Alas Ramus sounds like a pain to deal with, literally with her crying. Poor Suzuno..it seems she didn't get a good night sleep because of the kid.

She also just keeps addressing Maou and Emi as Papa and Mama. It's good to see that she gets along well with Chiho. Cute episode to see Maou gaking care of Alas like a dad already. Looks like there's a plot involving the Tree of Life so I'm curious to see where that goes.

Yelp, Alas Ramus being like a baby that treats both Maou and Emi as her parents, as much as they try to deny their parently sense, they literally also are given no choice but to take care of her like actual parents while they try to figure out Alas Ramus's Ente Isla origins birthed from an apple.

So then, it's finding amenities that would help spur Alas=Ramus's growth, and she can be a real pain to discern what works and doesn't work with her. Though Ashiya's Shoujo-like face I just can't take it seriously with his child-rearing pain that's shared with the rest, and there's Chiho still infatuated with Maou that is the only legit caretaker being capable of taking care of Alas Ramus...and also awaiting his answer to her confession all the way back from Season 1 all those years ago.

Of course, bringing the kid out would mean all trouble for Maou at his work, and indeed it caused a heap of trouble...and while fat Sariel sure is sad about this, it's Manager Kisaki snapping reality about Maou and Chiho's "supposed" kid that raises misunderstandings that society can catch fast.

Also, tickets to an amusement park raises no suspicion, except that Emi is being flustered as always when she has alone time with Maou, with Alas Ramus being the reason. And there it is, Ashiya and Chiho being watchers, and for once Emilia really pushed herself to be as pretty as possible.

The family desirable...will have problems going forward...starting with the Tree of Life and yet another Gate opened.

Ramus-chan appearance was sudden, it's just that seeing Yuusha and Satan become mama and papa, it's not bad either. Chiho-chan seemed to be jealous, but yahh more screentime for Emi, wasn't bad either.

Taking care of a baby is not an easy thing, what is clear is that they need baby equipment such as diapers, wet wipes, and many more.

For some reason even though I feel that Emi and Satan are the best couple... I feel Chiho-chan is holding Ramus-chan and taking her around to meet Satan at Mcd as if the two of them are already married, i mean Satan and Chiho-chan.

Besides that Manager-san's moment is so cute, seeing his response. Besides, is it a ticket coupon Emi? Tokyo big egg town...

Either way I saw a stalker, lol. Or is it just hmmm... Okay, this eps are so sweet really like Satan x Emiii

The struggle of raising a child begins here. Props to all of them for the effort.

However, things are brewing up. The mysterious girl and those men are about to set hell loose. Ugh, cannot wait.

Poor Chiho wishes she could switch places with Emi lol. Guess she’ll have to settle for being a “big sister” haha. Alas is so cute even Suzu couldn’t resist her charms! And poor Sariel almost had a heart attack seeing Kisaki holding Alas lol.

Anyways, I think it’ll be fun watching Maou and Emi co-parent Alas this season together. Especially with Emi’s feelings towards Maou, and the fact that she knows Chiho likes Maou too and doesn’t want to get in her way. It’s kind of getting complicated with these 3.

All that aside, it looks like whoever sent Alas over followed her into the human world. Plus there’s a whole army of other guys crossing over too that seem like trouble. Looks like Alas might be connected to the Tree of Life in some way.

Looking forward to seeing how that plays out next week.

Maou is taking this surprise head on. Regardless of how anyone feels there's a baby here now and they all need to adjust to that circumstance not wallow in it. There's really no time for that Alus Ramus needs them to band together for her well being. It is hilarious seeing everyone's initial reactions. Chiho going completely bonkers trying to wrap her head around Maou having a kid with someone other than her. Suzuno seems the most capable of them since she has past childcare experience. Maou taking her in at his place is definitely the best though since he has Ashiya can stay at home with her. While both Suzuno and Chiho look after her when they can. Taking Alus Ramus to work probably wasn't the best idea since the boss lady had quite the reaction. Pointing out that things could get misconstrued by the optics of everything. Hopefully this situation can become more applicable as Alus Ramus get used to everyone.

I just have fun watching them having a normal conversation. Maou is really humble, he maybe the humblest demon lord in every anime. A perfect waifu husbando material...

I'd feel so slighted in these situations. This child appears, out of nowhere, and claims to be mine and yet, in this situation, I'm this awkward virgin, If I'm going to get stuck with a kid, at least let me go through the steps of making it.

