| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- As usual, let Tatsu play both the Yakuza and househusband duties, even in his part-time work. GANGSTA feelings xD What a fine offering of dinner for Miku after a long day of work. And such a loyal Tatsu making all the drops for her, he's a loyal househusband...maybe too much for relaxation. Even top dogs of gang groups have a time in the supermarket, because they're all one and the same: disbanded, no money, and have to work for a living. Refunds and loyalty points for grabs. Tatsu's birthday preparation by Masa and Miku is just as ludicrious, and he did the job better, in the same enthusiasm as the former episode. Even Tatsu's former boss retired from being a Yakuza, but yet still retaining the formality...with interest for dogs, and cooking on the spot. Even the house cat Gin plays well. An OK to good show that perfectly captures the manga. |

| Honestly, I can't say that I didn't expect a bit more, but I liked it I will definitely read the manga, I feel it will be a thousand times better. I hope they bring out a second season, with better animation and more work from Netflix 7/10 |

| The outfit that Tatsu made for the dog was so cute, he even made a food for her. It was a wholesome episode. All of the episodes were hilarious, I had so much fun. It would’ve been a great show if the animation was good too. |

| Started off awkward looking and borderline terrible, but ended on a decent note. Tatsu is adorable, as is pretty much any character voiced by Kenjirou Tsuda. The comedy wasn't the strongest, but the gag format really worked in this series favor and so did the shortened episode length. None of the jokes lasted too long, so I never really had the chance to zone out or get bored. Honestly, this could have been a slideshow of crayon sketches as long as it kept Tsuda and that awesome ending theme. Would never touch the manga because I think the voice acting is the only thing saving this, but would totally watch a season two. I need more Torii x Tatsu. |
| I was so excited for this but UGH- the animation is appallingly bad and it just ruins the whole thing :( The manga is so funny and the story is good, but this just looks like a manga PV but with voice acting and music (which are really the only things it has going for it) |
| The gag format of the manga probably suits this "manga PV" style? Not sure why they can't just do a normal adaptation instead After finishing this, I can safely this adaptation is just as funny as the manga but that's most prob due to Tsuda's superb performance as Tatsu |

| The part with the dogs was hilarious. I enjoyed it overall, the animation could've been better because sometimes it lookes like a powerpoint presentation but still enjoyable. I'm gonna read the manga because I really liked the characters. Overall 7/10 |

| Eh, it's not bad. Animation style took some time to get used too. Though I did wish that the artwork was more consistent if they were gonna go this route anyways. Can't really blame J.C. Staff or the director for this presentation style when it's apparently the production committee that wanted the anime to be this way. It's definitely a lazy/low-effort work, and the humor would've worked just as well if it was completely animated. But the actual directing is quite good. The comedic timing is on-point and overall, the anime captured the style and essence of the manga pretty well. Music and voice acting really helped with that too. Tsuda as Tatsu was a perfect casting choice. Literally no other choice could've compared. What bugs me is that there's only 5 episodes, and each episode was 17-ish minutes long. That's the same as 3-and-a-half 24 min long episodes, and that's definitely not a lot. 5/10, definitely check out the manga if you guys liked the anime. |

| Ah this story. I am really looking forward this since 3 years ago, if i remember it correctly. Tsuda really suited well with the gangsta househusband, can relate much with his voice action. Banger. I wish its get longer, and more proper. The comedy is just fine. But, idk why, its just too fast begone. The impact already felt nothing in the end. Also, too bad, this may act as a usual 'read the goddamn source material' anime. Oh well. |

| I was already planning on reading the manga before they came out with the adaptation. I thought there were going to be more episodes, it was too short :( I was expecting a full-blown adaptation but nonetheless, it was hilarious and the jokes were spot on. Sure the animation wasn't amazing, but it's a 5 episode ONA you expect it be 60fps? |

| Now that was fun. Almost no animation but the VAs made it up for me. My favourite parts - the gags with cat and the ex yakuza boss lady. |

| I had some good laughs with this show, even if some segments did fall flat for me. The voice acting upped the final score a whole two points for me, it was so entertaining to just listen to it - I mean, that's the anime's strong suit, no doubts about it. Nice little show, even if the choice to go with the style they did is a bit questionable. |

| While the producer's creative decision to turn this into what's essentially a motion manga a bit questionable, I enjoyed it~ It definitely could've been better with the art and animation quality department but the voice acting and the manga's humor really carried this short yet fun watch for me. I didn't know that JC Staff did this one but the moment I found out, I went "No wonder the trailer looked like this" lmao The sound effects are so bass-boosted 90% of the time that I have a decent guess on who's the sound director for this one~ |

| The animation was definitely a huge huge problem; it wasn't good. However, the comedy was a hit to me and the voice acting was top notch, so I just gonna gave it average 5/10. |

| Boy, did I laugh good. Tatsu-san is just ... best househusband, period. xD, he ended up owning his own birthday party. I can see why Tatsu-san is so devoted to his housekeeping skills now. Miku-san and Tatsu-san, I really need to see more of the two! Lady Boss and the Cat scene was freakin' hilarious too. She was totally smitten but just managed to dodge that bullet. Former Boss recognizes Tatsu-san belongs somewhere else now. That contrast from yakuza leader to cat lover though, lmao. Looking forward to Part 2! I've been looking forward to this series for a while and I'm really glad that there'll be a Part 2 coming soon. Animation-wise, obviously not great but I think I've somehow gotten used to it. Comedy's won me over too hard at this point. 7/10 from me, as such. |

| Hum I not find the right word... I believe is the "pace" I think? I mean the content (the jokes, the dialogs) are very good but the animation (not the style because I not mind the "moving" manga format so that is no a negative thing) is out of pace for me, like if all is rushed so I not really enjoyed what the anime tried to present me and just that I'm kinda get used is already over!! I'm pretty confident that the anime edition is not excellent but I definitely must to give my thanks because now I really want to read the manga. |

| I was watching this thoroughly enjoying myself. I really liked the direction they took and everything. Voice acting was on point. Liked the characters. Nothing stood out to me as particularly bad. It was a pretty solid comedy. |

| I would've rated this series higher if it didn't have as much slapstick humor regarding Miku beating up Yakuza Guy aka Tatsu (she's secretly descended from the yakuza so woman in this final episode isn't the only yakuza lady? /s) And if Masa was less distracting/unfunny/low on the characterization in general although his eagerness to help out Immortal Dragon and admiration of him was amusing. 7/10 |

| I want TsudaKen to wish me Happy Birthday like that XD It would've been more funny if it had a proper animation. And some scenes just felt bland because of their over-exaggeration. Overall 5/10 |
| Animation was kind of irritating in first episode, but by episode 5, i got used to it. It's my first "motion manga" experience so might as well take it Anime overall was pretty good. |
