| Koshitan seeing a deer in the Deer Club, and an actual deer resides in there eating deer crackers on end, though she thinks that it's Nokotan in a deer costume. It clearly isn't as it repels Koshitan's backshot being a male buck, and when it tries to eat her plants, seeing it in Nokotan's angle just doesn't give it any incentive, and the last resort: her notebook of poems, which the buck takes interest, and Koshitan turning it into a song is just about the most memeworthy material ever, plus the Bully Maguire dance, which only makes her dance more cringeworthy. Nokotan comes in by her own, and the deer is just a deer that escaped Hino Zoo, and got enticed by the deer crackers. It's a new school Spring season of new students, though having to find a girl sleeping in front of the Deer Club, it's 1st Year student Meme Bashame who idolizes Koshitan...NOT, calling Nokotan her Senpai, because she fed her deer crackers to satiate her hunger. The willingness of Bashame to become deer, she has to pass through Koshitan anyways, though Anko has to see her own sister almost getting enticed by Bashame. With the Deer Club being an actual club, it needs to get going, though I'd like to see Bashame's rice paddy when Episode 10 comes around. Koshitan wanting to turn the Deer Club into a cute place, but she's only relegated to brushing Nokotan as way to raise deer better...and Bashame joins in the fray. Sadly, this just gets the attention of the Student Council...what sinister plans do they have for the Deer Club? |

Here's are the eye catches for this week's episode, with apparently an extra one during the second half:
Kinda wanna know who is the mastermind behind TWIN ENGINE's marketing and YT videos for this anime, because they've been crushing it lately. The whole first half of the episode between Koshitan and a CGI しか was pretty legendary, especially now that we have the whole sequence of Koshitan dancing instead of the original 1 hour loop that was posted before the anime started airing. And man, with that Bully Maguire dance reference, this show just loves to keep one upping itself with meme references that it is just perfection. As for the second half, I'm already loving this new character. Her introduction of sleeping on the steps of the Deer Club room and just the mountain of rice she holds resonates with me for some reason–she's definitely my spirit animal. With episode 3 out of the way, looks like the gang's all here, but there's definitely some competition brewing as Neko-san watches from the outside. Personal side note: Does anyone know why Shikanoko has a fear of plastic bottles? I haven't really understood that aspect of her character. |

I was a little bit curious about it myself, so I did some searching in Japanese with "鹿はペットボトルを怖がるのでしょうか？" Didn't find much though. | This show is the equivalent of the Skibidi Toilet in anime. I loved Azumanga Daioh!, Ninin ga Shinobuden, Puni Puni Poemi, Hare nochi Guu, Nichijou and so on... But this? This isn't even have the slightest clue of a joke or humor. Forced and long scenes without a punchline, butchered references, the jokes that are actually working was meh and predictable. So far this is what it can give and nothing more. Just less and less from episode to episode. |

| Started with a hilarious scene that's the best of all 3 episode so far, but after that the episode was quite dull. Show is ok, though not as funny as the hype suggested. Not a fan of the narrator personally. |

| I feel bad for Torako's circumstances, it's not even funny anymore. If it's just a show who shows how funny the misfortunes of someone else's—sigh, that's sickening. P.S. The Deer in 3D is annoying. |
| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

| Knew this was not for me from when I first heard about it but man this is even worse than my already negative first impressions. Again, comedy is subjective but shows that try to be extra 'funny' in a brainrot sense without absolutely nothing else is the worst for me, feels really outdated and tough to watch due to how unfunny it is as a result. Pop Team Epic seemed wacky but got very boring very fast, and the same applies for this one. Feels like a random one-off episode for this makes more sense than an actual TV anime weekly for it. The marketing and promotion has been more impressive than anything about the actual show itself. |
