| Jesus Christ, I know Rika can be a bit devious in this show but the lengths she goes to get herself together with Naoya....lol Tbh, Rika's efforts are somewhat admirable but she took her competition way too seriously. She practically demands Naoya's love. |

| Quite a few adorable moments for Mirika in this episode which also has a decent amount of hilarious moments and one-liners :) So, basically, Naoya is now kinda dating Mirika for a 5 months trial period, while also continuing to date and love Saki and Minase of course. In addition, it seems this situation is also going to fuel Shino's jealousy (and push her to act maybe?). Future episodes should be fun! |
| ACTUAL PEAK WOMAN UNDERNEATH THE OUTLAW-ISH BEHAVIOR! The arc where she became my undisputed no.1 and only got better from then on. 'Dis the type of girl you play souls games with, and mby stuff like dota2, and she'd prolly attempt a "g-cup Elden Ring challenge run , can I beat it while only using my boobs?" cause she starts the harem game at max difficulty. And hear me out, but I say she's a keeper, if a bit obsessed with Naoya, cause she's willing to put herself all out there for him. Note that she tries not to actually harm him either despite the sleeping drugs, albeit admittedly she did it indirectly this time as he tries to escape, she basically kidnaps the dude in wish to have a chat over the food she cooked. Kinda crazy? Yeaaa, but wholesomely crazy , determined, devoted, with g-cups? Also yes. |
| Wow, things went way differently with Milika than I was expecting lol, she actually got herself a ticket to living with Naoya like she wanted, plus free reign to do whatever she wants with him outside of sex for five months, that’s kinda insane lol. I know if she doesn’t win him over when the time is up she’s done, but that’s a lot of time and Naoya has already admitted that he’s been trying to not fall in love with her, so I’d say odds are in her favor. One thing that’s certain tho, is that things are about to get even more wild in the house lol. And I wasn’t expecting Milika’s birthday to line up with this camping trip either, it was pretty wholesome when Naoya decided to enjoy some time with her for the occasion, even went as far as saying she’s prettier than the night sky lol, I know Milika’s pretty nutty but I like seeing her happy. And that moment with Shino on the train was nice too, looks like she’s thinking of a similar approach as Milika, which is a wild conclusion to come to but I guess love can make you do crazy things lol. |
| Nah shino’s little monologue at the end is exactly why I love her so much “maybe Sakisaki isn’t serious about him” 😩 you go get your man girl. Mirika moments were great in the first half of the episode as well. Always good to get an episode focusing on the two best girls. |

As much as how hilariously down bad Mirika is, her determination and spirit is very admirable especially with as something as difficult as being a content creator. Wonder how the house will operate, it’s only to get crazier from this point on. |

| First half of the episode was a bit boring as it was just a repetition of previous interactions between Naoya and Mirika. It’s progressing very slowly but I guess Mirika got her way after all. Now Fumiya will prevent three-timing his girlfriends by three-timing them on a trial basis, what a master plan 😅 |

| Mirika just keeps doing the most insane shit. She's an absolute menace but she's also so earnest it's hard to not love her. Heck, she might be my favorite girl now if she wasn't already. Finally, Mirika will start living with Naoya and the others. It's only for 5 months but a lot can change in that time. I guess Shino will start to make her move too. About time. Will Naoya fall in love with 2 girls at once? Considering how gullible he is, of course he will. |
| Finally Mirika showdown. Her determination and straightfowardness is POWER unlike indecisive shino (yeah i know how her act is the most common reaction, heck i will acted like her too irl if i faced the same situation). BUT that's too boring because this show premises is already INSANE since the beginning. However, Shino is absolutely needed for dynamic interaction between characters. I can't imagine how flat this show will be without her 10/10 episode. Advanced both Mirika and Shino stance and further the plot |

| I swear, Saki's lewd imagination really knows no bounds, huh? XD Honestly, I'm glad that Mirika was able to get some well deserved progression at long last. Her tactics of getting Naoya alone with her was ambitious and risky, but she did make a good showcase of how honest she is with what she wants, so I'm glad that Naoya has finally offered her a compromise, promising that he'll pay full attention to her and even offering her to live in his house, but saying that after 5 months and if he hasn't fallen in love with her by then, she'll have to completely give up on him, which she agreed to those terms. She has been my favourite girl in this show and Mirika has only done more to solidify that status for me. I do approve of her in showing Naoya her sexy bikini, too! =P As for Shino, she's becoming ever so more conflicted on the train ride back home. Looking at the next episode's preview, I think she's finally going to make her move, even if she's hesitant about it. Either way, with Mirika joining the household, things will certainly be more crazy now. |

