Both feature a main character who science knowledge throw into a world without it. In Dr. Stone, Senku is in a world without technology or civilization, only resources, and he creates everything from scrath. In Isekai Doctor, Amami is in a fantasy world without medical knowledge and he makes surgical interventions to monsters and fantasy beasts in a realistic way, considering post-op (like changin bandages), extracting tumors, etc. In both mangas the "using science knowledge" isn't the main plot of the manga, but the main feature from their main characters, while each having their own goal.
