Damn...

Tyuule. I always knew she had sinister intentions but the spark a bloody war really is going far. Pretty interesting episode. The Dragon's Arc really got started. I still feel really bad for Noriko since she becomes part of Tyuule's plan yet doesn't hesitate to escape. Yanagida is pretty badass imo this episode for stopping the plan by shooting Deliah. Nice.

Loved this episode for the thrilling and darker portrayal of the arc. The dragon is also one tough bastard :o

There finally talking about the bunny lands but the explanation was short, it wasn't explained why Dalia reacted the way she did when she heard Teule's name.
And the dragon appears again with a short fight.
Honestly looking forward to next week.

I must say that A-1 has been doing a pretty good job with this arc just based on how they're portraying the intensity of the entire situation

The stuff with the Dragon was good enough imo so hopefully they continue this way....They did a good job with showcasing how much of an evil bitch Tyuule and her band of Bunny bitches are even more as well *shrug*

Deliah's singing in the beginning made me think this was a Disney film for a second there.

So Deliah hates Tyuule thinking she betrayed her clan, but followed her orders? Or did Tyuule trick her with the stolen seal from Italica? Slightly confused here.

A-1 really did a good job with this episode :o

Also, i completely forgot that bunny girl actually attacked someone. And damn that dark elf girl sure is clumsy...

Yanagida was pretty awesome when he started doing close quarter combat.

That seemed like a 5 mins, I was so absorbed into the show that I was a bit surprised when I saw the ending.

That bunny warrior could actually dodge bullets?? Wow.

....nice job wasting that missile just to make Tuka realize about her dad.

Since this season's title has "Enryuu" word in it, probably the battle with the dragon would be a long one.

While interesting, the first 15 minutes having nearly nothing to do with the dragon was both obnoxious and misleading. Itami was a huge dick to best girl Yao too. Reminding her that she and her clan can essentially fuck off, he only cares about helping worst girl Tuka. Damn I'm sad that I hated these two most recent episodes as much as I did, series was very good before them. Oh well...

Judging at the pace it will last another 3 to 4 episodes.

The thing is..even if the dragon is the main enemy of this arc..this series focuses on a diverse of characters and not just Itami and company..that is why we have these various perspective of different things happening at the same time..kind of like log horizon where it jumps around to focus on the different characters and not just the main.

Also the next few episodes will have more on screen of itami and co as well as the dragon..so its all good.

Still i am really happy to see how A-1 is handling this adaptation..it has been on key every step of the way.

It's definitely getting a lot more intense now, but why would Itami try and force Tuka of all people to fire on the dragon? As we saw, that stupid move basically wasted their useful ammo. And there's no way that it makes sense to suggest that doing that will help her comprehend her father's death. Seriously, Itami porbably just jeopardised the lives of everyone there when he could have fired and maybe even hit the dragon.

Delilah singing was cute. And her warrior bunny mode looked cool.
Yanagida's negotiation were nice and his jelly of Itami was lol. He went kinda crazy shooting the hell out of Delilah tho...

Loved the dragon and jet "Dog fight" and the Dragon burning the dude lol

The Lelei/Rory (mainly) vs Dragon was awesome. Rory sure loves the thrill. Missed seeing her excited for battle :3

Well, from this episode, along with Rory, we can tell not everyone is completely defenseless to guns; hopefully the Empire won’t know it’s possible to dodge bullets. Anyway, I hope Delilah won’t get ostracized; I did like her song, I wonder if that’s Aluns’s local song.

BTW, to you non-manga readers, there is a reason why the bunny warriors on why they think they were betrayed by their queen. They make it more detailed in the manga.

On the side note, it was good that Zorzal did not notice that his new cook had Asian features. Anyway, infiltration successful!

Anyway, judging from the preview, we will see a certain blue skin girl. I do hope won’t censor her outfit. She only wears panties, no skirt or pants.

Right. This anime was written by a former JSDF member. No military member would do something like that in a combat situation. If he'd actually trained Tuka to use the thing, she might have hit it; she's an archer. (We've seen her with a bow, although we've never seen her hit anything, so she might not be very good at it.)

Also, Itami's used one of those unguided rocket launchers against the dragon before, and wasn't able to take it out even with a hit. He knows they need a different weapon. He should have brought some shoulder-fired heat-seeking missiles. The JSDF has the Type 91 Hand Arrow, which is like a Stinger but better. Wait until the flame dragon is flaming, then fire. It will home in on the dragon's mouth and probably go right in, like it would with a jet engine. That would get past the dragon's armor.

The JSDF would have had some of those at the base for base defense. They know about the flame dragon, and would be prepared in case it paid a visit.

What the JASDF really needs to take out the flame dragon is an A-10 Warthog. The Warthog's job is to take out tanks and has the firepower to punch through armor. But the JASDF doesn't have any A-10 aircraft.

You have to wonder if Deliah and that one guy are going to be ok. It seems that Tyuule faked her death, because Deliah didn't know she was alive. Either way, shit is going to go down.

It was interesting seeing the fighter pilots test out the dragon. You can tell that the writers did their homework with this one. I'd like to see how they got all of their JSDF/Military information.

Yes Itami, let the emotionally unstable, trembling girl shoot the dragon. I'm pretty sure they don't have unlimited ammo, so every shot counts. Despite the fact that he helped her shoot, it was still a dumb decision. Anyway, I hope the remainder of the season can keep up this momentum. The first season was all right, but this season is pretty good so far so hopefully it stays that way.

