Hi, I am Adam Pk. I started watching anime seriously around 2015-2016 (right after my high school). First anime I watched seriously is Inuyasha (though I have seen anime like pokemen, dragon ball z etc before that). I love exploring different anime. My favorite genre is action, romance and martial arts. Not just anime, I am also watched a lot of animated and live action movies or series of various countries too. I have grown up watching Jackie chan and bruce lee movies along with indian action movies. My favorite actors are Hugh Jackman, Adam Sandler and Akshey Kumar. My favorite american movie is logan and twlight, british movie is narnia and harry potter, indian movie is 3 idiots, japanese movie is bayside shakedown 3 and umizaru, french movie is taxi 2, germen movie is ruby red and chinese movie is monster hunt. My Hobbies are Chess, Table tennis and Coin collecting. All friend request will be accepted (unless u are a troll). I am also active on animeplanet and anidb.

And no, I didn't find your overall review to be distasteful, in fact I actually thought it was fine besides the point I highlighted.
It does sound like you are projecting very hard onto me though. The moment I really push you, suddenly the personal attacks and defensive behavior begins. Are you really so annoyed to be called out? It's your own fault for not checking these facts, not mine.
If you don't want to discuss further, that's fine. Have a good day.
Also the release date totally is relevant because it indicates what came first? If you're going to write a review and namedrop other series isn't some basic research the like... lowest of bars to fulfil?
Finally, I never said I found your review distasteful, simply that this particular section was misleading, and also that it was unfair to rate it down points on story for being 'unoriginal' given that justification of generic nature being unreasonable...
Also, I haven't even watched the animated version, only the novel. I don't care whether you rate it a 10 or a 1, just don't mislead others to think it copied a bunch of other shows? Like how hard is it to just stick with the facts.

"There’s a Pit in My Senior Martial Brother’s Brain" came out in 2015 (so it's not even in contention as being "the first" lol)
I just wanted to say that judging something for other similar story in a series existing, especially when that series you referenced came afterwards, isn't a particularly fair way to review something. Something that came out within 2 months (and in a totally different country with different language...) also doesn't seem particularly fair. There's no evidence that MXTX is fluent in Japanese to rip off some plot of a Japanese novel (especially one likely having only at most... 4 chapters out at the time)
Thank you for your well thought gifts! I haven’t tried out all of them yet but I just finished watching The Great Passage and I enjoyed watching it. It was really interesting to see how much work is put into creating dictionaries (ᵒ̤̑ ₀̑ ᵒ̤̑)wow!*✰
I just started watching the Eccentric family and the characters so far are really funny! I have absolutely no idea how this series will end. (∩⌣̀_⌣́) Again thank you the wonderful gifts and the effort you put into choosing them! Have a great 2023!
