Tsuki no Sango

Both were written by Nasu and adapted into manga by Shonen Sasaki. TnS takes place in a parallel universe from Tsukihime, but they both build on different aspects of the same lore. They also have similar themes and main heroines, although Tsukihime is more action-oriented than TnS.
So, not only these both were written by Kinoko Nasu, they also share many similarities considering the plot. Thus, we have a man/boy with some special ability(or disability, depends on how you view it) meet a girl of non-human origin. This event changes their lives completely.
Also, I'd even consider "Tsuki no Sango" a so-called "Tsukihime: Prototype" because of aforementioned similarities.
