Both stories follow their respective protagonist that go back to primitive life and trying to survive there. Those protagonists are also adept in many fields and helping people there with their knowledge about advanced modern technologies.

The two stories as well as the art are done by the same mangaka. Both MC's are driven to protect the ones they love. Very unique narratives based around the strengths and intelligence of the mc's to work there way out of what seems impossible situations.

Dr. Stone and Death Note are two very well-known Shonen Jump titles that feature a clash of wits between two intelligent dudes who are pretty observant and skilled in their own right. There are lots of highly detailed explanations behind their observations and decision-making that are as enthralling as the highly detailed art, especially in the background art department. Both are also considered must-reads by many diehard manga readers, so go ahead and give them a read!

While the mangas greatly differ in setting and tone, both convey the message that humanity's curiousity cannot be stopped. Be it technology or ideals, even if you try to stop/kill all with knowledge, there is always going to be someon who starts it all again.

"survival in the primitive world" is similar, but very interesting as each leads.

Eden no Ori and Dr. Stone have a few things in common. The story starts in a normal environment, but a few pages later the surroundings totally change. The both main characters are in love with a girl. If you like main protagonists being thrown into a completely new world, then this is for you.

Both are shonen manga with some variety of historical/underdeveloped setting, with main characters aiming to better the world around them through the application of some variety of science, while being supported by strong fighters. Both also feature plots with clashes of ideologies as a central theme.

If you liked the Minecraft-ish aspect of progressing technology from scratch you might enjoy Dr. Stone, although Dungeon Reset has magic while Dr. Stone is more rooted in reality for the most part.

Sent back to the ages where modern science didn't exist, the main characters are able to implement these tools and equipment to make life expectancy and quality better. *Native characters of that period obviously want to share in his knowledge.

If you enjoyed Dr. Stone for its combination of dramatic tension, battles which are won out of cleverness, colorful characters, and highly informative coverage of real-world survival skills, then you can find all of those things in Golden Kamuy, albeit in a much more grounded and realistic portrayal of both conflict and of wilderness survival. Essentially, if you liked Dr. Stone but would like to see these concepts presented in a far more adult story, check out Golden Kamuy.

Dead civilisation. Dr Stone and Girls' Last Tour both follow a knowledgeable protagonist accompanied by a lesser knowledgeable partner. In both stories, within the dead civilization that once was filled with great achievements. Girls' Last Tour Chito and Yuuri venture through the remains of the world finding the small things the people of the past had made. Dr Stone is more ambitious with the genius Senku planning to build the world back to how it once flourished via the power of science. Both are great manga with Dr Stone being more comedic with sci-fi, for the shounen demographic. Girls' Last Tour is considered an Iyashikei which happens  read more

Both are shonen manga that use a battle formula while replacing battles with some non-combative activity. Both also have similar protagonists; both are cheecky and arrogant but have the wits and ability to back it up.

Dr. Stone and Ascendance of a Bookworm are about a well-informed main character who is brought out of their comfortable, modern urban setting into one without much of the technology they otherwise took for granted. A large portion of the story has them bringing these aforementioned advances into their new setting by trying to recreate them to the best of their memory and abilities, which is all as entertaining as the characters they meet and the new yet well-thought-out setting.

both are about reinventing products of modern science in conditions similar to medieval and prehistoric era respectively, to win against powerful antagonist who wants all of the humanity dead.

Dr. Stone and Jin fit sort of a similar niche of a person ends up in some different civilization that lacks our current scientific knowledge. Dr. Stone is the over-the-top shounen version of this premise -- having survived an apocalypse, Senku is the only person that can restore human civilization, with his super-power level command of math and science, and for a manga about science there's still a whole lot of shounen style fighting. In the meantime, Jin is the super otaku seinen version of this trope. Jin just happens to be a neurosurgeon, and so uses his ultra specialized medical knowledge to save whatever  read more

Main Character gets "transported" to a world that is not quite like the one they came from. Sets out to rebuild/build a civilization from scratch. Finds a village that ends op helping to kick start civilization.

Story progresses similarly, with the last human survivors trying to thrive in a devastated world

Both are in a kind of Stone Age where both characters use their "superior modern knowledge" to solve problems. THE PHYSICAL: In Dr. Stone, the main character uses Scientific Knowledge to build things that make Stone Age Life easier, little by little (recreating lost technology e.g. soda, alcohol, lightbulb, transportations, you name it). THE METAPHYISCAL: In Kigenzen 10000-nen no Ota, the main character uses modern knowledge of sexual techniques to "solve problems". Unlike in Dr. Stone, the main character here does not create modern, physical things. He forms relationships to the tribes through sexual intercourse with the prehistoric females using a variety of positions unheard of before  read more

They may not seem similar on the surface, but similar themes can be found in Dr. Stone, as well as references. Not to mention, the idea of passing down a responsibility to the future generation.

-Both contain a lot of world building and starting from nothing to make something out of their environment except Dr. Stone focuses more on science and TGED focuses more on designing buildings.

Dr. Stone and Astra: Lost in Space are two Shonen Jump series where our main characters are thrown out of their usual environment and end up stuck trying to survive in new circumstances, whether it be a return to the stone age or outer space. There's a lot of scientific thought processes that the characters think about when it comes to the new environments they explore and the ways they try to survive, and it can be surprisingly really emotional at times. You'll learn to love the characters and be intrigued by the new world(s).

Both teaches you how to invent stuff when the world goes back into the Stone Age Just that one takes more chapters to get their but it first teaches food ingredients and the other teaches others stuff for humanity to survive Both give you headaches on how their new world was created

Dr. Stone and Yu-Gi-Oh are two fairly popular Shonen Jump series with an intriguing story and a surprisingly lovable cast of characters that hopefully don't scare you away from the relatively large volume count. Character designs often feature crazy hair and facial features, which surprisingly work with its own charm and the rest of the amazing art within the series. There is also a rivalry between the main character and an antihero/antagonist who fight not necessarily with violence, but with their intelligence—which makes for an interesting change of pace for those fatigued with battle shounen (even though both still have violence lol).
