It seems to me like the feelings he had before he knew she was his sister never went away.
I really feel that's what's going on. He's probably conflicted with the fact that he was able to connect to her so much before he found out she was his sister and now he's acting hostile so he can make a gap between them so he won't try to get closer to her. Although honestly, the way he's going about it is completely uncalled for and makes him look like a douche more so.
Also it feels like he's starting to lust after her rather than having true feelings for her. If this turns into a full out incest I at least hope it's true love and not just some jolly big guy trying to get some action. You and Laraso are somewhat right, but also wrong as well. See what Koushiro and Nanoka are going through is a phenomenon called GSA or Genetic Sexual Attraction. Basically, from the very moment Koshiro saw Nanoka, at the train station, it kicked in. It wouldn't have mattered whether he knew she was his sister at first or not. Many people have experienced GSA without knowing they were related, and many have also experienced it knowing full well they were related. The effects of GSA is basically where your body, and heart yearn to make a connection with the family member in any way possible. It's like it knows this person is your family and trying to make and develop a connection and it's trying to make up for lost time. Sometimes this merely exhibits itself in an emotional manner where you want to spend time with said person, other times it becomes sexual. The other thing is that people are generally more attracted to those that look more like them, with family members being most attractive. This is overridden in most cases by the westermark effect.
Whether or not you believe in the westermark effect, most people would agree that it wouldn't be in effect here because Koshiro hadn't seen Nanoka since she was around a year old. So some of you are right in that there is a heavy sexual aspect, but that doesn't make Koushiro a pedophile (technically Nanoka is too old [16 to be exact and in most of japan, 16 is the age of consent] for attraction to her to be pedophilia since pedophilia is attraction to pre-pubescent children and legally it's attraction to a child around 13 or so.), nor does it mean that is all it is.
Koushiro is sexually attracted to Nanoka because his body yearns to become closer with her. He's also fallen in love with her which increases that desire for her. You are correct that because he made the initial connecttion with her heart on that ferris wheel, that he is trying to push her away to stop the development and this makes him much more disagreeable. Here's the thing, this is a very realistic portrayal of somebody going through and resisting GSA. That is, his mind is always wandering to thoughts of her, and he can't get away from her, but he can't have her because society says he can't. Going through some of what he goes through (my half sister is five years younger and 18), I can sympathise with him even though I do think he acts like an ass sometimes. He's very human, and even when he's an ass, he's not a bad guy. It's the sort of thing that if his love wasn't so forbidden, he would be much more agreeable, at least that is what I think.
As I said before, just because there is the sexual attraction, doesn't mean he isn't in love with Nanoka. He's just been rejecting the bond that has been steadily growing between them. His heart and body want to be closer, but his mind is still in rejection and pushing her away because it knows that if he gets closer to her, it won't be in a platonic manner. Maybe with time he could pretend to be a normal brother, but it's far too late in my opinion to reverse it with him. I've heard of some people overcoming GSA by waiting it out, but in the ten years I've had it, it's hasn't gone anywhere, and most people I've heard with it never get over it. It's very difficult when your heart betrays you over even simple memories.
Then there is Nanoka. She has it too, but it kind of gets drowned out by her normal behavior. What I mean is that before she met Koushiro, she couldn't wait to meet him, and she seemed to act like any little sister would, though one a bit younger I would think. When she met Koushiro, her behavor didn't really change despite her reasons for it. I assure you, she is physically attracted to him as well as falling in love with him just as he is in her, it's not one-sided. The story is mostly from Koushiro's POV, but it puts in some from hers, and from it, I believe she is falling for him, even when she sees his bad sides. And everyone around her sees that she has a brother complex. Her GSA doesn't seem as strong as Koushiro's so it might be reversable, but I doubt anything aside from complete seperation would stop them from falling even more in love. And complete seperation was what started this mess.
