Its one of my favourite ^^
Dorohedoro is worth reading, because it is very unique. I would say that the ending is underwhelming, but the journey was 100% worth it, and I wouldn't want to miss it. It has an addicting cast, an unusual world, lots and lots of violence and magic mushrooms. I love the art too, but sure, it may be divisive. And there is not much sexual content, if that matters. But like, it's a niche hit in the sense that it is consider to be special, but about anyone who likes darker manga raves about it, so socially Dorohedoro is a must read already, esp after the anime.
