that's all I wanted to say, good night
I saw you started watching Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 , where did you watch it? I mean from Episode 2 there was no audio , lagging glitches problems & I even tried to watch it in Crunchyroll but they no longer have the license to keep it in their Library. I would be happy if you could share me your source.
Thanks.
I can't say much for Naruto since my memory is foggy, but I can say that Boruto is godawful, due to the fact that it's released 1 chapter/month. So it is filled with abundance amount of fillers. Boruto is an anime that you don't need to know ANYTHING about the predecessors anime, while all the side characters are pointless.
I will say that in Wano, in the anime there are some characters that are given way more elevation and depth, whereas the manga doesn't have, because its too bloated with many characters, so Oda did not have the time to show their story nor personalities. At the same time there is a character that has way better presence in the manga, but ruined and disrespected in the anime. Wano has a lot of goated episodes many of them are the highest rated actually, while at the same time, we even got a lot of bad episodes, that some managed to rank at the top 10 worst of all time.
Currently its Episode 1028, adapted chapter 1010. There are 1056 chapters in total. Luffys new power-up won't be animated until next year lol. Which I have beyond high expectations for it hoping it does not get ruined with stupid Auras, and adapt things the same way as the manga did.
It's very difficult being an anime only with these spoilers, especially the newest movie, Film Red, spoils things that manga readers never even knew about, way ahead of the latest chapter.
Dressrosa is probably by far the most controversial arc in the post-timeskip. The animation and pacing took a huge dive, BUT others would argue that it has some good flashback stories, and Doflamingo being liked for his design and antagonist as a whole.
Toei is very bad at consistency, that's what happens when you have multiple different teams needing to constantly work on new episodes. Wano does have scenes that are really flashy with crazy animation, but for manga readers they are disappointing because they weren't adapted right, and the extra filler fight scenes and attacks added in made it a huge mistake. Examples are: Episode 914,915, and 1027. Having DBZ soundeffects are weird, and then we got Toei doing this....
At the moment, i'm simping for Yamato.
