| Horrible animation style, cliché main hero and story, protagonist with instant power-ups (38 episodes anime shouldn't have it, he has more than enough time to grow strong, but oh well, I guess manga's to blame for this), predictable story etc. 1 more episode and probably a drop after that. Failed to meet my expectations. |
A decent episode. So Hyou was hired to be the kings double. Shin vs assassin. The fight wasn't half bad. Looking forward to next episode. |

| The animation is so annoying it halves the points I would give this anime. Nearly as annoying is Ichigo No. 2. He is shouting even more than Shinpachi from Gintama (and that was already a loud fellow). |

| I was going to overlook the crappy CG if the story was good enough, but unfortunately it isn't, it looks it'll be just crappy, cliched and over-the-top. Dropped. Btw., is the manga really seinen? It shouts shounen even louder than the protagonist. |

So far,the only minus I have with this series is the CGI & that's a BIG MINUS :/.Other than that this episode was good,I don't mind the generic shounen feel ^^. |

| Well, decided to give this show a second chance cuz the score is so high that made me doubt that if it was the right choice to drop this at the second episode. and now, after re-watchin the first 2 episodes, i remember why i dropped it. this second episode was so damn horrible. the CGI is horrible but that isnt the main problem. this is so shounen that it hurts, looks like FT with that damn instant power-up. but i've made my mind, i won't drop this at least till i watch half of it. hope it gets better till i reach there. |

Maybe it's just me, but the animation of any anime never concerned me too much. It's probably because I'm not very good with detecting bad CGI use or faulty animation, in part. For me, the most important aspects are the story and character - if those 2 are not good enough that'd decide the value of the anime in my case. On a more aesthetic level, I do sometimes consider the art, so if it's terrible in my eyes, I'd probably feel disinclined to watch it. So the super thick 'eyeliner' in Kingdom's character design put me off a bit, and there was the CGI on top, but my experience within the first episode was so profound I knew I'd have to see it through no matter the technical shortcomings. Sorry, rambled a bit. |

| That fight was so bad it was funny. If anything is motivating me to continue this anime, it's the story and the fact that it WILL get better later on. The CG wasn't as bothersome as the first episode but it was still atrocious. So that Piao lookalike is actually the king. WHAT A TWIST! I HATE the king's younger brother, he's such a spoiled brat. I hope we get to see him get rekt. That little girl was pretty gosh darn adorable though. Meh episode. 5/10 |

| Watching this more for the story than anything else at this point. I'll have to check out the manga sometime for actual good fighting scenes. As I guessed, Piao was the King's double. I still find it hard to believe that some kid beat a skilled assassin just because he lost his composure >_> |

| Ignoring animation it was an interesting episode. The king kid was so enchanting, his wize powerful look, that philosophical talk about path. In general, everything felt quite intriguing and emotional. Thanks, I enjoyed that. |
| i love it when my guesses is right. but it may be because it was pretty obvious lol. from some reason the CGI annoyed me less, probably because i understand why the used it, it have some of advantage in movements. and it's clearly seen when there's no need on CGI that they using normal animation. only after people said in this anime forum that shin voice actor's ichigo's i noticed, it kinda buggged me. still though, the story is very easy to follow and interesting as well. it was seen clearly that shin is stronger than piao in the first episode, it's just that piao knows shin better. |

| How convenient that Piao looks like the identical twin of the king, maybe they actually are twins? Also I swear the previous episode ended with Piao bleeding outside Xin's door but it looks like there were still some scenes that I missed after the ending song. But I got to see them through flashbacks in this episode so that takes care of that I guess. Still shitty CGI animation though, just gonna have to power through it. And lastly, did Xin really just defeat an infamous assasin? Ooooook. Lol |
