You spoke actual facts about why jujutsu kaisen 0 is better than the demon slayer movie and they locked it proving to me once again that popularity is manipulated by 12 year old mods personal views and most of the people on the thread agreed with you as well on jjk0 is better..


I made similar threads about demon slayer and they locked that too as well... Thanks for the great a analysis of the movies BTW.

It is all good. I am a very open-minded person. I just find shows that people say are good and watch them. As long as the show executes what it is trying to do well, I am good. Granted, some shows are better than others and I do have preferences. My opinions are pretty standard when it comes to anime, and you definitely have a more specific taste I guess. Anyways, glad we could have a normal discussion on MAL.

Ah, I see. That stuff does happen... like my favorite Gurren was an anime I watched on a whim so that is why it is my favorite because it planted my interest in anime besides stuff like Beyblade, Shamen King, Pokemon, and OPM.

Honestly, Eva was the first anime I got into when I decided to become a full-on-anime fan so I do have that bias... plus the internet has kinda affected my view on the series with all of the video essays and I just found the series interesting tbh. My experience with mecha at that point was watching Gurren Lagann, so having the show being darker and the antithesis of Gurren was another factor. Now, I liked how Eva was a personal thing for Ano to express his struggles with depression and all the psychoanalysis that has been done to the series has made me appreciate the series more. I generally go into shows positively and try to look for the good, and when you see so many articles and videos analyzing and putting things into perspective I kinda just got wrapped up in the hype. Also, I just liked the characters and story in general and I just had a good time watching the characters uncover secrets, develop, and how they affect the story. I don't wanna be an annoying EVA fan writing 5 essays on why I am smarter than you ( I don't actually think I am) , so I won't spend too long trying to go into every little thing but that is why I like it.

Also, SAO higher than the Made in Abyss Movie? Like was SAO really better than that movie? Or on the same level as Psycho-Pass because I expected you to give it a 2 after seeing your other ratings.
