| Why the hell is anime so friggen obsessed with a “Normal life", it's the foundation of like every show out there? I know that having the mafia chasing you down isn't something anyone would want, the exception being the mentally ill and adrenalin junkies, but most other anime out there has some thing good like some guy gets a harem for no reason other than being the main character or finds out that he's the heir to some kind of organization or somehow gets some kind of power and they almost always respond with "I just wanna live a normal life". Is living an exceptional life so despised over there? |

| Maria getting gunned downed like a fodder character felt really lack luster, and "bloody Harry" is a very appropriate nickname. |
| So Bob and Lee are "superiors" It's odd that Sherry didn't change much after all those years and that they didn't have a kid...well, Harry is so selfish, no wonder why. So they found Maria, Harry is a ass whole! She was living a peaceful life and didn't bother him, but of course that he would go and ask to their killers kill her... |

| And here we are again, come full circle. Now that there's context to the first episode I'm actually feeling this set up. I can't help but feel the strongest part may be over, but Gungrave has done an incredible job thus far. |

| I heard episode 17 onwards was absolute trash but I enjoyed this episode. We get a quick, but good look at how Millennion has developed, as well as how the characters we've come to love have developed as people. As long as Harry is the villain and not some 1D excuse to introduce supernatural elements I think this should be okay. If nothing else, the first 16 episodes(minus two or three) were a good flashback arc. Excited to see where this goes, this episode did its job as a set up / introduction episode. |

| Wait, no, what? Why is Harry looking SO old? If I'm not mistaken in my calculations, he should be only 41 after this time skip, so how come he looks as old as Big Daddy looked before the time skip if not older? wtf? So far, this is the most baffling thing about this show... |

| Wow we have a major time skip now and even Harry aged a lot... and we get to see Maria's daughter after EP1 and they really went and killed Maria damn, now it's all up to Mika joining Brandon |

| All the Millennion members and executives are villainous caricatures now. That scene where Lee just massacred a bunch of guys who were trapped in a room with him was more humorous than I think it was intended to be. The timeline seems to have caught up with the first episode, where Brandon is revived to fight the Orgmen on the bridge. |

| The animation was pretty rough this episode. I worry how it will be now that the action's about to pick up. To think this is the same studio that eventually did One Punch Man. A lot can change. |
