| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Pretty chill episode. The girls hanging out in some traditional clothes and enjoying food together as part of the White Pear Festival. I love how they're just having fun without thinking much about much else. The part focusing on Chiya was okay, somewhat amusing. She should probably stay away from sake from now on lol |

| Wow that was a great episode. Like the whole time it was on point and it feel great to have a mix between more dramatic and developmental moments and the comfy slice of life feel that is gotten from the show. Strictly on how it's presented we get to feel the emotions of the characters (Kon mainly) but it does so in a way that still keeps with the more relaxing atmosphere of the show. And not only that but it does so in a way where it doesn't become overbearing or unnaturally empathized. It's just there. And the hints where there before hand too. They had it naturally slowly build to a cresendo in which Kon admits that she is insecure and jealous of Chiya. This is wonderful execution imo. Chiya also is way too cute. As if her hints in episode 4 weren't enough I think Chiya is trying to tell everyone that she likes bellies. Considering that complements Kon's belly, and wants to sleep on Koume's... it's getting more and more undenable that she has some liking towards them. It was also adorable to see her go wild from the acholol. It's also humorous to see that the girl's reaction to the pheromones from the acholol is to start licking and nuzzling each other. I mean it's not that out of the ordinary for Chiya but it is a bit more unexpected from Koume and Nono. Also it was really cool to finally see that god like being. The hints from episode 2 come back and we're starting to see some sort of connection towards Chiya and the gods. I'm not sure where she fits in, but it's clear that she fits in somewhere high in the structure. Another interesting note: While we knew Kon is a "fox", and Chiya is a "wolf", we go hints here that Nono is a "raccoon" and Koume is a "cat". Interesting to see their closest animal relations. x3 Also interesting is that we get confirmation that Kon is a studier. Not in the sense that she studies (I mean that much was obvious) but in the sense that a lot of her talent and knowledge seems to be built up from trying to study as much as possible. Last episode she was really tired after pulling an all-nighter before the test. Most of her intelligence is gotten from studying as much as possible rather than being naturally gifted. Which probably only makes her more jealous of Chiya. Also it was really nice to see Kon (and everyone) so worried about Chiya. These girls really do care for each other, and that's something that we see in every episode. There are certainly other messy feelings in the mix that seem to seep through but there is a bond that they share that one can't deny. The way it all comes together is a wonder to watch and it hits perfectly in that sweet spot. I love this show so much. As great as that episode was it opens up a new problem: Waiting a week for the next one! >A< |

| That thing looks awesome. Simple but nice. The black/red and black/white contrasts are also beautiful. It doesn't seem to be entirely a rabbit either. Totally the kind of form I'd take if I were a spirit god thing. That design really hit me. |

When she woke up sick the thought that she was pregnant leapt into my mind, but I think the god has chosen her for the future. At least that's the impression I get. Maybe he'll appear again in a later episode. |
| Little by little, a story of some sort is being presented. Not that I mind their antics (though I was put off by the first episode), but the setup kept promising something that I was wondering would ever be anything more than just a tease. redtailrav said: My view would be it was just something/someone that had, for now, taken an interest in her. | That was a nice change of pace. It was still overall cute as always, but I liked the mystique in this episode. It was also nice learning more about Kon this time around, like how last episode was about Nono mostly |

| Great episode, I loved it. The girls looked beautiful in their kimono's, Chiya especially looked really elegant contrary to her regular image. Drunk Chiya ftw. XD That licking scene was gold, Saku's subordinates recations were hilarious too. xD So our Kami-sama is actually a full black version of Headon from Tower of God. xD Chiya came down with a cold and the other girls taking care of her was so sweet to see, It's always nice to see how close the four of them are. Kon is particular was so adorable this episode . <3 Chiya and Kon forever. XD It was nice to hear Kon talk about how hard she's been studying to become an Urara. Was real nice of Nina sensei to reassure Kon to keep moving forward and always do her best. Kon was really cute and kinda cool when she said she wouldn't lose to any of the other girls and Nina-sensei. :) |

