But i still agree with you, Solo Leveling is nowhere close to the "hype" it got. To much rushed development of the Protagonists Power. The side characters are some of the most one-dimensional without any development or screentime. And the final Monarch Arc, was pretty Pushover, the hype was so forced.
I really understand your problems with this show. Yet 3/10 smells little bit to harsh for me, still its your opinion and i respect it.
But yes, Solo Leveling is hardcore overrated. Its just pure "badness" and art style, that's all what carried the manwha.
