| This is the classic 'getting into a car accident and reborn again'. Kenzaburou seems to embrace the villainess role though. Helps that they do have some experience in their previous life. But yeah, the premise speaks for itself. Kenzaburou pretty much accepts their new life with purpose. He pretty much has to put his thinking cap on to protray his new role. Grace's voice has that ojisan vibe for sure. |

| We've seen this troupe multiple times by now, but NEVER has it been that it was a dude, IN HIS FIFTIES be the one to be reincarnated as the villainess. Put that unique concept along with Takeuchi, THE GOAT, directing, this has the chance to be a hidden gem of the season. It’s so weird seeing a fat old guy being a wholesome dad! Like, the internet totally ruined how I see characters lmaoooo. But how does his daughter not know about Candy Candy and Glass Mask? Those are actual classic lol Or am I just ancient now? Also, uh... is Grace DEAD? Usually in these otome villainess reincarnation stories (seriously, how did this even become a thing?), there’s some kind of connection between the two identities, but that’s not happening here? And about the “elegance” thing, does it work both ways? Like, is he actually eating gross, boring 19th-century food, but it’s being “translated” into fancy stuff for him? The “elegance cheat” just feels like his old man brain isn’t even running the show. It’s like something else keeps jumping in and changing what he does before it happens. That’d be so annoying to deal with xD Fun start I can't lie, looking forward to more! |

| At first I thought that mangaka Michirou Ueyama's series would come from your typical LN adaptation, but surprise, surprise, it's from a manga of all things! And an old man reincarnated into a villainess? Now that's new! The old man of Kenzaburou Tondabayashi reincarnatiing into his daughter Mitsuko's favourite Otome Game as the villainess of Grace Auverne who doesn't let her personality be waived over the protagonist of Anna Doll, with the added benefit of the antagonist being a parental figure of all things to befriend the protagonist and comfort her in her upbringing. And then comes the kingdom's first prince...which Kenzaburou just has to forget his name of Virgile Vierge with Anna's help of remembering who he is. If anything, both heroine and villainess are friends now, so that's a thing. Anna being more smitten by the elegance of Grace being the old man that she is, and other students being also smitten by Grace's tenure to taste Isekai food like it's an endless buffet, Kenzaburou's old man wisdom and display sure works to the best of Grace's posture of the Elegance Cheat. M.A.O's ED is just so much fun. This villainess Isekai reincarnation is a sure-fire hidden gem of the season! I can guarantee it with its fun. |

| Looks like Anna entered the Grace route and Grace doesn't seem to notice. It was funny that Grace forgot the name of the male targets tho but can you blame him? Anyway this anime has a interesting setting. |

| This certainly has a mad mad premise. Weirdest reincarnation out there and he starts implementing his bureaucrat and dad starts. Heroine already conquered too. Imagine if this goes Yuri it will be wild and I am all for it. The story is very typical villainess setting with craziest twist, let's see if the novelty wears off or not. Animation also seemed noticeably average. If it can freshen up things it could be one hilarious piece. But a great start with hilarious interaction. ED was brilliant too... |
Surprisingly entertaining first episode! the juxtaposition between current princess life and former old salaryman life made the story somewhat wholesome and really fun to watch. |
| Wow! I didn’t know what to expect, but the first episode exceeded my non-existent expectations by quite a bit. I already like the old man turned villainess—he’s such a unique character, especially for the villainess genre. I definitely want to see more. However, I’m not impressed with the Prince; he feels like a forgettable character for now. |

| This could be the anime of the season lol. OP and ED are very good, the visuals are also easier to watch than the previous akuyaku reijou. The moment when Ojisan sees Anna from a parent's perspective is very funny lol. Grace and Anna have a very cute relationship. M.A.O did a great job portraying Grace's character, it was a perfect fit. Eliza from Candy Candy is mentioned in this anime which is where Seiyuu Kazuhiko Inoue is married to the illustrator of the Candy Candy manga and Kazuhiko Inoue was once the Voice Actor Anthony from Candy Candy, what a coincidence. A very enjoyable anime, the visuals are also good compared to the previous Akuyaku Reijou, let's see how a 52-year-old Ojisan can survive in the world of Otome Game.  |

