In the very distant future, in the aftermath of a devastating conflict between humans and not-humans, a lone figure armed with an overpowered handgun is roaming a vast, desolate world on a seemingly hopeless retrieval mission.

Usuzumi no Hate is only in its sixth chapter as of this writing so the story may not even be out of the introductory stage yet, but so far it feels kinda like a Hollywood remake of Girls' Last Tour, with much more polished art and familiar-feeling situations and encounters, for better or worse.

Both of these mangas take place in a post-apocalyptic world, where the story unfolds in ruthless environments. Every moment becomes a struggle for survival, and the hope of finding habitable land is as fragile as the air they breathe.

Post-apocalyptical manga with few to no humans. Drones and AI are the ones in power. Focus lies on destruction, supported by the artwork, however there is also a side of frail beauty.

both are post apocalyptic mangas where a certain event has wiped out most of or all of the population and has characters wandering around this world to either find a safe place or survivors
