| Magari's older sister Haya finally makes her debut! A training camp for the secret flirty time just to take photos to enter a contest, it would've been the perfect start to the Astronomy Club. But being new, it isn't going to get any funding from the student council since the Kuyo Festival blew the budget out of the water, Nakami turns to part-time work to supplement for funds, other than asking his dad for opportunities. As opposed to Magari, Haya is just lazy and is a couch potato, and both Nakami and Magari resume their nightly radio talk, with the former at school, using the observatory's old telescope and communing with Two-chan. A semblance of the two's harmony with "just going for broke", hah. But too bad, Nakami got turned down, and he turns to Yui who overslept at her arcade center...and definitely not dead. While she's gone to the nearby hot spring, Nakami takes time to help clean up the center, because she's hosting a get-together event in the night for game-loving adults. And it's not like Nakami can ask his dad for funds, with the last present from him being a camera, as opposed to a game console, as a result from his family issues, which Yui allows him to work at her place. Honestly though, Nakami in an apron is not too bad, while Yui takes a rest. Magari and the girls going for some Summer beach fun, and this will be any resemblance of fanservice that we'll get from the manga. As coincidence would have it, Haida is working at the seaside bar, seeing Magari's clique instead. Yui is even having her own summer moment right outside of her arcade center. Kani was so looking forward to the beach rest while the other girls were just having their own fun. The training camp that requires money and resources, it's a whole list of items that could tamper with high costs within a limited budget. Nakami hearing that Magari got hit on by some grade schoolers, his reaction is gold lols. But back to the planning, and it so happens that Magari has her grandmother's right smack at where they were going, and hooray for the places they want to go by saving on food, with the dance. Their final destination: Mawaki Site, like the stonehenge picture that Yui took in the dead of night. But Haya following her, she's definitely the 3rd wheel in the "secret flirty trip"... That's the end of Volume 4 of the manga... Anime-onlies, you're in for a treat! |

| How many visitors does an arcade like that even has, like on regular. Anyway, the astronomy club send a wrong person to negotiate the club budget from the student council, so its time for a job ... next time send the girls to do negotiation. Now, ill be honest, i genuinely was not expecting a beach episode, pleasant surprise not the least, also, dude, the older sister, man, her and the teacher need a spin-off. |

| They are rearranging some things from the manga but it works well (I'm reading along with the anime so I still don't know what happens next) I love Shiromaru so much for some reason lol. Didn't expect the beach part, seems like the girls also got jobs there? They were hit on by grade schoolers LMAO. Magari looking forward to Nakami's reaction was gold. Excited for the trip! |

| This was a nice episode so great to see Shiromaru Senpai help Nakami out by giving him a job it was also Nice to see Magari's sister finally make her appearance and now she is joining Magari and Nakami on their training camp |

| Would've asked senpai for help right from the start lol, I mean he didn't have to go through the depression of failing a job interview that way. But I'm glad everything worked out and now they've enough funds for their destination photography, plus a place to live as well. Iskai wasn't looking forward to getting hit on anyways, so better if she got taken as a grade schooler lol. Though fun and everything aside, I'm looking forward to their trip, which now has one more member on board. |

| Yui is a funny and relaxed person but she also came in the clutch by hiring Ganta part time. Meanwhile Isaki enjoying the beach with her friends and later on wanting to see Ganta's reaction after she got hit on. I'm thinking Isaki's sister learned of her plans from their parents since they're going to use their grandma's house for lodging. Hopefully the sister doesn't turn into a 3rd wheel on the trip. Side note, Ganta's reaction to Isaki being hit on and at the end Isaki's reaction after her sister said she's joining her were similar (maybe karma at play here lol). |
| Isaki’s sister stole the show for me lol. She’s great. Love how she bullies Isaki around 😂 “you know the house rule is whoever touches it last” “guess that’s you then” 😂 can’t wait to see her on the training camp trip with them. Beach episode was a welcome surprise too, the girls looked great in their swimsuits. Surprised Ganta didn’t go to senpai for help with a job from the start. Oh well worked out in the end. The look on his face when Isaki said she’d been hit on for the first time was so cute. I love a good tease Wow this episode blew by. Felt like it was just getting started! |

| Magari's older sister can really be an hassle, can't she just do it herself instead of ordering Magari around? lol. Nakami needs a lot of money to go on the trip so he decides to take on a job interview but sadly he fails. Magari listens to Nakami's podcast. Nakami actually doesn't want to ask money to his dad, what an considerable man he is. Yui says that he can start working at the arcade and he's happy about it. The girls go on a beach trip because its boiling hot and Motoko wants to get hit on by boys and Rui wants to find girls, lmfao. Nakami is busy with the preparations when Magari comes in the house and tells him that she got hit on by one of the boys, Nakami is quiet in an instant lol. Its gonna cost a lot but Magari comes with a plan, her grandmother has a house in Noto so that will be reduce a lot of the costs. Magari's sister decides out of the blue to tag along. This is gonna be something. |

