I liked your review on the Solo Leveling recap, I think A-1 does treat their workers right as ive been following a lot of their new releases and it seems they run into production issues very often, my guess would be that the workers need time to themselves and they try their best to work around it. Or at least, thats what I hope. Its nice to see a company taking breaks before finishing shows, such as Nier Automata and 86 assuming its to help their workers.
