Took half the series but we get the festival episode. A very cherry episode compared some of the depressing and moody ones from previously. Glad to see Mia fighting a bit. Her opponent seems to be just as skilled with firearms. |

BTW, the Tanabnata scenes and all story line with terrorist woman are anime-original but they fit quite right. Condidering that manga autgior suiperrvises the scripts, it is predictable. |

| I love the mix between slice of life and action. Too often we forget what the heroes are supposed to be fighting for. I’d say Kurumi has it bad for Asuka. I did love the look on Asuka’s face when Kurumi yelled O-hi-yo while Asuka was walking to school with Satoko(?). I know that look. Lol I felt a little bad for the Jaguar at the end, I was glad she found a little peace before being checked out. |

| All the friends fangirling on Asuka gets a bit annoying after a while. But I suppose its understandable, she does look amazing in a yukata. |

| I really like how damage has realistic impact in this anime, it's a pretty rare thing to see nowadays when everyone seems to survive several lost limbs, severe blood loss, being pummeled into various structures etc. Someone has an OP shield? Blow her the fuck up from below and the rubble will get her lol. One mistake can easily cost your life and it's true for the magical girls too not just the enemy. (like how the Russians got owned in the end by getting cut in half, no last 10 minute monologue before dying for real and stuff xD) It makes the show pretty tense. |
| A rather peaceful episode at first, Kurumi is trying to get more of Asuka's attention. Yuri feels are strong at this one. Asuka looks really good in that yukata. Mia has more screentime and a bit of action against a Magical Girl Mercenary. Definitely liking the action in this Anime. Honestly can't wait to see if Asuka & Kurumi will team up with Mia. Also more mention about the other 2 of the Magical Five! Curious what they are like! |

Now that's some fresh military fashion right there. We're going to meet the last two of the magical five next episode. Maybe then can we get the ball rolling... |

| Looks like in addition to Asuka, Kurumi and Mia that other members of the five are entering the battlefield once more. That sure is an impressive collection of books that Sayako has. The aspirations of becoming a magical girl sure wasn't as positive and cheerful as Asuka imagined i guess. Kurumi's look as she rang the bell though lol. If anything the killing methods of the illegal's sure is creative. Hmm Asuka and Kurumi sure look nice in their Yukata's. Kurumi's jealous look sure was scary. It was nice seeing the girls and the members of M squad enjoy the festival together. The battle between Mia and her team against the merc sure was fun as it showed one of the reasons why Illegal mercs can exist. A decent ep that did well in not just expanding upon Mia's character but also the motivations that can motivate someone to become a magical terrorist. This ep also felt like a calm before the storm. |

| First half was very boring. The worst part of the show are the SOL scenes. So, the Colombian woman was a terrorist. I expected her to fight against Asuka but I was wrong lmao. |

Lots of cute blushies this episode. Pseudo-yandere Kurumi getting jealous, though I'm personally rooting for cute book-girl (can't remember her name... Nozomi's friend) because Kurumi is playing dirty this episode. Entertaining fight this episode as well. Not sure what Mia's thing is with Asuka and Kurumi, she seemed to be implying they might get in the way of her mission, which I don't really understand. Is the mirror-writing courtesy of PeiPei? She doesn't look like a blood-writing type of gal though... so maybe it was one of the evil magical girls... no clue honestly, seemed kind of random that it'd be there, but maybe we'll find out later if the writer's don't forget about it.  |

| While the downtime was slightly dull, it was needed for the characters after the last couple of intense episodes. Regardless, the other story with Mia was interesting. Seeing her put the final bullet in the terrorist was satisfying, as a lot of media shies away from that sort of thing. |

| And here I am... shamelessly waiting to see the moment when Kurumi finally snaps :D Overall, it was another good episode. Personally, I really liked the mix they did between the lighthearted moments at the festival and the entertaining action sequences, courtesy of Mia. |