Nakami couldn't get funding for the Astronomy Club from the student council, so he had to look for a part-time job to get the necessary money, and luckily, Shiromaru was quite supportive, and offered him a job at the arcade. She finally got the rest that she definitely needed. Meanwhile, Magari and her friends were off to the beach, and while Kani wanted to enjoy the pleasures of youth, the other girls were just playing in the water like little kids, but even so, Magari got hit on anyways, albeit being looked at as a grade schooler, which was strange. A piece of good news though, was that Magari's grandma has a house that could provide her and Nakami a place to stay during their training camp, but now, Haya wants to go too. That's certainly a twist. It was a pretty chill episode this time around after all the drama. |

| isaki's sister just invited herself along to their training camp? god, i really hate her character already just from the little screentime she got this episode. i don't think i can put up with her including herself into ganta and isaki's club activities and probably getting in the way of everything. what a buzz kill |

| it was a quiet episode, but we learned or should I say,we saw some new things like the scares of Magari or her sister. Nakami is trying to do his best for their trip. i don't want to spoil but the anime said something different about the mother of nakami, can somebody explain that to me? |

| I was really hoping for some lighthearted fun with our characters during their trip but a new obstacle has appeared; Magari's older sister, who seems to be really self-centered and bossy. I really hope they still get to enjoy the trip, it'd be incredibly frustrating if the whole thing just ends up being an annoying experience for them. She's the type of character that really frustrates me, I'm interested to see where this is going! |

| A pretty light but solid transition episode as a whole towards the next arc with the training camp, a little arc that I loved a ton. Good to see Ganta get lost in photography and astronomy somewhat, and learning a bit more behind the history behind receiving the camera from his father in his conversation with Shiromaru. The other interactions were fairly solid overall. Volume 5 is a pretty strong one so can't wait to see that adapted. |

| And just like that, the budget constraints were solved thanks to Isaki’s connections and Shiromaru offering our boy a job, once again those connections are sweet lol. The trip sounds exciting but now Isaki’s sister is tagging along who also happened to be introduced this episode, and what a sister she is with those classic sibling moments she had, I know Isaki’s pain with that barley tea bit lol. There were also quite a few nice moments throughout, I definitely enjoyed Isaki and her friends at the beach, as well as when Ganta did another radio show for Isaki and they both said the same thing at the same time lol. And lastly, is that a fumo that I saw at Shiromaru’s arcade? Cool lol. |
| And we're back on track, good episode after that disappointing previous one. Isaki teasing him about getting hit on by kids was funny. Looking forward to the older Sister and Nakami's interaction. |
| Overall, a pretty slow episode but a decent setup to the training camp. Don't have much to say for the first half of the episode, but the part where Magari announced how they could save on the lodging costs and the way the two MCs started doing a little dance, was cute. Definitely the highlight of the episode. All these little moments between the two never fail to make me smile. That older sister is so annoying, but I'm not gonna lie and say I can't relate. Classic sibling behavior. |

| A dull episode that barely even functions to set up anything interesting going forward. This could have been 5 minutes long with everything that actually happens here. Glimpses of her scars, a discarded pill packet, yes we know she's sick, this has already been discussed AND foreshadowed. The opening episode of this series was such a tease, yes I'm sticking it out until the end since we're close enough to the end but I was definitely duped by the premise of this anime and what it very clearly promised early on. |

| Another lovely episode! We finally learn a bit more about Ganta's past and now know why he didn't ask his dad for new shoes when he outgrew them. We also get to see Magari's scars from her operation. I wonder if her friends know about the scars or not... Anyway, Magari did a good job getting permission to stay at her grandma's place for their training camp! It's nice to see, that even when Ganta insists on doing everything on his own, she tries to help him in whatever little way she can :) Oh and Yui-senpai looking real good in that swimsuit!! |

| Did not expect a beach episode! Nice to see some development of the side characters. I’m going to wait on the manga. I don’t want any spoilers before the anime ends. Loving this! |
| Honestly, I am starting to find Magari annoying, her sister is hot nonetheless, something tells me there will be a romantic drama between the sisters and MC or the white haired girl, anyways 2.3/10. |