This episode really could have been 2, they rushed through a lot of detail. Not necessarily a bad idea, they kept enough of it, but I can see why people missed or misunderstood. Since obviously they have no intentions of covering this (based on next week's previews, that is going to be fast as well). But the backstory to Tyuule may be explained after the Dragon episode, so I will skip that for now. I'll just leave it at both Deliah and Tyuule have damn good reasons for acting as they do.

Tyuule's agent managed to bribe the Seal Keeper for the Italica family to stamp Tyuule's instructions with Italica's seal. Deliah being loyal to the clan, followed what she thought was Italica's orders. The old guy tied up in the dungeon was the traitor.

The cut stuff was pretty interesting: the other animal girls were torturing the Seal Keeper when the JDSF came in to find out what happened, using fingerprint technology and a truth serum, they got the whole story out.

As for Itami and the missile launcher. Last season Itami said that attacking with his squadron would have been suicide, so he has no intention of fighting the Dragon directly. I won't say what his plan is, but he does have one, it just doesn't involve superior weapons. The conflict with the dragon occurred solely by chance, knowing he doesn't have the firepower to kill the dragon, and merely wanting to scare if off (since he knows it remembered the missile), he only wanted Tuka to pull the trigger, not aim it. Don't forget that he isn't there to kill the dragon, he is there solely to attempt to get Tuka to confront her denial about the dragon.

Uhh... despite having the dragon and all I'd say this episode is really weak. Nothing really impressive (well the horrible CG of the dragon can't be forgotten for sure).

The fight was okay, Lelei missed is understandable since I don't think she have enough battle experience like Rory.

Although good job Itami... you actually fight a dragon without much of a plan. Could've killed yourself since Tuka missed you know. You should be glad the dragon didn't burn you. Everyone in JSDF was right. You are an idiot lol.

I'm still annoyed with Yao. How could Itami just casually have her with him. Ugh.. I always hated the person who wants to get what they want by force or blackmail. In Yao's case, breaking Tuka into a more annoying character with denials so that Itami and co can die by the dragon.

I mean come on. In season 1 he have to get 2 vehicles, Rory and a squad to run away from the dragon by injuring it. Now he came with only 4 people and wants to kill the dragon? I don't get you Itami.

Despite the fact I'm liking this series, this episode just disappointing for my expectation. *sigh* another 1 weak of waiting. Although the bunny and Itami's friend battle was quite enjoyable, the dragon scene were not really that enjoyable.

Everything you disliked about the episode was either skipped due to time constraints, or will be answered next episode. Literally every single thing.

For instance, the battle with the dragon was an ambush (by the Dragon). It was awesome in the comic. The other dark elves were guarding Itami as Yao went to vouch for Itami, and the dragon just appeared from behind a rock and chomped the upper half of the body of an elf. The reason Itami fought like he didn't have a plan was because he wasn't given time to form a plan.

As I said above, Tyuule and Deliah have very good reasons for what they did, Yao does as well. I am doubting that it will be covered next episode due to the speed this series is moving at, but don't forget that in addition to force and blackmail, Yao was willing to sell herself into slavery to get some help (this was covered last season, so its not a spoiler). Sort of shows how desperate and how much of a reason she has doesn't it?

Everything else will be explained next episode, and it looks like we will have at least a cameo of the best designed character of the series.

You just answered it yourself. Deliah thought it was Clan Forma who ordered the assassination, when it was actually Tyuule who did it.

The War Bunnies wouldn't follow Tyuule's orders anyways since they all believed that she betrayed them to save herself.

A nice episode but I wish they slit it in two, even if that meant waiting another week for Rory vs. the dragon. There is some good back story that they could have gotten into. As much as I want to see them get to certain parts I also don't want to miss anything. It's one thing to tone down the sex and violence, it's another thing to cut out plot points.

That's how magic works in this anime. It's explained in the manga. Magic weapons, like artillery, take time to set up, aim, and fire. So it's hard to hit a moving target with them. That's why magic isn't used in most battles.

Wow, that episode passed by too quickly.

I enjoyed the scene in which the fighter jets assessed the dragon's ability and loved the suspense they built up in this episode. I really hope Tuka gets over her trauma because it's been making her pretty annoying so far in the series. Perhaps wasting that rocket would snap her out of it.

Overall, it was a great episode. I hope the series keeps this up and doesn't revert back to boring psuedo-political/SOL episodes anytime soon.

I hope Deliah either dies (and is NOT poshumously forgiven) or survives, is tried for her crimes and gets sentenced to the maximum that 2 counts of attempted murder and 1 count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon can get her. To me, this is the highlight part of this episode. Did you know it was just one hundred year ago or so when fingerprints could be a dependable personal identifier?

"Look care fully. These marks were left by the fingers of those who touched it. The one in the red circle is Delilah. Who do you think the others belong to?", said the inspector.

This episode is the best one yet. I thought they would use 2 volumes of the LN like they did for the first but it it looks like they plan to use at least 4 volumes. Will, at least i'll see things i haven't yet in the manga.

Deliah will survive and probably (most likely) get of reeeeal easy. looking forward to next episode and especially the episodes after that (6 up.).
