Hello!Welcome to my profile! I watch various types of anime across a range of genres and themes, as well as visual novels and (occasionally) manga.
The star unicodesymbol (✮) in my list denotes what is equivalent to a 0.5 in decimal score. For example, an anime with a rating of 6 that has a ✮ in the notes means I consider it a 6.5/10.
I make a point of checking out anime across any popularity or score range.

Made in Abyss, but it had nothing to do with the gore. Rather, it was any scene with a particular focus on defecation/faeces (which the series had quite a few of) that nauseated me to some extent. The series doesn't spare any detail in its depiction of metabolic processes.
For as unpleasant as these scenes were to watch in the moment, however, I have to admit that they're morbidly immersive and realistic; these basal moments where you're reminded of the organic limitations of the cast demonstrate that the Abyss is as unforgiving as it is fascinatingly exotic. OKAY
Hey! Sorry for the late reply, had a rough few weeks, no problem! I really like your way of rating anime, can I borrow that? It'd be nice to use decimals to rate a little better.
Oh great I prefer the same elements and sometimes I like to enjoy some parody/comedy/school series,but in general like you said it's about what the series promised to deliver vs what it actually delivered;
If a series wasn't containing some favorable tags for me I take into consideration the plot and the characters;
It's better if the plot is somewhat unique or less repetitive, have few plot-holes and could keep me interested, and for the characters I dislike dumb(unless it's a comedy series),annoying, and OP ones(if it's an antagonist it's great).
Thanks, your list is also really cool, I like that it's mostly lesser known ones and also diverse in themes/genres 👌
Btw for a consumer of different genres/themes, what's your favorite one ?
Hey there, thanks for accepting my FR, I just gotta say you have one of the best signatures ever !!, I see a lot of your posts either before I post in an anime thread or sometimes after, so I guess we have somewhat of a similar taste :D