| I was hoping it would be funny, it was absolutely hilarious from start to finish :) A pretty clever twist on the 'otome isekai' trope which leads to a lot of very amusing ideas. My favorites so far are the 'elegance cheat' (never seen before in my life such an elegant way to compliment a chef, that's for sure haha), the scene where she/he forgot the name of the prince (her very own fiance) and the moments where he accidentally acts like a dad (or friend) when he tries to play the part of the villainess. Also, absolutely loved the ED theme and visuals. Overall, a fantastic start to what will probably end up being the best comedy of the season imo! |

| AN OTOME SERIES WHERE A GUY GETS ISEKAI’D AS THE VILLAINESS???? HE’S LIVING MY DREAM!!! This is already one of the best villainess shows of all time just because of that alone. It instantly differentiates itself from pretty much every other one besides maybe Tsunliese where they were playing the game in the real world while the events played out in the anime lol. Close enough, welcome back Claire Francois. But it’s not just Grace’s appearance that makes this similar to Wataoshi. Anna reminds me so much of Rae lol. That awkward moment when you accidentally trigger the yuri route.. 😂 poor Grace just wanted to set up Anna with the princess, now she’s got an admirer This episode was a riot all the way through. The animation is surprisingly great and the humor really lands. The MC being a 52 year old dad and salaryman with two adult daughters in his old life makes for a really interesting dynamic with he and the other characters here. He actually ACTS like a middle man too. Not perving out over the girls or getting all flustered. Just doing his best to be a villainess while doting on the people in this world, like a proud parent. | Living for the fact that since Ojisan is less ohoho and more old soul it's freaking the teenagers out just as much as an ohoho villainess might. Also like how this might be setting us up for the fact that the Duke's daughter gets in the main character's way simply because she's a potentially good catch since she's starting to act more mature than she used to probably. It'll be interesting to see where this one goes. |

| The was a vey entertaining 1st episode. The concept is rather fun, normally people reincarnate into another world as the same gender but having an old dude become this rich villainess pretty funny. Elegant cheat is very handy. |

| And to think I nearly skipped a villainess anime, this right here might end up being one of my favorites of the season! I really love the concept of this one, this is like Isekai Ojisan but he got sent to an Otome Game world instead, and also became a beautiful babe lol, also Ojisan was a classic gamer in Isekai Ojisan, here our resident Kenzaburou is a civil servant which makes for a different flavor of comedy, and we’ve already seen some great bits with it in this one, I almost wish his actions didn’t get translated to what an elegant lady would do but the moments were still great regardless, I think this lad is gonna convert this whole school into respectable adults lol. And the babe he became, being Grace, has a very nice looking villainess design too, gotta love the classic tendril hair, and I really like the contrasting scenes of her actions with the old fella within her doing the same thing but slightly different, only issue I’m gonna have is what pronoun I should use, I’ll probably go with he/him since Kenzaburou is the operator of this babe device, that is not a sentence I thought I’d type this year lol. I also like Anna Doll, she’s a cute MC character, her moments with Grace have been nice so far too, but I’m wondering if she’s currently being controlled by Kenzaburou’s daughter playing the game or not, might be something we find out eventually. And the OP and ED are both very nice, love hearing Cidergirl again on another anime, and the VA sung ED is a lot of fun, I especially love the funky visuals. |
| Matsuken Samba as the ED is too much! It's pure perfection! Now that I think about it, Matsuken also got his own manga (Matsuken Quest, serialized in Gekkan Shonen Champion) where he gets transported to another world and goes on an adventure. It sure would ne nice if that got adapted in a TV anime series. |