| Hmm so the theme this week is the wedding kimono festival eh Man the girls look different when they are all dressed up lol Koume a large matchmaking party for the gods sounds about right Lol Nina's reply to Chiya's complaint lol so this is part of the tradition of the town eh Well i guess with tradition you will have to follow it Lol another tradition is for Saki to arrest males that come for the festival as well Wow Chiya looks very different in kimono she's looks so different to her normal self as Koume said considering that Chiya prefers loose clothes a kimono would be anathema to Chiya Hmm Koume looks real classy when she's in hers lol Koume always wants to look classy and sophisticated eh A short kimono eh Nina is a traditionalist eh Hmm Its true that Nono does look plain compared to Chiya or Koume but everyone has their own charms though lol Nono's doll appearing like that but those words of hers though Lol Kons memories of her friends was that embarrassing lol wow the town is really a sea of white wow Chiya has so much food there Lol love all their imaginations of the gods so Nono's version is someone that acts like Nina eh while Chiya's looks like some kind of beast with lots of eyes Hmm so according to Kon only the brides chosen by god can see gods true self wonder what they look like hmm ritual wine for cleansing eh lol Chiya got drunk by smelling it lol and attracting all those animals as well and also humans as well Lol drunk Chiya is even more hillarious lol Drunk Chiya ambushes Saku eh Saku's admirers though are hillarious Chiya's days in the mountains must have been fun and carefree as well Hmm so Chiya finally meets her mysterious stalker then eh Hmm i wonder who that actually was The chain of events as outlined by Koume and Kon were pretty simple lol lol Kon just squeezing and pulling Chiya's cheeks to express how worried she was God the girls has such a great bond Lol Saku's image of what she thought Nina was going to do But Nina's version was even scarier lol lol speaking ill of Saku when she's behind you Lol yea Saku got licked by Chiya Lol Chiya's expression on being told she has a cold lol its takes three girls to feed one eh seeing Chiya be so docile is unusual lol lol Nono and her doll Ginger tea is great for people that have colds Chiya's praise for Kon though was nice to see hmm i wonder is it because that she studied so much that Kon didn't have much friends before coming to the town Lol Chiya falling asleep during Kon's talk So Kon is interested in that monster that Chiya saw eh Well Nina is a veteran Urara so being able to divine where Kon is and why she's there would be no trouble for her its nice to see that Kon is starting to realize that just being good at studying doesn't mean that you will be chosen by the gods Hmm so Urara's are pretty close to each other eh Lol Nina worrying that Kon could be the better teacher instead A chill and funny episode as always So the theme this week was kimono wearing for the festival eh Have to say that the girls all looked really pretty in their kimonos. Their image of the gods was hillarious especially Chiya's. Drunk Chiya was just hillarious to see. The figure that Chiya met and the one that Kon is trying to see though I wonder is that really a god. But the bond between the girls is still going strong and its nice to see them worry about Chiya when she's ill. |

| Well now, that got kind of weird all of a sudden... But I guess considering what the anime is, I should expect some strange things to happen when people get drunk. Apparently drunk enough to meet a god of some sort. Episode felt much more calm than the previous episodes and gave us some character development. Good episode. |

| Pleasant watching this episode, the narrative is studded with many cute and funny moments, but also succeeds this time, it grows the ties that exist between the protagonists. The drawings are well finished, ditto animations. Catchy and cute the OST. |

| I must say I'm disappointed that the show doesn't focus anything at all at them learning to be Uraras, but I still like it very much. It's such a cute anime and the characters make me squee and giggle like a little girl. Nice to get some more confirmation that Chiya is the daughter of the princess Urara or whatever she's called. Chiya x Kon, I ship it. |

| That god Chiya saw was pretty cool. Chiya getting drunk and receiving affection from those animals was cute. ^^ And then from Koume and Nono. Now it's Kon's turn to get some attention. And now it's Saku's turn. Ōshima and Shiozawa's reactions were funny. |