So far, there hasn't been much humor in this season. I vaguely remember the first season being hit or miss as well, but I do remember it getting on its feet eventually. Maybe it would've helped to rewatch Season 1 before this. I'm ready for this to pick up a bit. Looks like there might be some action next episode, so maybe that'll help.

New drinking game for this season: take a shot every time they say 'Alas Ramus', and try not to end up dead by the end of the episode. I'm really hoping they end up shortening her name to either Alas or Ramus at some point. Hearing everyone saying her full name every single time feels incredibly strange and it's beginning to get on my nerves.

This was good. Still not as funny as Season 1 yet, I guess we will get there, this is just the beginning I guess.

LOL I always feel bad for Ashiya.

Emi getting all ready for the amusement park xD.

Trouble has come. Let's see what kind of people we see this time.

Enjoyable episode. 5/5.

I seriously hate it when they use a child to force two people to come together as a couple, good thing I've already been spoiled by the end couple in the LN or I would have hated the whole papa-mama bs with that kid even more.

Alas Ramus really is putting Maou and Emi on the spot there. Chi chan looks damm desperate now that Emi's got such a large lead on her. Caring for a baby even one from another world really is taxing for them. But man Alas Ramus is adorable when she gave the girls nicknames. Society does indeed label blame quite easily even with the most flimsy of evidence. Its nice to see Emerada again after so long. The visit to the park was nice but so was the cover provided by their friends providing backup lol. But looks like the culprits behind Alas Ramus's entrance are making their move earlier than expected. Curious to see how the visit goes as it looks like it will collide with the enemies upcoming invasion. Overall a fun ep that focused on lore expansion as well as showing the kind of effects that Alas Ramus is having on Maou and his friends.

This episode was mostly devoid of personality imo barring like a small scene at best. Fell really flat from start to finish for me from the entertainment factor to just setting up the seeds for the rest of this season. Didn't care much for the series going parenting mode in this episode where I feel like there was much more potential to make it a more engaging or fun watch. Hopefully that fun aspect comes with the next episode or at least the next couple. The first episode wasn't too shabby but this was forgettable to say the least barring Suzuno's expressions when Alas was calling her "big sister" essentially. Still willing to be patient though to see how the next few episodes play out to see if I'm excited for this series again.

Alas Ramus is such a nice addition to the cast and you can already see her helping them grow.

People saying this season is devoid of comedy and everything that made season 1 good Lmaoo. It’s just that season 1 was never as good as people thought. It was heavily carried by nostalgia and was one of the first anime a lot of 18-20 year olds watched.

Imagine using “guys it’s the exact same thing as last season” as a defense, like the entire point of comedy is to overuse the same joke over and over again to the point where the audience no longer finds it funny.

It’s not nostalgia. It was funny when it was new. It no longer is. This isn’t rocket science.

Embarrassing lmao

Very wholesome episode this week and I love the interactions between Alas Ramus and her parents.

Only issue I have is I'm getting a bit sick of this Chiyo character just being there all the time, it's a bit overwhelming and feels as forced as Lucy from Fairy Tail having to go on every mission.

Ramus is giving hell out there to the group. Struggling to take care of a baby put them in big trouble but it is what it is. A family date in the end got me excited and seems like we got a sneak peak from the mother and father already. A clash will happen sooner or later. Hopefully, the action animation will be good.

Alus Ramus was definitely the center of attention this episode, and man is she cute lol, I love how she got both Chiho and Suzuno fawning over her. And Emi Yusa dressing to impress for the date was cute, I love the classic tsundere attitude coming around like that.

And of course it looks like trouble is brewing, good things in this show never stay good for long, you forget you aren’t just watching an SoL sometimes lol. I’m kinda surprised we’re gonna be learning about the origins of Alus Ramus so soon tho, I thought that would take longer but it’s cool to see here.

OP and ED are already growing on me, they’re nice ones this season for sure!

Taking care of a baby has its ups and downs. Ashiya is just holding it together as Alas Ramus can't stop crying whenever Papa and Mama are gone, and Chiho is....yeah.

Seeing Suzuno be an anime girl from time to time is refreshing and hey even Emi and Chiho's friend are curious about how they do with Alas Ramus, and yep even Kisaki which warns them of standing out with a baby (true idk why Chiho would bring Alas Ramus when Daddy Maou is still working).

Well for starters, Maou and Emi are on a date with their daughter (damn it feels weird to say that stretch) and as a gate opens the next episode should be chaotic, in more ways than one.
