Both were written by Nasu and adapted into manga by Shonen Sasaki. TnS takes place in a parallel universe from Tsukihime, but they both build on different aspects of the same lore. They also have similar themes and main heroines, although Tsukihime is more action-oriented than TnS.

Manga adapted from novels written by Nasu Kinoko, the founder of Type-Moon. Both features protagonists named "Shiki" who has the ability to see the lines that symbolize the death of a thing and allows them to "kill" that thing. Both has supernatural, romance, and thriller genre. There might be some similarities of characters, too, like Tohno Shiki with Ryougi Shiki and Mikiya, Akiha with Azaka, etc.

Both has servant-master relationships, romance, supernatural powers, powerful heroines and mysteries that surrounds the protagonists. If you like Tsukihime you mustread Pandora Hearts.

Both seemingly normal main characters act on their intrusive thoughts making for plenty of unhinged scenes early on. Both reads have supernatural elements and cool fights.

Have the same world laws and give you more information of a certain character that appear in Tsukihime.

Supernatural romance is an integral element of the plot for both manga

Both main characters have special eyes that help them.

IF Shiki has close-range "death" attack, Tatsuya Shiba has the long-range version of it. However, the relationship between characters is the main attraction of both series, not the action. Reading the Tatsuya x Miyuki scenes gives me the same warm and relax feeling as when i read the Shiki x Acruied or Shiki x Akiha scenes. The main characer in MknR - Tatsuya is a family man, just like Shiki. He will do what he must to keep his love one from harm. Even if he has to "break the law"!!! Fun fact: "Shiki" and "Shiba" both means "death".

Both contain a happy go lucky heroine with a dark secret. However, while the protagonist in MN is a wimp, the main dude in Tsukihime is a badass.

Scheme: we see the struggle and the development of the relationship between the naive and unsuspecting guy and the iconic "girl on the run" in a supernatural ambient of sublime darkness, constant gore and riveting suspense that paves way to a very emotional and solemn story (albeit Elfen Lied requires a more unyielding stomach than Tsukihime). In any case, they give the same overall intrinsic feel that reminds one of the other.

Being set in the same multiverse, those works take the same elements and weave a different story with them. Both have a knife-weilding protagonist with mystical eyes of perception that allows them to be able to slice apart every object and living being. There's also Shiki and SHIKI personalities that acts as kind of opposites to each other. The dynamics between the protagonist and their love interest is also kinda similar.
