So proud of you honey!! You are just a bit shy. But you clearly goes around thinking about your future wife all the time!! And then it just got even better!!! A glorious lesbian couple!! Yume and Maki!!! Awwww my lovebirds are so fucking cute!! Holding hands!! Love that!! Next time I want you two to do some sweet lesbian kissing!! ,,,YEEEES!!! Even if the love letter got lost!! | this anime is so good, for someone who is also cheering for an almost unknown person to succeed as much as he/she can! again, the thing that Maina and Eripiyo has between them isn't the love you are used to have in any other anime, this is the feeling of giving 100% and beyond to that one Person that may not even notice your persistence. and even so, you keep cheering that person because that's how much you love him(: this is a true life lesson here! |
| Great episode again, this is turning out be really good. Surprisingly wholesome and touching, loved the moments where each member on the runway found support in their fans. Interactions between the Otaku's are hilarious. The final scene made me sad, come on staff member. There's no way Eripyo would ever give Maina anything that would hurt her. :( Curious to see how this is gonna play out, I hope it doesn't cause too much drama, at the very least the staff member should take responsibility. |

| As I got some tolerance to this show (!?), I was able to enjoy this episode. There were a few things I didn't know about undergound idols:
It took some time to realize why that funny insect incidents were needed: kind of small butterfly effect. The insecticide that also kills mice kept clear of Eripiyo too after all. |

 Another funny and adorable episode! I'm glad this adaptation is turning out so well, the pacing is quite good. Fingers crossed things don't get dragged out too much... Eripiyo's letters flying away was sad and funny in episode 2, but if that kind of thing is continuing in episode 7 I think I'd be disappointed. https://i.imgur.com/wX9u55O.jpg Speaking of Eripiyo, she can be a pretty dynamic character actually. Her love for Maina obviously trumps most other things, but I think we can see she has a serious, mellow side just like her other otaku buddies. | Nope! This whole 'bad luck/timing' is one of my least favorite shticks in storytelling. It is just plain irritating. That being said, I still do like the show as a whole. It respects the idols, fans and their feelings, but still shows all the awkwardness, worries and weirdness as it is. But if the 'unlucky lovers' angle is going to be the main aspect of the series, then I might just have to lower my expectations for the rest of the episodes. |
| Everyday Eripiyo is straying further away from Maina... (if you get the pun) And with more otakus on the rise for ChamJam fans, it's surely reeling up with not just Kumasa and Eripiyo alone. For idols who started out rogue like Maina, it was certainly "fate" that their otaku fanbase are the only support they had in their other escapades. But it's all clear that while agency cultures of idol groups are treated unfairly, the "cult following" is what spurred them forward when all hope seems lost. Being the unpopular girl in an idol group seems overwhelming, but Eripiyo's clearly got the hots for Maina, while she has the lack to do anything that would prove her loyalty, and the same goes for Maina, which has the others for help. HAH, an idol stopping some overexcessive fan activity, that is the underlying message from Maina to Eripiyo, knowing she'd go overboard with it. BUT...one mistake led to another...(I'd like to see that happen!) Good episode as usual! Having more fun~~ |

| Being Maina is suffering. What a asspull ending. Even when she does become friendly with the MC, that's still only one fan. I hope she becomes popular by the end. |

| I'm on the fence on this one. It's almost imposible for me to believe that an undergroud idol group has a member with only a single fan, and the manager(s) of that group haven't found a way to promote Maina in a better way or had already replaced her if according to Kuma's rant these kind of groups move their members to other units. Other than Maina, the actual idols feel like they will be just used as decor and a single trait of them will be shown here and there (like Aya being a helpess child or Maki filling the archtype of the onesan). The writing with Yuri shipping feels very laser focused for their intended audience. The comedy is hit or miss for me, specially how Eripyo tends to overexagerate things. I'll stick around for a couple more episodes and see if there's something worthwhile. |

| That was actually heartwarming. It was heartwarming to see Reo see Kumasa but then when Maina saw Eripiyo, that was just the best. Sad about those letters though... Kinda feel like next episode will have that misunderstanding. But from the preview... is Motoi really going to say that? Agencies sometimes treat idols unfairly, but I can somewhat understand the REASONING behind it since the more popular idols make more money. Doesn't make it fairer. I'm actually enjoying this even though I sort of just took this on because of curiosity, whim, and for the lols. |
