of the best and fun films of all time but here are some of my recommendations: The Secret of NIMH (1982), The Princess Bride (1987), Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981), Back to the Future (1985), Who Framed Roger Rabbit? (1988), The Little Mermaid (1989), Gremlins (1984), Ghostbusters (1984), Do The Right Thing (1989), The Thing (1982), The Breakfast Club (1985), Stand By Me (1986), and Aliens (1986) although before you watch Aliens you should watch Alien (1979) since Aliens is a sequel XD anyway those are some of my recommendations maybe I will give some more sometime and I hope you like at least some of them :3
Well you are welcome and thank you very much I hope you like one of my recommendations and I hope your day has been well and found you in high spirits ^-^
