| Started to enjoy the series even more since the second half. Probably just needed some time to prepare the story and to introduce the characters. Hoping the anime keeps its good quality in story telling and interesting happenings.. and of course character developement. |

| That trial was a joke and its background was naive tbh Fitoria's big talk was dumb. If she wants heroes to cooperate, then she could have mediated between them by herself or better - join the fight, as she is capable of killing a dragon easily. It's easy to preach Naofumi when your are in completely different (by it I mean better) situation. New Shield's abilities connected with that Filolial Queen's cowlick hair are gonna be useful in the future, I guess. I didn't understand Filolial Queen's words of "if one hero misses, wave gets stronger exponentially and its better to get rid of all heroes to summon new ones". Like, weren't it like automatic teleportation of ALL heroes (without considering their will or opinion) to the battlefield nearby the wave that appeared? Can somebody explain it to me? :P That ending looked quite dangerous, but I feel they will be alright, I mean at least them heroes. |

| So the four heroes needed to work together. Motoyasu and Myena will not going to like it. But I'm still hoping for the two heroes. Fitoria is a nice girl although she tested Filo and has the intention to kill the heroes. Wonder what will happen in next episode. |

| Yes... about what I said last episode about Fitoria being an intriguing character... yeah, scratch that. She's just a poorly written excuse which only purpose is to give Naofumi some basic development. Her demands are irrational and her logic of summoning new heroes at this point is just absurd. Not to mention that if she really wants the heroes to be besties and save the world, she could at least give a hand in that regard, just saying. Anyways, aside from the cliffhanger, this was a pretty weak episode. Now, let's see whether the "conspiracy" will catch my interest or not. |
| Meh, I didn't quite like this one. It's boring for me when a character is introduced and it's shown being able to stand any attack and retaliate without suffering any damage. Also, now I know I should've waited for the credits to be over. |

| Didn't expect Fitoria to take Metly as an hostage to fight Filo. That she wanted to fight her in human form was also surprising. Even in human form she's so overwhelmingly strong and fast it's absurd. She can manipulate Naofumi shield so that he can't use any abilities and beat him with one hit. But even with this absurd strength Filo was able to break her barrier with an new attack? With that Filo became heiress to the throne of the Filolials. It seems Filo doesn't like her new tip :D But at least it increases her strength. In the second conversation Fitoria and Naofumi had Naofumi also got an upgrade for his shield the Filolial series. I guess he needs a lot of level ups to reach the point where he can use them. It don't think Fitoria would insist on Naofumi and the other heros working together if it wouldn't be important. I can see that the future waves are super difficult. I mean Glass was the best example. I feel sad for Fitoria. She seems lonely. I also guess that the past shield hero was the one who raised her. That cliffhanger damn. I hope Ren and the others are alright. Please don't say me Malty is responsible for that...... |

| I'm sure Fitoria really was raised by the previous Shield Hero like I guessed before. These triggering flashbacks back it up. The next heroes chosen prolly have some sort of similar personality traits and strengths in order to be selected. I bet everyone died in that explosion except for the 2 heroes :P |
| Why is fitoria being a little bitch for? Naofumi can't just reconcile with the heroes that easily. They literally fall for any little bullshit story that comes up about him. She should go talk to them instead of giving naofumi so much shit. He's doing his best with a little help here and there. |

| i mean yeh that was ok, so did all of the gang except Filo, beforehand know Fitoria was gonna test Filo? Cus i find it kinda weird that after Noafumi was personally told by Fitoria, that she was gonna kill all 4 cardinal heroes, he still stayed overnight and didn't decide to book it, and wasn't anymore cautious. I might be 100% wrong here but if not, for me that feels like flimsy story telling if so. Fitoria and Filo fight was ok i guess, some Filo development is most definitely due, after all Raphtalia got hers not to long ago so it would only be fair to give Filo some love. She definitely fought tooth and bone there, was interesting to see all of her emotions let out, her reason for fighting and her resolve, plus a nice ahoge added as a reward was cute as shit. Naofumi's added new shield was spicy as well. Fitoria and Naofumi bonding scene was, oh ok. Pretty sweet, liked it most definitely, was vibing with the feels they were showing off with that one, good guy Naofumi giving out the headpats. Old shield hero seems like a bro, but pains me to think that he might of been also potentially shafted like Naofumi. Also, what? curse corrosion? Excuse me? Was this introduced before? Pretty interesting and understandable concept, but ngl Noafumi after being told he might be corroding away from it, looked extremely calm and composed about it. I mean understandable if he just doesn't give a shit about it, i too after going through all that mess would probably be chill with death at that point. After credits were good, lets be real, that was probably Malty, somehow the shit she manages to pull still surprises me. I think this is more then enough proof that she is literally trying to jeopardise the entire fucking country by trying to kill the heroes. |

| Naofumi is doing a really bad job at explaining himself, how is he to blame for anything? Fitoria is annoying, her "hospitality" is definitely lacking, taking someone prisoner like that... Did Malty just blow up two of the four heroes? lol |

| Cliffhanger reeks of Myne's plotting with the bait, rest of the episode with Fitoria was boring along with the fight. I feel like the more I'm seeing the series, the less I actually have to say about it, it's just not that good. |
| Even though it was just a scratch, Filo still did a lot against Fitoria, which is the strongest of the filolials. It must be very bad for Fitoria not to be able to remember its creator, as it only has vague memories of good times, and ends up feeling sad. |

| WTF was that ending? I feel bad for the people who were watching this while it was airing. Fitoria tested Filo to see if she is capable of being the next queen and Filo passed, she was great :D Also the fight part made me cry IDK why. Filo is crowned the next queen and they celebrated too. Fitoria still wants all the heroes to reconcile and Naofumi finally agrees to try and reconcile. Fitoria is warming up to Naofumi, she is seeing her own master in him. The last scene before the ED was cute. Naofumi afterall knows how to treat his women and his harem keeps on increasing xD. Well now the question is whether the bow and sword heroes are dead or not, if they are, it's gonna be a huge problem, Fitoria is immediately gonna kill Naofumi and spear hero lol, I mean it's impossible to fight the waves with just 2 heroes and one of them is just a coward useless all talk piece of shit hero, so all burden will fall on Naofumi and his party. Things are looking tough for now. Let's see what happens next. The end of this season is approaching and it's seriously daunting me, I don't know how I'm gonna wait till April to watch the second season, so far I'm loving this anime so much, I should have waited till March to start binging this lol, I already feel like waiting is gonna be painful especially considering I'm so engrossed in this world and have grown attached to these characters. Fuck what am I gonna do. I immediately read this is Megumin's voice. |

| Fitoria's talk of killing the heros is probably a bluff, but it could in theory solve a "bad batch" of heros being selected if they were all completely psychotic. On the other hand, I don't think she's aware of how some of the royalty play a substantial part in creating hostility between the heros, especially given their horrible treatment of shield heros. The current batch have their faults, but they aren't beyond saving or anything. Fitoria seems to understand that, hence why she wants Naofumi to work with them. Her past master looked very much like Naofumi, so he probably was a shield hero. Explains why she warmed up to him so quickly, and helped the party out. That magic bomb at the end caused no shortage of devastation, damn. |

| Fitoria was testing Filo as a trial all along to see if she is truly worthy of the next queen of filolials and the cowlick on Filo's hair sure is funny to see. The cliffhanger seems bad damn I hope they're all right because at least those two heroes are better than Motoyasu in the very least. |
