Character’s with a time limit on their lives after a bad decision, and they grow as people with the time left with someone they love

Main character has a timer that tells them how much time they have left until they die.

I can't really explain it but reading Three Days just gave me that same feeling reading Punpun did.

Both follow two people in what appears to be the final days of their life as they spend time and grow together.

From the same author of Jumyou wo Kaitotte Moratta., stories have a similar story revolving with characters with little meaning to live but live. Which comes upon our main character selling his life to find reason and experience what has been leading up to then, boredom.

Both tells a story about a person only having a limited amount of time to live, and both has a partner to spend time with before the inevitable end.
reportRecommended by leVinchy
Both manga are "absurdist" (life has no meaning but you should still seek for a meaning) at the core
reportRecommended by mhkr
Even with small amount of chapter both series really did a great job potraying their male & female main lead. The story' is telling about how the main lead of both series spend their limited time
reportRecommended by npc-gin
Both deal with the themes of regret and learning lessons on life. They deal with losing something to gain something new. Well grounded in reality and possibly relatable.
reportRecommended by SteamedPlague
Both stories deal with similar themes (memories, second chances in life, time, regrets, love, growing up) and characters, even their appearance are close enough.

i got the same vibe from both the shows, a melancholic drama about a no one who meets a woman that changing the views of that no one. if you liked one you will like the other.
reportRecommended by vicsana
Besides the difference in genre they are thematically similar
reportRecommended by cheap_skate
I think it's quite similar, having a sad but meaningful story.
reportRecommended by hiept31
It is similar for the small number of chapters, and both are a slice of life mixed with romance

Not entirely sure how to describe it, but both series have very similar energy. Both protagonists make mistakes in their youth and try to reconnect with childhood friends. They also both resign themselves to a life of misery only to meet someone that breathes new life into their lives.
reportRecommended by Ordolph
It is similar because it is a slice of life where the protagonist wants to help the girl and has romance and drama. Have a small number of chapters
reportRecommended by PetrusPorra
both really sad stories to begin but have satisfying endings, good short reads
reportRecommended by StegoSled
Two childhood friends apart from each other by life's will. The only way they managed to keep in contact was through letters. What happened to their relationship? Will they able to get together in the end? Well, that's up to you to find out :)

Similar premise, but with a more meaningful take on life.

Both have amazing art and a similar story.

Hits a lot of the same notes about a couple that is not long for this world

Nice and have creative and interesting views on life. Both wholesome and have great conclusions. Both have creative methods (3 days of happiness being the ability to take away one's life for money and Omoide emanon with memories dating back 3 billion years ago). Both have nice art and both include wholesome romance and you feel happy but yet sad at the ending. a perfect sensation while reading both
reportRecommended by Warsada
Both have the same depressing but oddly calming atmosphere. You know that it will be the end. Both will give you some level of sadness, but not the kind that will make you cry loudly; the kind that will make you suffer in silence.

Both mangas go deep into life and its values, they both present a very complex story about life and world itself.
reportRecommended by vunna
Both manga deal with impossible loves - while one is divided by time and space, the other is divided by life and certain death.
reportRecommended by -Sonal-
While the premise of both the manga is very different, what is common to both is how people realize (or are made to realize) the importance of being/staying alive, and how it's never too late to make a difference.
reportRecommended by -Sonal-
Both have prominent themes of regret, though each examines it differently. In Ore ga Doutei, the main character is allowed (forced?) to redo his life until he reaches a satisfactory result. In Jumyou, the protagonist must deal with the consequences of his past behavior. Leading characters in both must try to understand other characters in the context of their (the MCs) actions.

Melodrama about a young protagonist and about having only a limited time left being alive - and how to the remains of it.
reportRecommended by abystoma2
Both stories are about looking for happiness and have that mix of subtle dark, somber, and light heartedness. Same great vibes!

The vibes I felt when I read this manga made me remember Three Days of Happiness all over again really recommend anyone to read it
reportRecommended by _OWL_
Both will induce existential crises.
reportRecommended by SAniyoukoso
Both manga use the idea of evaluating the worth of human lives by the impact an individual had on others. Themes of death and romantic loss are present throughout each manga.

vida curto, essa seria uma boa definição para esse dois mangas
reportRecommended by JoaoPedroSanto
Both have a similar story. If you like 3 days of happiness, definitely need to try this.
