| Nishimura haven't seen Takada throughout the summer vacation ever since, and she develops a sense of worry for him. It's most probable that after hearing her story, Takada assumedly ran away from the issue and stopped calling her the Grim Reaper because he thought that she was the reason for her mother's death. As opposed to everyone bullying Nishimura and calling her by the infamous nickname, that is unacceptable, but to Takada, she finds joy when he calls her by that, even though he's trying to be considerate of her mother. Takada is the only person allowed to call her by the awesome nickname, and for a moment, she's the coolest girl to him, though she just casually took him by his hands, which he doesn't mind injecting more of that Reaper power. Takada casually forgetting about Hino for a moment, and since attending the festival is part of their summer vacation agenda, they enjoyed themselves, and the clueless first friend just likes to spend time with her. The orichalcum toy ring that Takada bought for Nishimura, Kasahara comes dissing at him, though how he handed that...he's smooth as a chad, like a proposal to her. Takada wanting to tickle Nishimura, but that's because he hasn't seen her crackle one bit. Even then, he wants to make her smile, which becomes a total blushing embarrassment lols. A photo contest that Takada wants to enter, taking pictures of Nishimura would put her to an embarrassing spot, so going together with Hino, they go around capturing photos from Hino's tank top to Takada's nature and fascinations. For the first time in a long time, Nishimura enjoyed her summer vacation thanks to both Takada and Hino, and at least their casual picture won 2nd place, so it's not all that bad. And Takada being over the moon for Nishimura, his sister saw that and just played along, for she is his "angel". Takada is already on his way to becoming a chad, for his cluelessness. |

| Ok, that was an accidental proposal.... he said because he was a kid he could not get a better ring than that one atm and put a ring on one particular finger... of all the ones he could have picked. Nice to see what Nishimura's mother looked like Big sister knows whats going on and who Takada is thinking about. Nishimura blushed alot this episode |

| Nishimura didn't see Takada throughout the summer vacation, man he took it to heart. Nishimura came across Takada and they talked it out, which was wholesome to see. Nishimura likes when he calls her the Grim Reaper. Takada totally forgetting about Hino but Hino is enjoying his cotton candy. They had a blast at the festival and Takada even bought 2 rings. The fireworks were cute as well. Takada lost the ring and who would've guessed it, Naruse found it but its a low grade toy ring so Takada gave Nishimura a better toy ring and even told her that he can't give a real ring since they're kids, man is moving at hyperspeed lol. The photo contest was nice to see, ofcourse Hino likes his tank tops but hey they got 2nd place so that's nice. Yukiko finds Nishimura an angel but she doesn't realize it yet so Takada does what he does best and tells her up-front.   |

| The absolute Chadkada, not only he goes for the hand holding without any hesitation, that early proposal was way too cute, he is too smooth, when it is regarding Nishimura the complements just flow naturally. And then you have the perfect wing man Hino and Yukiko teaching Taiyou some moves. |

I nearly cried during the beginning where Nishimura told Takada to keep calling her grim reaper. Shows how important intent is, the other kids are doing that to make fun of her but Takada really idolises and thinks Nishimura is awesome “You’re so cute seriously an Angel” Oh my god I can’t deal with Takada he’s so sweet and pure!! |

| Has anyone else noticed that Takada-kun and his Onee-san have some seriously big ears? It is the defining characteristic of the Takada family. Those ears make me smile every episode. |

| Takada just proposed in so many different ways this episode. He says what's on his mind but his love is coming from his heart, which he's yet to realize. Him thinking about Nishimura and grinning was the icing on the cake for me. The pair has everything going for them: good communication, solid foundation of friendship, and good times together |
| I'm glad that Nishimura was able to see Takada and got him to listen to her about the whole Grim Reaper issue. You can see how much Takada felt guilty about it, but Nishimura reassured him that she doesn't mind being called that by him and, just like that, he started smiling again and was acting like his normal self around her again. Thanks to that, Nishimura nearly gave me a critical hit to my heart with not one, but TWO happy looking smiles! X3 The rest of the episode got back to business with the pair having great fun during their summer vacation, from Takada giving Nishimura a "powerful" ring by placing it on her ring fingers of all places, to Hino joining them for a festival visit as well as working together for a photo contest, in which they came in 2nd place for a nice picture with sunflowers. =) I do love to end the week with this series and how cute, charming and relaxing it can be. I do look forward to the next episode! |

| You know, compared to the first episodes where Takada was constantly praising Nishimura and in a way it felt a little overbearing, after that mishap with her mother's death and Takada actually caring for how she feels I didn't mind that the rest of the episode was just that. In fact, I very much welcomed it to the point where the post credits sequence was just lovely. Takada in ust 5 episode did said more romantic words that 90% of romance anime protagonists. Amazing. |

| I was really happy to see Nishimura and Takada solve their issues in a simple but wholesome manner, the nickname Grim Reaper has taken a new meaning thanks to Takada and I’m glad he can keep calling her that, and I guess this means he can keep defending Nishimura similarly to how he did before but I think it might mean more than it did before. And that means more summer fun, I love a good summer festival bit even tho it was a montage here, and lord Takada once again put the absolute moves on Nishimura with that toy ring bit lol, a bit early to put a ring on it but that was hilarious and cute as hell. And the last bit where they took pictures together with Hino was sweet, loved when it cut away to Hino taking pics of tank tops lol, he is really dedicated to that bit. And that was a nice picture that won them 2nd place, it too bad it didn’t get them 1st place tho because I’m sure Takada was planning to spin Excitable Boy on that music player for us all to enjoy. Also I took notice of some of the signage in this episode, love that a lot of them said “That-There” lol. |

| Man, I just can’t get enough of this show’s wholesomeness. It practically makes my day! I’m glad they resolved the issue with calling Akane the Grim Reaper without it being too melodramatic or anything, or with it being drawn out for too long. Taiyou still the chad as always, with all the compliments, making Akane as red as ever. This show isn’t particularly well animated or flashy, but it’s a perfect mix of wholesomeness and emotional moments nonetheless, and it continues to be a contender for anime of the season for me, even with quite a few other very strong shows airing alongside it. |

| Yeah, and this episode also shows how Nishimura is coming from her shell. After not seeing him for a while, she can't keep it up any longer and gets assertive herself, asking him if they could talk. |

| Ignorance can be a bliss indeed. Just look at Takada, nothing about Nishimura fazes him. That girl was trying to tease him with the ring acting all spoilt, but his reasonings got the better of her lol. "I might give you a real ring", yes I can see you'll. Nishimura might be an angel like Takada said, but we must not forget Hino-kun is a real buddy too. |
