| Doga Kobo is back at adapting a 4-koma manga, and a big welcome to Saint Cecilia's VA Hime Sawada for her debut work! ClariS is back for the OP, it feels like it's been a long while since forever. Cecilia may be a religious saint, but she definitely has the Umaru-chan like vibes, in the space of the overprotective pastor Lawrence who'll only witness her laxing attitude. From business to comfy things that allure like a wedding dress, she really wants to be in one. Speaking to an innocent child that she's going to marry the pastor, Cecilia just comes out with her demeanor lols, though he has to be careful of her antics. Like a kid, Cecilia can be childish, though Lawren can't really lie in front of her as well. They get along well with the shopping trip, though bad weather dampers their road back home, and sharing an umbrella together...almost worked lols, and of all things, Lawren gave Cecilia a princess carry back to the church to dry herself up. A religious rom-com, what a refresh. |

| Nooo, don't take the pastor-sama from our beloved saint, all but that, please, he belongs to her. This was genuinely more funny that i was expecting, and the opening was catchy. This seems like a comfy anime of the season. Oh and its made by Doga Kobo, no wonder. |

| Really liked this premiere, props to Cecilia's VA, Hime Sawada with her debut voice acting performance, she really brought the cuteness into this show. I love the dynamic between Lawrence and Cecilia so far, it's not too gimmicky except for some of the clumsy moments from Cecilia, which were cute in the end anyway. Comedy was surprisingly very nice, and this looks to be a very solid comfy show, we're eating good on Wednesdays. Doga Kobo is certainly working their magic as they specialize in these slice of life type shows. |

| For now it seems more like a slice of life with comedy than romance. Until the MC is going to realize at some point that the saint is into him. Hopefully this wont get the dumb MC treatment as seen in harems. |

| This got really stale and dull for me in record time. Doga Kobo's art looks decent but this was a real chore to sit through admittedly. There are comfy anime that either work or completely fall flat for me and become more taxing to watch than relaxing, this is more on the taxing side. The chemistry just didn't click for me here. |
| The last seasonal from my top 10 most anticipated seasonals video has finally dropped and as expected, Doga Kobo didn’t disappoint at all. South a bright and colourful experience as we’ve come to expect. Claris OP too let’s gooo Really cute first episode. Cecilia and Lawrence relationship is so sweet, the usual 4-koma style humour lands well in this one. It’s a comfy and cozy watch which we were in desperate need of this season. I really could’ve gone for 24 more minutes watching Cecilia wait on those scones lol. Cecilia’s seiyuu, Sawada Hime is also brand new to voice acting. She’s doing a great job for her debut. Really like the ED too. Visuals aren’t crazy but the song is a bop. Hype |

| this was once of the animes i was looking forward to the most this season because it just seemed really cute. im glad it didn't disappoint. cecilia is adorable and lawrence is such an oblivious sweetheart. i love them already. |

| Cecillia reminds me of Umaru-chan who has also two demeanors or different forms so to speak. That series was also done by Doga Kobo. Alright start for a comfy little fantasy rom-com. Saint Cecillia and Pastor Lawrence is not exceptional. The dynamic between the two is mildly amusing. I like the idyllic setting. The OP is nice. Good enough reasons for me to keep watching. And maybe I will think better of it once majority of the cast has been introduced. |

| This was a show I initially didn’t pick but ended up going back for, and I’m glad I did because this was very cute, perfectly chill and heartwarming. I already really like the relationship between Lawrence and Cecilia, it honestly kinda looks like Lawrence is her dad but that’s mainly due to the lazy persona she has lol, and it was pretty funny seeing her switch between the different modes. And it’s also cool to know Cecilia’s VA is new, she did an awesome job! And that was a damn nice ending to the episode where Lawrence carried Cecilia home, seems like something that would happen later down the line but it was in the first episode lol, I know Lawrence doesn’t see Cecilia as a love interest yet but it was still very sweet to see. And I really loved the OP and ED, ClariS is one I think I only know from Monogatari so it’s cool hearing them again, and that ED is just so damn chill, possibly one of my favorite EDs this season. And lastly, it’s nice getting another SoL from Doga Kobo, good ol reliable. |
| a nice first episode that shows us how the 2 main characters interact with each other while a little stupid, it is still pretty funny to see how she just falls down everytime she is alone with mc, and gets back up as soon as someone else appears seems like the reason for her to be lazy around Lawren, is because he doesn't let her do any dangerous tasks, in fear of seeing her get hurt i mean, we saw multiple times how she fell/almost fell cause she was distracted also, she can get jealous of anyone (or anything) taking Lawren's attention, like the little girl with the flowers, or the angel lights lastly, the rain scene the other couple gave them the umbrella and got lovely together under one umbrella, but... God didn't allow his own saint to do the same, so the rain stopped HAHAHAHA |

| this show has a real comforting vibe about it and i'm liking it a lot so far. doga kobo went off with the nice colorful backgrounds, art and animation is sweet as. already like how cecelia lazes around the pastor but becomes an actual saint in the presence of others lmao. wasn't expecting it to be this funny either, looking forward to the rest of it. |

| This was the final show I've been anticipating this season, and it was a great way to finalize my watch list. Cecilia is very cute, and the comedy is nice as well. I hope we get many more Cecilia blushes this season. |

| It was cute and relaxing, just what I needed after a long day. I liked it more than I thought I would based on the premise, most likely because I was just in the mood for this kind of silliness. Pretty interesting take on Christianity and sainthood - the story of course doesn't take seriously any one of those otherwise Cecilia found herself in no time get burned at the stake :). |

| Thats actually an interesting concept in that saints also need protectors as well. Pretty good OP from Claris. Must be tiring being a saint though. Kudo's for being adaptable though. Still Lawrence sure is overprotective. The clothing shop was a lot of fun though. Cecilia's reactions were adorable. As was her attempt to deal with any rivals after that as well. Still despite her klutzy nature its admirable seeing her devotion to her job. Loved the heavens teased her with the rain before backing out when she's ready. Overall a pretty cute and amusing ep to start the series with. Loving the unique bond that exists between them and looking forward to seeing how it would progress. |
