The show does a fantastic job of showing how much Fushi is suffering.
That scene of him transforming into the guys from Jananda specially Reen and Guy who protected his brother ;_;
This has been very interesting so far. The "A male?" part made me laugh tho :D

So what's the deal with Pioran? We see her old form in the mirror during one of this episode's montages. But I distinctly remember her asking The Beholder during last season's finale to change her body and soul so that Fushi could invoke a form of her "that would be useful to him." So shouldn't we have seen young Pioran instead? Did that whole plot point just get dropped or something?

We get to see her reincarnation later in the show. Little hint: it’s not a human, but an animal

So we saw Tonari's death as well as Fushi meeting all of Hayase's descendants.

Then in the end we see Kahaku who is a man, so that creates some conflict cause he wants to have a child with Fushi, so he is kinda gay lol.

We also saw a bt of Bon in the preview there, can't wait to see the next arc animated, he is one of my favorite characters.

I would say he’s Bisexual or Pansexual since he likes Fushi who can be woman and man

Am i the only one who is disgusted by the idea that Fushi probably banged Hisame? And potentially all of Hayases descendants? Hisames daughter said she was born when Hisame was 17. That means she got pregnant by 16. The question is if she already was 16 when she slept with Fuji. Since its anime and it gets broadcasted in TV they cannot make things like this clear.

Are you dumb? Did you even payed attention to the story?
Of course Fushi didn’t slept with Hisame.
God, they both don’t even know how to make a child. They both thought that it happens when you sleep next to someone.
Also Hisame was 9 during her appearance

Tonari's with her friends now. Honestly, how can the Guardians claim to be on Fushi's side if they keep a nokker?
Fushi's most comfortable in the form of the first boy but he can revert to his younger form that hasn't built up any muscle (and he even let himself put on a little weight in his most recent appearance).
Being secluded from humans ever since Pioran means Fushi doesn't know the bird and the bees. Black Hood just assumed he did.
lmao he and Hisame thought literally just sleeping next to each other would produce a baby. Of course they didn't...and so Hisame had to pass on the task to her descendants for generation with Fushi turning them down every time lol

If Hisame also wants to get impregnated by Fushi, I'm 100% done with this show.

Fucking hell, man. Of all the plot-lines S1 had, they decided to continue with this one? Like hell, they even answered the question I had last season about whether Fushi was able to produce sperm or not ๐Ÿ’€

Terrible episode. Tonari was re-introduced in the story just to be killed off one episode later and force more of that emotional manipulation this show is so well-known for.

LOL that "A man?"
I'm just LOL that it took that long for the descendant to be a male.
....And I just cringed at the possibility that Kahaku could technically rape Fushi if he makes him take on the form of a female and then maybe make Fushi pass out or something.
Although....I wonder if that would satisfy Hayase's "will"....if it worked out since...it's backwards...

Actually...it also occurred to me....if he has a semi-young form of Rean then she died pretty young? Awwwww...I wonder how she died :(

I know it's been 40 years but Tonari's death felt so anti-climatic. I do not get why Fushi is even with the Guardians. Hayase and her generations are freaks with these nokkers.

Hmm. So hypothetically, Fushi can become pregnant as well if he turns into one of the girls? I wonder if the series will get into that. I'm also curious about how the others died. Shin and Rean looked like they died really young.

I think the actual content is good but the way it was directed felt really weird, something about the scene transitions feels really abrupt like the way this episode ended with fushi saying "a man?" and then hard cut to credits was really flat. The scene of fushi remembering the people he has met was very good though especially that pretty heartbreaking moment when he realizes Rean has passed away and he pauses a bit going down the list.

I really don't like Jananda arc and Tonari but in the end, she makes me cry T----T she's annoying but she wants to make a use of Fushi someday.. what a brave girl to experiment herself with poison!

Can someone please explain this to me, I really thought Fushi already removed Nokkers to Hisame, but why it's still there on her descendants? I really feel bad for Hayase's descendants :( their obsession to Fushi makes me feel sad for them :( I'm glad Fushi made friends with the guy successor, it's better that way than girls who aim to get child from Fushi XD

also.. what is go to the town means lol is that s*x word?

They should have killed Tonari a little earlier *sarcasm*
N,o that hurt pretty badly to see her gone that early, the years before she was able to counter any Nokker attack until she met Fushi.

Hayase+ Nokker protect Fushi from Nokker? I can't believe that sorry.

This show should get it's act together, killing more of Fushi's friends and I am with watching this.

Does anyone else think the pacing is extremely fast? Like there could've been a lot of scenes in between to provide character acting and emphasis to the scenery, without that this show feels like something is lacking. iirc season 1 did this right, so the director change probably caused this

Your avatar really describe Episode 2 lol. They kill off an important character in first half of episode, which is not a bad thing at all, really. But continuing second half of this episode with a goofy slice-of-life montage? Thats a problem to me.

The fans will replying me angrily "It just second episode and timeskip is normal," what a funny.

Six generations having children at 17 Years old, is about 100 Years.

Well when we have an immortal MC this should be expected even back in season 1, and as someone said, it's a good implication of how Fushi perceive time and his relationship, it slows when Fushi has gotten into deep relationship but as we see that has yet to happen hence it was fast

I was sad to see Fushi turn into Rynn. I didn't remember her dying last season. From what I recall she was left behind after Gugu died.

I liked seeing Fushi take up an interest in reading lots of books. This reminded me a bit of Mushoku Tensei. I hope he'll become a lot more knowledgable and skilled. Reading books is probably one of the better ways to use your immortality.

If Fushi does transform into her, maybe her male descendant Kahaku will impregnate Hayase (Fushi) and finally fulfilling her wish. I wonder if he is thirsty for Fushi, just like his other female ancestors are?

I would like a spar fight between Kahaku and Hayase tho, be nice to gauge their strengths.

I’m kinda conflicted with the information that Fushi can reproduce if he(?) wants. I don’t think he should though… It’s weird, I don’t know…
I’m also surprised he doesn’t know how babies are made, maybe he does now after reading so many books.
My hate for Hayase is just too much right now for me to like any of her descendants.

I really feel sorry for Tonari, and it's infuriating that she was killed immediately after the appearance, and even at the beginning of the season, and even after she was so cool at the end of the previous episode.
My personal opinion, I myself do not like to reduce everything to romance, but the feeling that Tonari had for Fushi can be compared with romantic love, and she carried him through life. Well, at least she died at 50+, unlike those who died young.
Fat Fushi)
On the one hand, I don’t like such a quick change of years and generations, on the other hand, if you look from the point of view of an immortal being, it was not bad: we saw the action as if through the perception of Fushi

Yeah and? Like when Pioran died Fushi became recluse, same thing here after Tonari died, why are you guys only reacting this way when there's also timeskips after Pioran died, only difference is the timeskip was longer, just double or triple longer than the first time, I'd understand if it's 10x longer but 2 or 3 times is reasonable since it's consecutive