| Mirika kidnapping Naoya for herself, he's had enough of her antics, and she pulls out all the stops, like undressing and wanting him to be attracted to her body, of all things. But as much as Mirika's into Naoya, his two-timing with Saki and Minase's love is greater than hers, that he'd feel guilty if he hurt either one of them. Naoya is clear that he wants Mirika to forget about him, but her yandere side is just too much, and he will do all he can to avoid Mirika getting hurt as well. But the irony being that hurt pushes Mirika to love Naoya all the more, as much effort as she puts into her MeTuber channel, she just genuinely wants to enjoy her life with him, especially since it's her birthday. With the 3 girls finding themselves in their tent, and Naoya finding that it's useless to drive Mirika away, he'll accept all of her, even living together in the commune house, all in the name to get him to like her more. But all of this within the 5-month deadline until the end of the year, or otherwise he would reject her outright, of allowing the things that she wants to do with him. The 3 girls ended up lost in the woods, and Naoya found them regardless with the girls questioning him if Mirika did anything to him, which she comes to clear the situation. The three-timing only makes Saki angrier, though Naoya has his rules already put into place, hook, line and sinker to show his dedication to both Saki and Minase. A three-way battle for Naoya between Saki, Minase and Mirika, is Shino not going to get serious about her love for him as well? |

| I'm finding this season to be not as good as S1, but I wasn't really sure why. After thinking about it for a little while, it may have been because things have become a little more complicated with their situation and all four girls are now scheming, there's a weird undertone to it all now, whereas in S1, it was a lot more simple and chaotic with the MC mainly trying to balance and juggle two girls only (sometimes a 3rd). Figuring it all out and hiding it from others was the best part of this show, now there's a more serious toned element underneath the humor, there's more confrontation, and it's happening every episode. It's more multifaceted, but I think I prefer the nature of S1. It reminds me of Kaguya Sama, how it got more serious in S3 with the romance, become something more than just peak comedy, but I still preferred S2 overall. |

| What in the world. I was just BSing with the ubermensch stuff, but now Mirika is all-in on the eternal recurrence: She'll live through her choices in this life and value them no matter what comes of them, even knowing that they could fail. I think I said this somewhat in my earlier crazy philosophy rant, but Girlfriend, Girlfriend gives its harem actual stakes that relate to real life. And it is honest, both in what it takes to extremes and in the way it does it. This is actually becoming a decent exploration of honesty, desire, and dedication. Of course, it only works if you bracket off the real possessiveness of love and eros: Human love doesn't really work like that. And the ubermensch doesn't have pity: Naoya shouldn't be so profligate with his love. But, if we're taking this new way of relationships as the new, strange morality Naoya is championing, then sure, he's still the ubermensch. |

Though I'm not sure if it was right from Mirika to accept those terms, but this series being this series, of course that was inevitable. Shino's time is about to start from here on ig. |

| YES LET THE THREE-TIMING (and soon maybe, even the four-timing as well?) COMMENCE, FINALLY This contractual agreement of sorts is dumb, but makes sense at the same time. Maybe that small bit of sense it has is what made it enough for Saki and Nagisa to agree and go along with it. But what's important is that it's here, at least for 5 months (but obviously a lot is going to happen during that time), and Rika won't be just seen as just a nuisance anymore. Was so worried that her character would be reduced to a mere running gag, but that is no more. She does have her own substantial role in this plot, and it is making everything even more spicy. edit: This is actually a more favourable way to begin the 3-timing. For Naoya to simply accept Rika as his 3rd girlfriend just like that would be boring, and also would make no sense given how much he had been rejecting her advances in the past. Now, albeit being somewhat of a test or trial girlfriend, she has been given the freedom to act as so, and won't be continuously cast away like she has been so far. Plus it adds some of that added will-they-won't-they tension in the air. And now, technically with 3 girlfriends, Shino is the only one left, now maybe feeling left out and jealous that she is not in on the action. Yeah, some very pleasant plot progression today. I for one am very satisfied at the spot we are at now, and wouldn't mind if we dwell on these 5 months for a long time. We don't need ALL of them to be his girlfriend from the start. I personally just wanted Rika to stop getting treated like dirt, and to see Shino continue to develop this inner conflict within herself regarding her feelings for Naoya. Wouldn't mind at all actually if she didn't reveal her feelings even up to close to the end of the whole story. Would make for an epic finale. |
