About Me

I started watching anime right after making a MAL account. I guess I can thank Cowboy Bebop and Death Note for helping me get into anime. The manga of Death Note helped me get into manga, since I wanted to know how the manga compared to the anime. Since then, I've delved into both mediums pretty heavily.

I'm currently a university student studying computer science. For most of the time, I'm either studying or pointlessly surfing the internet when I should be studying. On my spare time, I watch anime, read manga, or play video games. Actually no, I think I end up studying during my free times, and intentionally unintentionally prioritize my hobbies more. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

When watching anime or reading manga, I follow these rules I made for myself:

- I don't drop anything because I believe that I'm not seeing what the anime/manga is capable of if I drop it. No, I'm not a masochist.

- I'll try my best to watch as much seasonal anime as I can, because I might stumble on something surprising. I swear I'm not a masochist.

Feel free to recommend me any anime, manga, light novels, and/or video games! And if there's something you're interested in that I liked, feel free to talk to me about it.

I'm pretty late with replies and friend request, so I apologize beforehand that I might take an eternity.

Currently Doing

- Watching most of the Winter 2019 anime
S-tier: Mob Psycho 100 II, JoJo: Golden Wind, Kaguya-sama
A-tier: Kaze ga Tsuyoku Fuiteiru, Promised Neverland, Dororo

- Currently on a long-running Shounen binge, both manga and anime.
The list is in my watch order and the crossed out ones are completed: Bleach -> Naruto -> Fairy Tail -> Dragon Ball -> One Piece -> Yu Yu Hakusho -> Katekyo Hitman Reborn! -> Magi -> Negima! -> Kenichi -> Inuyasha -> Toriko

- Also on a Shoujo manga binge too, but I'm procrastinating on it.

How I Rate

9.5-10 (Outstanding) – Nearly perfect in every way. From premise to execution, it manages to excel and ends up being unforgettable.

8.5-9.4 (Amazing) – Fantastic, even if minor flaws that prevents it from being perfect. It's still a must-watch.

7.5-8.4 (Great) – Very enjoyable, with very not many flaws. It's not as perfect as it could be, but it's still great in it's own way.

6.5-7.4 (Good) – Flawed, yet enjoyable. Still worth checking out, even if it's not the best of the bunch.

5.5-6.4 (Okay) – Above average as it has a large amount of flaws that push it's quality down, but it's still decent.

4.5-5.4 (Mediocre) – Strictly average as it has about the same amount of plus points as it has minus points.

3.5-4.4 (Bad) – Below average as it has more flaws than good points. Not worth any of your time unless you really want to.

2.5-3.4 (Terrible) – Lacking in every way to a point where it's disgusting. A small amount of plus points helps this from being atrocious.

1.5-2.4 (Horrible) – Almost the worst thing ever. Nearly everything it does is awful. Definitely something to avoid.

0.5-1.4 (Atrocious) – The epitome of cancer itself. This ain't it, chief.

Hello. Is this from the OP/ED or it's from one of the episode? Or did someone edit this? Because those cut and transition of Gintoki then and now, I feel like I never see them appear on the screen one after another like that in either OP/ED/episode

That's good to hear, heard the game was fairly long too which is something I like about JRPGs. Speaking of which, I also want to pick up Nier Replicant and Great Ace Attorney in the future when those games get a discount. Been playing Scarlet Nexus recently and surprisingly fun once you get get invested into the characters.
