My rating scale:

10: A masterpiece: Everything is perfect. No flaw whatsoever. 100% rewatch worthy. Will always be on my favorite list.

EXAMPLE: Code Geass, Attack on Titan. Hands down 10/10.

9: Amazing: Has the missing piece that a 8/10 show lacks, but isn't amazing enough to be considered a masterpiece, be it due to my personal taste, enjoyment, or a tiny flaw in a certain episode (I'm kinda picky).

EXAMPLE: The Promised Neverland s1. Good series, but mediocre adaptation. If the adaptation had followed the manga perfectly, it'd be a 10/10 masterpiece. Or Katekyo Hitman Reborn. One of the best shounen I've seen. Beautiful animations, amazing OSTs, an unique power system, and a wide variety of interesting characters. Would have been a 10/10 if the girls got more action/development.

8: Great: Better than your average show, but it just feels like it's missing a little something to be considered amazing.

EXAMPLE: Demon Slayer. Great animation and OST, interesting concept, but would be better if it has more character development and depth to the plot. Plot doesn't seem that much different from your typical shounen.

7: Good: A good show. Nothing too special about it. Just your average show. Has a few parts of it that I liked, some others that I don't like. But it's good for passing time.

EXAMPLE: High School of The Dead. Plot is average, characters are kinda stereotypical, has some ecchi scenes, the animation and action are good. It's a show you might not love but can at least bear with it and sit through for the entirety.

6: Fine: Not good for me to want to keep watching it even when I've ran out of animes to watch, but it's a decent anime that at least passed the bare minimum score. Just a barely passing score, that's all.

EXAMPLE: Kekkai Sensen. It has the potential to be great like K, but it's delivered poorly. Confusing plot, no character development, doesn't take the time to explain to us the world-building and who the characters are. Antagonist's objective isn't made clear, and one of the antagonist (the mask over eye guy) after watching 2 seasons I still don't know who the fuck he is and what's his purpose in the story. The only reason why I watched both seasons is cause the main character is cute af and his interactions with Nej and Sonic are heartwarming.
